I’ve had Heritage come service my home on several occasions now both for repair and seasonal tune ups. Jeff and the whole crew have been friendly, honest, prompt & thorough every single time. Whether it’s a last minute emergency or standard service, I never have to wonder what I will need to deal with, I know I’ll be getting consistently honest and personalized work. These types of things make all the difference for peace of mind as a homeowner for something like HVAC care-knowing you have someone you can trust that will definitely be making repeat visits over the years. I lucked out and tried them for the very first service after my house was built and I’ve never had to think about hiring another company. Can’t thank them enough for keeping things running perfectly!

Our HVAC heat went out at night and the next morning at 8am I sent a text to Heritage asking if they had any availability to see the issue. An hour later they were at our home to diagnose the issue, and then repaired the unit by the afternoon the same day. Appreciate the communication of updates when they would be arriving, the speed of execution, and the friendliness of the technician. Thank you Jeff and Chase for the work!

I called in the morning hoping to get someone to look into a problem with my daughter’s unit that stopped heating. Jeff responded immediately with a possibility of looking at it today. By noon someone was in route from his company ! They identified the issue quickly and had the system repaired and running before 4:00pm. It needed parts also, which they had in stock! Prompt, professional, and and extremely reasonable for the time invested. I am grateful to have found a family company that my son and daughter can rely on. Thanks Jeff and your team of folks!!

The technicians at Heritage always seem to be extremely knowledgeable and more importantly trustworthy. We consider them to be worthy of a 5 star rating on all on every service we’ve had them perform. Highly recommend!

Both heaters (upstairs and down) went out during Jan 2026 ice storm. Contacted Heritage as they installed a new system for us in May 2023 (did it next day after making the call when our AC died which was great!)
Despite not being able to get service because of icy road conditions, Heritage maintained communications throughout and set up an appointment once they were able to make it out safely.
Fixed both.

We have used Heritage Heating & Cooling for over 10 years, and have been extremely satisfied with the level of care and service they have provided, in every instance. More than once they have helped us out extremely quickly, when we had an urgent need, with great customer service and fair pricing.

Today we had a leak in our gas line feeding into the furnace (unrelated to the install), and within hours of when I discovered it, it was completely resolved. Our tech, Chase, did a fantastic job and walked me through everything after it was done.

Varsity Zone has been a life saver for our commercial kitchen this summer. Figured out our 10 ton unit was not using one of the compressors correctly. 2 other companies looked over our units, but didn’t figure this out. They have a great personal touch as well. We will continue to use them.

The tech showed up when he said he would. Work was quick and so far, system is back to working just as it should. Not sure about pricing as I’ve never had that specific service done before but it seemed fair. Work was done in the Ashland City area, so great that they were willing to come out a little ways to help us out.

Varsity Zone scheduled a fast appointment to service my HVAC units, showed up on time, were courteous and efficient, quickly got them all in tip top shape, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend! Keenan was great to work with!

Ashton was great - very courteous and prompt on resolving our issue. Very knowledgeable about the unit and explaining all the diagnostics as well as products available.

Great work and detail on the mini split install by Ashton and Keenan. Worked with me on optimizing the install to look a bit cleaner with the full functionality. Jeffery was also very helpful answering all my questions and making sure we were moving forward with the best solution for my space

Elite service, awesome guys. AC broke down and within the day they came out and replaced and repaired everything. AC is working like a champ now!

They did a great job putting the heat and air unit in we did have a little problem but found out it was just a bad thermostat control they came back and fixed it I'm happy as I can be and the ones we dealt with that put it in were fantastic I would recommend them to anyone
