The best customer experience I've had dealing across any business. In the middle of the recent January deep freeze while Jeff was booked solid with appointments, took the time to return phone calls between jobs to help identify and solve the issue. I will absolutely be using Jeff with any HVAC issues going forward.

Awesome experience. Both our downstairs and upstairs units stopped cooling with the hot weather moving in. Even though he was fully booked, Jeff was able to fit us in the same day and sent Josh over within a couple of hours after I called. Josh was very professional and friendly and was able to quickly recharge both units and get them cooling again. The price was more than reasonable and less than I've paid other companies in the past. I would highly recommend Heritage and will definitely use them for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.

We had the unfortunate experience to lose our ac and we found Heritage through nextdoor and Google reviews. I'll say the owner was extremely responsive to our request on Sunday and was at our house first thing Monday morning. They quickly identified our issue and we needed a full replacement of our 3 ton unit. He found 3 in stock and quickly had us ready for install. The install crew showed up Friday right on time and had our new unit cooling the house extremely quickly. They were professional, courteous, and left the area cleaner than they found it. I couldn't recommend them more. We will use them until they aren't an option, I don't see that happening anytime soon.

We highly recommend Heritage. Our A/C recently stopped working. We initially called another HVAC company. Due to it being a holiday weekend, they told us the wait would be about 5 days. We then contacted Heritage. Jeff arrived the next morning, a Saturday. He identified the problem quickly and made the repair. Thanks Jeff for the professional and prompt service you provided. It was awesome!

Wow!!! Jeff and his team were incredible to work with. I manage properties and I had a lot of questions about models, specs, etc. Jeff worked through it all in a kind and patient way. I needed to get a replacement system for my mother-in-law's home and Jeff was incredibly understanding and generous with the situation. Not only was Jeff wonderful to work with, but the team of guys who came to install the unit were super courteous and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Fantastic experience. Will be using them again.

We just had our second AC unit installed by Jeff's team at Heritage. The service we received first time round made Heritage and easy choice when this second unit went out. Jeff took time to walk us through what was wrong and all the options available to us to help us make an informed decision. It never felt like we were being sold, in fact, Jeff proactively suggested ways we could save money and explained the difference between the brands and models and how they differed.

The installation teams were great, they didn't mind my asking questions and were really friendly to my kids. They took care of our home (carpets, personal items, walls) and took extra steps to minimize the disruption to our family. They even put my drop ceiling back together so I wouldn't have to get my ladder back out!

Overall very pleased the service provided, the advice given, and the results we got. Highly recommend.

Heritage has continued to impress me over the years! I most recently got in touch with Jeff about servicing our AC units in our home. He was able to come out the same day, even though I called late in the afternoon! He repaired both units and we are enjoying nice cold air again! Jeff is always very courteous, respectful of our time and affordable. I will continue to recommend Heritage to all family and friends.

Steve Cox did a fantastic job. Not only was he professional and very polite, he found out what the issue with our air conditioning was immediately and fixed it for an affordable price. I could not be more thankful.

Jeff’s crew installed a new upstairs HVAC system for us. Jeff was responsive, provided a very good price, and spent a lot time with me going through the process and what would be done. His crew did a great job with a challenging install! I highly recommend, and would use Heritage again for any future needs. Last month I was in need of two new HVAC units for my home. After a very strong recommendation from a friend, and reading the reviews on the Heritage web site, I decided to make the purchase from Heritage. I was pleased to do business with a family owned company and it was an added plus to be able to talk directly to Jeff the owner of the business. Jeff was great and explained every aspect of the units and the installation process. I felt this was someone who cared about, and valued my business. The installation crew of Steve and Justin were terrific. They were courteous and thoroughly professional. The installation went without a hitch, and both units are functioning perfectly. I am confident that Heritage will be there to service and maintain these units, and I give the company my highest recommendation.

This morning I noticed my heater eas blowing cold air. I contacted Jeff and he responded immediately and I had a technician at my house quickly. Chase (tech) was courteous, explained my options and promptly fixed my problem. The expense was minimal and service was great. We have used Heritage since the early 2000's and they never disappoint!

Heritage installed our residential HVAC systems during construction and they've been our go to source for maintenance and repair needs over the years. We've found them to be highly responsive, competent, honest and reasonable.

We are very happy with our experience with Heritage. We are fairly new to the area and this is the 3rd AC company that we’ve worked with and Heritage by far was the most professional , efficient and attentive to our needs. No one wants to be without AC in the heat of the summer to then find out you need a whole new unit, Jeff helped make the best of the situation for us. Billy, Matthew and Drew were very courteous , professional and did a great job on the install.

We've used them for maintenance, inspections, repair, and even a new downstairs HVAC system. Little did I know it was a simple problem that had my A/C out of commission. Jeff sussed out the issue in a few short minutes and had me running again quickly. He was kind enough to charge me accordingly and followed up the next day to confirm the issue was resolved. Highly recommend.

We just had our second install by Heritage Heating and Cooling. I can’t say enough good things about Jeff Parks and his company.

They were scheduled to come out on August 8th but were able to move it forward by a day. Believe me, in this heat that we have been having in the Middle Tennessee area lately one day makes a huge difference.

Alex and Matthew came out and were very friendly and respectable and treated our home like their own. They came in and got right to work. Heritage had replaced the heating on this unit a couple of years prior so the only thing that was changed out was the air conditioning unit. Alex and Matthew came in removed the old unit and placed the new one in with very little noise or distraction to me or my wife as we both work from home.

They arrived a little after 8:00 am and were finished around 1:00pm. When they were done it was like they were never there.

I know I usually review restaurants but this is a locally owned company and well worth your business. If you live in the Nashville, TN area, call Heritage Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs in both residential and commercial, you will be as pleased as we are.

We have had multiple great experiences with Heritage. The first time we called Heritage was when our upstairs A/C failed during the heat of summer and the company we previously used wasn’t going to be able to get out to check on the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I searched reviews and found Heritage. Jeff showed up the next morning and diagnosed the problem for us. We decided it was best to replace the old HVAC unit. Heritage gave us an estimate, which seemed really reasonable but we got a few other quotes, but Heritage’s was by far the best price. The service appointment was scheduled promptly and the installation went super smoothly. The Heritage crew was really friendly and helpful. We have cats and dogs and they were very conscientious about closing doors and not letting our animals out.

Since then, we have had our other two HVAC units replaced by Heritage. The most recent replacement occurred when our downstairs heater broke right before a huge snow storm was about to hit and sub-freezing temperatures were predicted. We first contacted Jeff on Tuesday night about the broken heater and his crew was here on Friday to replace the HVAC. The weather that day was terrible with rain and cold temperatures, but his fantastic crew endured the elements to ensure we would have heat when the storm hit.

We highly recommended Heritage because they provided an A++++ experience.

95 degrees outside in Franklin- while out of town on 4-day vacation - returned home to non working Air Handling Unit- 83 degrees in house- Jeff Parks - Owner immediately came out to house and expeditiously was able to diagnose issues to get Air Handling unit running AND provided tips for annual maintenance!
