This is my second time using Rapid and they'll be my first call going forward. Neal Daniels was punctual, professional, efficient, and we shared a few good laughs. He is the poster child of an excellent tradesman - we need more professionals like Neal. I appreciate him saving my back! Can't recommend Rapid enough.

Harley did a quick and efficient replacement of a burst pipe and a clean up of prior repairs. He also provided a clear reason for the work he was doing and pointed out potential future trouble spots. Highly recommend.

I have needed Rapid Responses services twice now during off hours, and both times they have come out quickly and helped me diagnose and correct issues with my hvac system quickly and at a fair price. Jay especially was highly knowledgable and educational while working quickly. He got my A/C going during brutal heat at a fair price. I can’t recommend them enough.

Neal provided great plumbing maintenance services. He was also available with in a 24 hour time period to provide service. Their customer service provides quick response. Cost wise, I have not compared other contractors, but they seem reasonable.
