Topdown put a new roof on my daughter’s house and she was very satisfied with their results. When my wife and I needed a new roof, we checked reviews and chose them. They worked very well with our insurance company and installation began. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely afterwards.
Then problems began. We had given them checks for our deductible and for our solar panels reinstallation, so we thought that no further bills would come. But we received a further bill for $3600! We phoned them and they said that we would receive a further check from our insurance company to cover it. I asked whether we would receive any more bills and they said no. When the check came, it was for $5000! I thought that our insurance had given us extra for our solar panels. We soon received another bill for $1400 from Topdown! We finally reached agreement and I paid the $1400.
The billing department was very unprofessional and failed to explain their alternative billing. They sent us two different invoices with different amounts, but they had the same invoice number! We agreed to a conference call for three o’clock, but they didn’t call until 4:30! They were clearly working from home and there were children screeching in the background. It was all a mess! Can’t recommend!

Troy with TopDown Roofing is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive! I texted him around 9am and he was at our house by 11am. He did a very thorough inspection and was able to find the issue quickly. Not only is he going to fix our roofing issues, he’s going to patch and paint the water damage as well. I called him brave because he was on our extremely tall roof in the rain. We are so fortunate that we found such an honest, hardworking person to fix our leaking roof. 10/10 recommend!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I was stopping home on my lunch break and saw the truck and stopped to inquired. TROY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, and I DID NOT feel like just another sell from someone trying to take my money or up charge. I explained my leak issue and Troy respected my time on my break, informed me of the process, and how long it would be before he was able to look at my roof. He was fast and efficient, quoted me Friday and completed the repairs Saturday morning, constantly communication through the time. I appreciated the prompt communication from everyone within the team. Everything was smooth from the first point of contact to completing the fix and arranging payment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Tony and his team have been great to work with! He has done roofing repairs for our Air BNBs and personal residence too! They are quick to respond and always helpful about getting us on their schedule quickly to assess and complete the work!

The gentleman that got on my roof to do repairs was so communicative, not pushy and extremely conscientious. We did not end up having a ton of damage, but they will absolutely be my first call when we are looking into roofing issues. I definitely recommend calling them, especially if you think you have hail damage.

Troy came by this morning to estimate fixing fascia and vent that was hanging down. He fixed for free and wouldn't accept anything. While he was on the roof, he inspected and noted some things. There was no pressure to fix these things. I requested a quote on each item, which he will send will send me itemized so I can select which to do. He is definitely someone you should consider for roofing needs.
