Constraction reviews in Hermitage, Tennessee

I had a huge tree fall and block my driveway a few days after everything thawed from the ice storm. Troy responded immediately, gave me a great price and had my driveway cleared that very day! I would definitely recommend!

TopDown did a fantastic job repairing a roof for me in East Nashville. They came out the day after I called and were able to schedule the work for the next dry day. Great communication from everyone at Top Down! As a Realtor, I always need quality service providers and I would not hesitate to refer TopDown Roofing to clients in the future.

After the ice storm left me needing a full roof replacement, I braced myself for the nightmare of finding a contractor I could trust. TopDown were exceptional from the first conversation to the completion of the job.
Troy and Melanie took the time to walk me through everything, answering every question I had. Jessie and Francesca in the office kept everything running smoothly on the administrative side and were a genuine pleasure to deal with. And when it came time for the actual work, Nick and Alex made sure I was never left wondering what was happening or why.
The decking on my 1963 home was original and had to be completely removed and replaced before the new roof could go on. Their crew handled it all with care, professionalism, and real attention to detail. They even swept the entire yard with a magnet to collect stray nails — the kind of thoughtful touch that tells you a lot about how a company operates.
It's nice to know that a company like this still operates.

These guys were literally the rescue crew after the company I paid for to do the home inspection bailed on the roof of the home we were purchasing saying the roof is too high and they didn’t any a safe way to go up. Guess they didn’t hear about drones :/. Anyway TopDown came on a very last minute request and were able to
Do a thorough check of the roof and all the necessary things around it. Gave me a detailed report and used that to get the seller to agree to the critical ones. Strongly recommend due to their professionalism and timely action. Was happy.

Highly recommend this company. From the onsite estimate to the office staff, all the way to the onsite installers, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The work was done in a short time frame and looks fantastic. I find myself standing outside just admiring how great the new roof and gutters work. Two thumbs up from me and I'll definitely be calling them back for any other home improvement work that I have.

Troy was great! He came out right away, after I contacted the office, to inspect my roof. I had quite a few missing/torn shingles as well as some hail damage. He helped work with my insurance company, making the roof replacement a “no stress” situation. The office kept me informed of everything along the way and his team made quick work of putting on the new roof. From Troy, to the office personnel, to the roofing team, I would send out a BIG thank you for making this the easiest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. Everyone was so friendly & personable. I would highly recommend TopDown Roofing to get your job done!

I had such a great experience with Topdown Roofing! From start to finish professionalism was on display. Cory arrived at the house on time to provide estimate. The office follow up was prompt and courteous with clear communication and timely estimates emailed to me. The repair started on time and ended on time, with great cleanup afterwards. I have already recommended Topdown to an friend else and will for sure use them again for my next project (a new sliding glass door).

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
Troy and his team are amazing to work with, communicate every step of the way, and get work done right!
We had a tree fall above our bedroom during the January ice storm and Troy was able to make time to come out to our house and check out the damage, as well as get it fixed within 24 hours!!!
I pray nothing else happens to our roof, but I know I’m in great hands if another emergency occurs!
Thank you Top Down Roofing, Troy and Nicholas!

Def call Davit for all your roofing needs

Davet got the job done quickly and at a good price for the product. Very happy with my new roof.

John Davet and his crew did an excellent job on my new roof- two years out and all kinds of weather with no leaks. I have referred him to several friends.

We were more than delighted with the new roof provided by Davet Roofing. They were recommended by our insurance agent, and they certainly lived up to that recommendation. We called for an estimate and the very next morning Lee was here and discussed all that was needed for the new roof. He suggested replacing ancient roof vents with a ridge vent and also a "cricket" on the chimney to prevent water retention (which my husband was going to suggest anyway!)

The first thing that impressed us was that Lee had a ladder stabilizer to prevent pressure on the gutter when he went up on the roof. Another roofer came and put his ladder directly on our new gutters while we stood there grimacing. Lee took the time to talk products...colors...flashings...scheduling. He gave us all the time we needed.

We scheduled for only a few days later, and the crew was spot on arriving. They carefully tarped the perimeter of the house and then went to work. The one thing we noticed right away was they were not in a hurry, but were methodical as they carried out each step of the project. We were also impressed with the quality of the products they brought. In the end, it was a beautiful job and we were amazed that everything happened so fast and well. Happy to give a 5 star rating!

In terms of the clean up, the crew spent over an hour and yes the next morning we noticed a few nails had tumbled off the tarps. We took a leaf blower and that made finding them quite easy. But the crew had even used a rolling magnet to pick these up so they did do due diligence in the clean up.

Professional. Prompt. Reasonable. Thorough. An excellent company to work with.

Steven Ford and Davet Roofing put on a new roof for me and all of the work was completed in one day. There were no shingles, nails or other debris left behind, just a beautiful new roof for a very affordable and competitive price. I highly recommend Steven and Davet Roofing.

John and the crew do a professional job from major work to minor work. Just the other day had to come out to do a quick repair on the gutter. I didn't even know they were here and fixed it. Very Timely in their response. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that needs roof repair or gutter repair.

We got a new roof after tornado damage and were very happy w/Davet roofing. Great, friendly crew, and our point person Steven was easy to reach for questions as we navigated the claims process w/our insurance company. The roof looks great!

Great Company. Great Fellas!!! These guys get in, do it right, clean up and get out!!! Thanks again JD!!!!
