Constraction reviews in Hermitage, Tennessee

Very fast and courteous service. Excellent work. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Called Topdown roofing out for a leak in my sunroom and Troy found more issues that the previous roofer didn’t do correctly and was able to get those fixed as well. Troy is very thorough and his team worked hard even with all the horrible rain that caused them delays!

Cory, Troy & Dwayne did a spectacular job installing our new roof.
After 17 years we lost our first shingles in a windstorm, so it was time to replace the entire roof. Cory handled all the relations with our insurance company and kept us abreast of every step along the way. I highly recommend TopDown Roofing for any job having to do with the outside of your home.

The owner Troy and his entire team are very knowledgeable and professional. I called them up and Troy came to my house and got up on the roof himself. Came back down with photos of damage I didn't even know about!
He gave me a very good and affordable estimate and 2 days later my roof was repaired and better than ever! Can't say enough good things about this company or about how hot his wife is and how I cry myself to sleep every night because I want a hot Asian wife too!
Sorry. Got sidetracked. Topdown really is a great company and they know what they're doing. And the owners are also just really good people.

Awesome Experience! I’ve been looking for top rated roofers near me for a simple roof inspection! Every roofing company near me in Mount Juliet I reached out to was no where near as pleasant as the experience I had with this company! Looking forward to getting work done soon!

Thank you for the quick repair!!! Very reasonably priced. Nicholas came out and took the time to talk to us about what he was going to do and what the repair entailed. He was very friendly and was able to answer our questions. Again thank you for the quick response, quick repair, and great service.

They got their job done in 1 day with roof replacement. Came out with full crew early in morning and knock out of park in one day! Keeping updates all the time. Post job clean up was excellent as well. I’m satisfied with the job!

Troy is an amazing roofer and person. He truly cares about all of his clients and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their roof.

Troy was working on a neighbor's roof removing an ice dam and I stopped and asked him if he had time to check mine when he was finished. He was awesome! It was already late afternoon but he was able to clear my roof even after dark. Thanks to him the leak was stopped before it could cause more damage. I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

Roofing companies are a dime a dozen, so it’s hard to know who to trust. Trust me when I say if you need a roof replacement Top Down Roofing is who to call! They were easily one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused companies I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they stayed on top of literally everything.

Brittnay, my project manager, was the sweetest—so helpful and patient in answering all my questions along the way. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently with a large team, and left zero debris behind. Most importantly, they did an absolutely exceptional job on my roof. Five stars all the way!

I've been using Top Down for anything roof related for years now. They have always been professional and very knowledgeable. We had a free inspection after all the hail we've had and a few nail pops were found. Nick came out the next day and got it all taken care of quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend Top Down Roofing enough. Their customer service is second to none.

Cory, Reth and team were prompt, courteous and answered any and all questions during and after installation. I will recommend your company in the future to potential clients. Thank you again for the great work and customer service you have provided.

I hired TopDown Roofing for a ceiling repair and repaint and staining the exposed wood of our deck. Troy was wonderful getting everything scheduled and communication daily while the job was getting worked. His team was done in 3 days which was wonderful. His crew was very respectful to our property and making sure everything was properly covered. Any paint that splattered they reported it to Troy who would call me and they also discussed it with me on how I want it handled. The splatter was very minor that they painted over the requested area and cleaned the rest. I would happily hire TopDown again for future jobs!

Troy was incredibly professional, prompt, and Thorough. I highly recommend him for your next job!

Great service, great follow up! They took the time to work with me and my insurance agent to assist with covering an area of the roof where the storm had caused significant damage and I had not shown the agent during the initial claim visit.

I had a few shingles that needed to be replaced. I reached out to Troy at Top Down Roofing and he was very professional, upfront with costs, and on time. Troy was able to have my roof fixed within just a few hours. Highly recommend supporting this local business.

Working with Troy was wonderful. He was thorough and informative, made us feel comfortable putting our roofing project in his hands. The day of the project, Nicholas was our project manager. He arrived on time with a large crew and completed the job beautifully. They replaced the entire roof and also our shed roof, which had hail damage. They cleaned the surrounding area thoroughly and left no trace of debris not even a nail. They were all very professional and I would highly recommend using this company for all your roofing needs.

I needed two skylights replaced in my home, 1 was leaking and the other was old (1990s). After looking at companies online, I decided to reach out to TopDown Roofing. Troy came out and did a free estimate on what repairs were needed. He got me a cost quote within 48hrs. And once I approved the costs, repairs began less than a week later. One of Troy's experienced roofers Fray did the repair. He was very professional, prompt and even replaced rotted wood (with my approval first) that was discovered caused by the leaking skylight. Within 8hrs this man Fray had removed 2 old skylights, repaired damaged wood & roof shingles & installed 2 brand new skylights & hooked up the remotes for us so all we had to do was literally click a button. He cleaned up the job site mess flawlessly, walking around with a magnet to collect all potential roofing nails so animals or children don't accidentally step on them. The cherry on top was he took the time to neatly fold, not wad up, the blue tarp and yellow rope we had been using the cover the leaking skylight while we waited for repairs. From start to finish, TopDown was nothing but professional and I look forward to recommending and using them again in the future for any home needs. Thanks y'all!

Top Down Roofings not only done high quality work, roofing, gutters. But Troy Andersons inspection skills are TOP NOTCH.
VERY personable, easy to talk to,and obviously CARES!!
Id HIGHLY recommend for any of your house repairs!!
I've seen some negative reviews myself and when I asked Troy he gave me an absolute honest response. And encouraged me to search the profile out of the person giving the bad review and sure enough it was a spammer just like he'd said.
So if you see any negativity I'd HIGHLY advise to just ask Troy he's an honest stand up guy!!!

I highly recommend Top Down Roofing for your roofing needs. Very knowledgeable, thorough professional and prompt.
They repaired several places in my roof that had issues form leaking to structure and shingles.
Fair pricing, excellent communication, easy payment.
They also do remodels and more than roofing!
Give Troy a call!

Affordable, Fast service, and great repair!!! During this last ice storm I had a large limb fall on my roof and rip a large hole through the shingles and wood. Topdown got it done! That Same day Nicholas was able to get the area stripped, wood replaced, water barrier replaced, due to no light condition he returned promptly the next morning to install the shingles and clean up any mess. Besides the slight color difference (new vs. Old) you would never know anything happened! Thank you guys
