Met me as promised yet still no response 4 weeks later. A total disappointment given the Positive reviews i read. Called office twice with a promise of a call and bid- moving on you should too

Ripped off my elderly parents. If I didn't live out of town I would tell him off to his face. Cashed their deposit and never answered another call. AVOID

Beautiful tile work in shower… Very happy with end result! Also, kitchen backsplash and crown molding were equally as impressive. I would highly recommend this company… Awesome work!

The tile work turned out great! The staff was very friendly and courteous! They did a great job of keeping other parts of the house clean and protected.

Very unprofessional customer service and craftsmanship. We had work done, two bathrooms remodeled Last Summer, and I'm still disappointed every time I look at them. Such an awful experience would not recommend this place to anyone.

The crew at Wilkerson Tile did a great job. We went from a small repair to complete remodel and their workers showed up everyday and helped us throughout the selection process. Would definitely recommend.

They came out on Thursday Feb 20 @ 2:30 in the afternoon. I was told that I would receive my estimate soon ( because they were going to the Chattanooga Home Show and wanted to get me on their job list before then ). Since then I have called twice to make sure they hadn’t lost my phone number or email address ( they hadn’t ). I was told twice that they would get the estimate sent to me. It is now Friday Feb 28 @ 9:30pm , I have yet to actually receive an estimate to redo my bathroom. In my opinion the polite thing would have been to tell me “IF” they weren’t interested in tileing my bathroom. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

This company advertises free estimates... Wrong! I am a disabled veteran unable to freely travel at will. I explained my situation the the young lady who answered my call, she indicated this was not a problem and we discussed my sending photo's of the tile work I needed done. A few day's later I get a call from her stating we needed to come to the store, that they don't customarily come to the home on two occasions. When I explained that we discussed this issue she became rude and uncooperative, to pacify me she promised email examples of tiles they carry, as you can guess, she didn't follow through.
If you can't even get passed first base... why bother even dealing with Wilkerson Tile Co. Their trustworthiness is in question for sure.

They came highly recommended from multiple people and they might do good work but we never could get past Ritchie. He showed up late to the first appointment. Showed up, took measurements, said he'd have a quote to us by Friday. No quote. Called him, said he have a quote the following Friday, no quote. He called my wife and apologized and assured her he'd have a quote in a day or two, no quote. She gave him one more chance and they talked, he blamed it on firing a worker and we fell through the cracks. Again, assured us we'd get a quote, no quote. I still hear they do good work and if he happens to grace you with a quote, which he apparently does sometimes, you might get a good product. Ritchie is just extremely unprofessional and apparently has so much work he doesn't need any more.

Seem like super nice people and if you can get them there to do the job they do a good job. So far we are going on 9 months and our bathroom is still not finished. I haven’t even heard any updates or anything along those lines In probably a couple of months. The lack of communication from the beginning has been awful. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Wilkerson Tile installed tile showers in two of our bathrooms and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Workmanship was excellent and workers were very pleasant to work with and were very neat.

This company is very unprofessional. In December I met with Ritchie, the owner, and he looked at my place for a bathroom remodel and it was obvious from the moment he arrived that he didn't want to be there. He hurried through the house in about 10 minutes and was done. I started asking questions and was admittedly kind but seemed put-off by having to answer them. I was told I would receive an estimate and of course never heard from them. Why wouldn't you have the decency to tell a customer that you are not interested in the job or you are passing? Stop wasting my time and let me move on to someone who actually cares about a customer.

Extremely satisfied with the work that was done in my home by Wilkerson Tile. Each and every craftsman who came into my home were very respectful and knowledgeable. The tile setter was truly a craftsman. Thank you to all involved in this project.

We live down the street from an employee and thought it would be a good idea to reach out for a tile job in our kitchen. Initially, we were pleased. Shortly after completion, we noticed loose tile and chipped grout lines. We reached out to see if they could come take a look. A year later, and multiple unreturned calls, unreturned texts, excuses for no-showing, unfulfilled promises, and blatant lies to my wife and I, I have decided to leave a negative review on every platform possible. My wife was lied to on more than one occasion. TERRIBLE service and lack of accountability. I would understand if we missed payments or were even late on said payments, but that is not the case. In my opinion, give your money to businesses who care about PAYING customers.

Wilkerson tile has done a fantastic job on our past 4 homes and I am in the process of working with them on our 5th project. Their work ethic, communication, and finished product has been wonderful.

Beware! Richie Wilkerson is a crook. He bought tile from my company and his check bounced. I have been trying to collect the money for 3 months now. It has reached the point that I am having to press charges. Please don't let this company take advantage of you.

This company does awesome work! They did two small backsplashes for us, one was a subway type tile and the other was a much more complex geometric tile. Both turned out beautiful!! They were so easy to work with as far as scheduling, fast and efficient on the job, and definitely cared about their quality of work.
