Jim was a huge help with us regarding the purchase of our new home. Being new to the area I didn’t really know who to call and was referred to Jim to look at a property we were looking at. He found a lot of things we needed to address once we moved in and gave us good information making us happy with the home we were looking to purchase. Great service!

It was a good experience dealing with James. He is very through and my wife liked that he pointed out the highlights of the home as well as the issues and explained the issues in understandable verbiage followed by a written report and photos within an hour. We are happy to refer his service to all.

Called Mr. Jim for an inspection as first time home owners. He thoroughly inspected the first home we chose and halfway through advised us this was not a good home as first home buyers and we should walk away, i was distraught. One week later we found another and he thoroughly inspected this home, giving us the good, bad, and ugly while also giving us helpful tips on what to do if we decide to move foward! Would use again and recommend to all home owners! Takes his time and is very very thorough!! Well worth your money with him! Not one bad thing i could say about him.

He got out to our new construction home quickly and was extremely detailed with the inspection. He offered for us to reach out even months after the inspection if we had questions, which was very reassuring. Jim was great to work with on our home inspection. He really is a true professional and did a through job going over ever detail of home. His camera inspection of our drainage lines on the downspouts showed many issues we would not have known about. One pipe was crushed in 2 places and another was holding water all the time which showed it was not installed correctly. Jim has many great techniques that revealed an issue with a sagging floor by shooting it with a laser level.
