Richy and crew (Don, Chris, Edgar) are awesome. Amazing work by all and highly recommend them for all bath and tile jobs. We had limited space for new master and Richy came up with the perfect layout. We also had a strict deadline and thought there was no way it would be finished in time...Richy made it happen. Can't thank him enough.

There is no way tell everyone how much we appreciate Wilkerson Tile and the outstanding job they did replacing the tile in our kichen after a water leak. We were without a kichen for Thanksgiving but we are up and running for Christmas. Thank you so much for getting it finished so quick! We are extremely pleased with the tile and a job well done by all!

Just completed my master bathroom. Could not be happier with the results. Even though it was started during the COVID disaster, precautions were taken by all personnel of Wilkerson and miraculously the bathroom was completed with very few issues. Richie was very patient with me, as I changed my mind on a few items. He was accommodating to my requests and his worker’s were fantastic. On scale of 1-10, he gets an 11.

Wilkerson redid our master bathroom, fixed some issues with our kitchen back splash, and replaced our laundry room floor. All of their work was very well done and their employees were professional, polite, hard-working and timely! Very highly recommended!

Wilkerson Tile did an excellent job -- really top quality craftsmen. Their teamwork, tile craftsmanship, and project management is impressive - with obvious collective industry experience going on here. So pleased with how beautiful the entire project is, thank you so much! Highly reccomend!

We used Wilkerson last year to remodel our guest bath. We were very pleased with the result. Their work is beautiful. We have just signed up for a remodel of our master bath. We recommend Wilkerson to everyone.

**BEWARE!** The initial 'estimate sheet' states your thousands in *deposit $$$ is NONREFUNDALE.* Projects usually start approx. 6 to 8 mo. AFTER they claim. Common practice is they HOLD AND SPEND your money for other people's projects or it'll be started, but unfinished till wayyy later (Usually months past what's told). He has been sued several times by customers and subcontractors for non-payment! He weasels out in court with contract loopholes!! They depend on robbing Peter to pay Paul when it comes to money to buy your tile. You'll usually be told your title is on backorder and have to reselect it, but IT IS NOT 99% of the time. They USE YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY and DRAWS towards SOMEONE ELSE'S tile materials and are delaying because they *don't yet have the money to buy your tile* till deposits are collected from new incoming jobs. The poor tile guys are not paid properly or on time. He owes them tons of backpay. They are amazing guys, but the owner R.W. is not. He lies and schemes with a silver tongue.. he'll tell you any lie to buy time or make excuses. Want something fixed? Be ready to take it to court. Even after the tile install, be ready to wait months for an wayyy over priced shower door you can get for hundreds less or something as simple as a drain cover. Folks like the work of the title guys, but getting things timely or finished is dreadful!! He also mixes his business and personal accounts, in debt to the IRS, his business insurance company is lied to on coverage, and his employees checks often bounce. **** IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY***.. do not sign any estimate sheet 'stating a non-refundable deposit' unless it gives start and completion dates, etc. Make sure you have something in writing that says if they don't start the job within X number of days after collecting your money (TN law should be 30) that they must refund you in full regarless of materials they've claimed to purchase! Make them immediately order your tile and have all tile, plumbing fixtures, shower fixtures, and materials on site *at your home*, PRIOR to them doing any demo work! Keep your extra tile for a match if something breaks or they will keep it for another job not of yours! Make sure you have something in writing saying the job will be complete within X number of days and is NOT "complete" until all shower and plumbing fixtures AND shower door is installed! He will tell you put up a curtain then delay you forever claiming it's "complete" when its not waiting for a door that's available, but can't yet pay for. HOME OWNERS PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENTS! Best of luck! This is only my personal opinion and what I had watched home owner after home owner and multiple subcontractors go through with this company. Please research and use your own knowledge in regard to this company. More people need to post to the BBB site and here to help others. Most owners I've spoke to are scared to post a poor review thinking it will hinder their project to be completed.

Our screened in porch was starting to fall in 2 weeks before our annual Christmas party. I was in a panic because we had planned to host the majority of our party out on the porch. We knew that this close to Christmas, it would be highly unlikely to get a repair in time. We called Wilkerson tile, and they got us in and completed the project with plenty of time to spare. The best part is that I had my heart set on a specific wood grain tile, but after they saw the porch, they recommended a different cheaper tile because they believed it would look better and thought I'd be happier with a different selection because it would match better. How many businesses are willing to lose a little money to ensure their customers are happy? We love our tile and haven
gotten so many compliments on it. The customer service was top notch and very quick to respond to our needs!

I highly recommend Wilkerson Tile. They are reasonably priced and their craftsmanship is unbeatable! They offer a wide variety of product, remain on schedule, and leave work areas clean. Everyone associated with our tile shower project was professional and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the final results and will definitely use this local business again for my next remodel project.

We were selling our house and of course the inspection turned up a leak in our tile shower drain. We were given 4 business days to get the leak fixed. In order to properly fix the leak we needed the tile ripped out, a new shower floor and new drain. We called Wilkerson Tile, they came to give us an estimate the following morning and had the shower repaired within the given time limit. The customer service was great and the tile guys were professional and actually showed up when they said they would (unusual for companies in construction). Could not have been more happy!

Wilkerson Tile totally remodeled our master bath. They did a wonderful job! It looks so beautiful! Jeff, David and Richy were outstanding throughout the entire process and were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend using Wilkerson Tile for any bath remodel.

Wilkerson Tile has completed several projects in our home- three bathrooms and our fireplace- and we love all of them! The staff is so personable and hard working, and you can really trust their recommendations. It can be hard to find contractors who fulfill all of their promised and whom you trust, but these guys really go above and beyond. They know their stuff and do a fantastic job!

PERFECTION! Wilkerson Tile Company gave our outdated guest bathroom a complete transformation into a thing of beauty. The skilled workmanship, expertise, and attention to detail that Don, Jeff, and Jenn (just to name a few) provided made the whole experience joyful and easy. Instead of being stressed, I was always glad to see them because I knew each day they would give their best effort and finish in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them for any bathroom remodel.

I give Wilkerson Tile, Richie, Ricardo and Don an 11!!!!! We recently moved to the Chattanooga area from Atlanta and needed to renovate our 1959 kitchen/den area quickly so we could start our life here. Wilkerson was recommended by our real estate agent. He gave me a few names at first and I told him that I only needed "the best" because the tile I had purchased was very expensive and I couldn't take any chances. He immediately said "then call Richie" and gave me his cell phone number. Richie answered my first call and came the next day to give us a quote. My husband and I are so glad that we chose his team. They were all top notch workers and took the time to make it perfect instead of about getting to the next job. Something we had never experienced in Atlanta. haha Our 1959 mid century modern house (terrazzo style) floor looks original EXCEPT BETTER due to the underneath system that they suggested for stability etc. They also did our marble back splash, although it is a small area, it's a show stopper in the kitchen. I highly recommend them and will use them again. THANK YOU, RICHIE!!!!

Wilkerson Tile and Crewman Chris did beautiful tile work, removing old style fiberglass tube and shower. The job was done in a timely manner and site was left clean each and every day. They did such a great job, we are having them back to remodel our Master Bathroom this year.

Dealing with this company has been an absolutely awful experience!!! My job included installing wood beams in my living room ceiling. Installing thin brick to my living room wall, tearing out my main bathroom tile and retiling my shower. I signed the contract in July 2021 for $12,000. To that I changed the design of how I wanted the tile installed in my shower. I paid the extra money that it would cost. I also decided I wanted my kitchen backspash redone. I signed the contract and paid the deposit for that. They came out in September to install the beams. It then took over a month for them to come and install the brick which I had already purchased and was holding on to. I ordered the amount of brick that Richie had told me to. It wasn't enough. I had to wait two weeks for the extra brick to come in and over a month for Wilkerson to come back and finish the wall. Then it was another couple of months before they came back to do my backspash and then several more months before they did my shower. During all this time they kept coming back for a draw payment. Sometimes I got a receipt and Sometimes I did not. It took from July 2021 to May of 2022 for the job to be completed. During this time I had been lied to and my phone calls had been avoided and never returned. In all this time I ended up paying Wilkerson Tile a total of $16,828. That was several thousand more that than what I was quoted. I paid them $1,680 for my shower door. I waited 3 months for it. Chris told me it was in and just waiting to install it. The owner of the shower door company called me. He told me that Richie said that he could work directly with the customers. He had not ordered the doors because he had not been paid. There were many others who were waiting on shower doors for the same reason. I ended up paying an additional $1,491 to the shower door company. I have been trying to call Wilkerson Tile for them to pay me back the $1,680 they owe me. But they are avoiding and not returning my calls. I'm afraid I may have to take them to court. I have to say if you hire Wilkerson tile and if you are lucky enough to get the job completed the workmanship is excellent. It's just dealing with Richie and Chris that are a nightmare

We have been very happy with the entire Wilkerson Tile crew. The master bathroom in our older home was in terrible condition. I received a recommendation to consult Wilkerson Tile and Richie came right out and gave me a vision for what it could be and also an estimate. The bathroom now looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them.

I don't think I have ever taken the time to write a review, but as I look into contractors again for a new project, it has brought up a lot of painful memories regarding Wilkerson Tile; I have to warn others. I honestly feel terrible for the people working for Richie because he is basically a con man and you can tell his guys try to make up for his abhorrent behaviors. The list of atrocities I experienced during a bathroom remodel cannot possibly be covered in one of these reviews. Just know that he stole money, broke contract agreements, was beyond unprofessional on many accounts, you'll never get ahold of him until he wants something from you, it'll take forever to get anything done (i.e. my bathroom remodel got to celebrate a birthday before completion), and the list goes on and on. The guys working for him felt so bad for me they gave me their numbers to avoid me having to attempt to go through him by the end.

I was not a nasty client, I was never mean nor demanding, I didn't deserve the treatment I got. If I had the time I would be taking him to court as well, because he deserves to be stopped. If I could give less than one star I would. He seems charming, but he will over promise, under deliver every time.

Avoid.

We used Wilkerson Tile for our bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier! Richy was great to work with and the crew was courteous and made sure to put paper on the floor every day to ensure that the floors stayed clean. If there were any questions, it was easy to get a hold of someone. The biggest advantage in using Wilkerson Tile was the fact that Richy and his crew took care of everything start to finish, from the demo, the plumbing work and the shower door. I have recommended Wilkerson Tile to several friends and will continue to do so.

Richie came out to do an initial quote to replaced our small shower with a large tile and glass shower. Next we went to the office to select tile and fixtures. During this visit, we were presented with many interesting options on how to make this project great. Once the install started we were impressed by the workers punctuality, manners, clean workspace and true craftsmanship. The results exceeded our expectations. As a homeowner for the past 30 years, I am pleased to say that this is the best contractor we have ever hired. Thanks for great bathroom Wilkerson Tile!
