Wow, where can I begin. When I got in touch with Honey Do online, I received a phone call the next day to set up an estimate. In about a week, the owner came out and performed the estimate. He was kind, professional, clean, and knowledgeable about the three repairs I needed performed. He said it would be about a month or so before they could get to me due to volume. He also has a polite secretary that kept me informed of where I was on the schedule with a phone call every Friday. It was nice to know I wasn't forgotten each week.
Surprisingly I didn't have to wait long, I received a phone call two weeks later saying they could fit me in early. Repair work done earlier than planned???
Today, a gentleman named Tim arrived first thing in the morning. He was very polite as well and made quick work of my repairs. I think they are better than new.
I have a few things I want installed/repaired in the coming months and I know just who I am going to call.

Juan Contreas of Honey Do Service Inc is a friendly and skilled craftsman who did siding repairs no one else would tackle. I am pleased with the work and will use Honey Do Service again when the next home repair is needed.

It's been just a couple of months since Honey Do Service did a project for me and now they have done a second job and I am again a happy customer. Benjamin is another friendly and skilled craftsman that installed handrails and balusters, which brought my house up to code.

We greatly appreciated all the nice people at Honey Do Hixson/Chattanooga who worked together so well to make our 8 repair/installation/painting jobs go smoothly and completed in less than 2 days. They had it all planned thanks to Genivieve in the office, Aaron for the introductory visit to organize and bid the work and the excellent on site work of Richard and Juan Carlos. They addressed all of our concerns and questions and did not leave our house until we were satisfied with everything they did.
They have a smooth and efficient operation. They even had all the materials on site prior to starting so that our home and our time was not tied up with trips to get supplies.
So we are very happy with this service and will definitely be using them again for our older home’s repairs and maintenance.

This is the second job The Honey Do Service has done for us, and we are very impressed with their professionalism, skill, value and communication. The first job was a ceiling fan and bathroom fan replacement. Richard did a fine job. The second project was bigger: adding 2 feet to the length of a cramped 3.5’ square toilet closet in the master bathroom, and also installing a vessel sink in a guest bathroom. Brad and Benjamin did the demo and framing, and then Brad did the drywall, finish carpentry and painting. He did a great job and at the end of this dusty work cleaned every surface till it shone. Brack, Miguel and Genevieve were promptly responsive to our questions.

It is a rare company whose workers speak so warmly of their respect for the organization, as HDS’s do. We highly recommend them!

We had Brad and Brian out to do a list of items and they did a great job. The were quick, professional, friendly and took the time to explain how they were going to go about fixing items. They did a thorough job of testing each item on which they worked. We will be using Honey Do Service in the future for sure. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done.

They came out provided and estimate and timeline of when the work would be completed. Stayed true to what they said and Richard came out to complete the work that most contractor's had zero idea of a solution. Would recommend them again.

Honey Do service helped to replace damaged soffit. Jim and Brian came out and did an amazing job on the repairs. It was finished quickly, they were courteous, and the results are amazing. They took extra care in matching the paint and you cannot tell the difference from the original. I definitely would hire them again.

I called Honey Do Service when I noticed damage to soffit on my house. Mr Biggs provided written agreement of work to be done, which involved removing a canvas awning over the door so that soffit could be replaced. Richard and Gary divvied the workload and accomplished the task. They were professional and kind. I enjoyed talking with them as well. I hope their ears survived the onslaught. I have other tasks pending and will most definitely return to Honey Do Service.

Got an estimate which was very fair. Then they came out the next week. Garrett was the handyman and repaired my deck. He did a great job, very thorough and courteous. He was knowledgeable and really knew what to do and offered advice for the future. I will call them again!

My master shower area needed re-caulking. Tim arrived early and finished the job in about two hours. He was good at his job. My shower is clean well caulked! I’ve used Homey Do several other times and find them thorough and pro.

Today Zach from Honey Do Service installed a new light fixture in my Laundry Room, replacing a dying florescent fixture with a new LED unit. What a bright and lovely light it casts! Thanks again to Honey Do for a job well done!

We are so impressed with Breck and his team at Honey Do Service. We were having an issue with the drop ceiling at our business. As it turns out it was installed incorrectly to begin with and the heavy lights within the ceiling posed a risk to our customers and staff. Breck had us inspected on Friday and on the schedule for the following Monday. Brian and Zach took care of the removal of the old ceiling and installation of the new and they were fantastic. Very polite and professional. They really took extra care in making sure our floors, walls and furniture will taken care of during the process and did a great job cleaning everything up before they left. I cannot say enough great things about them.

Richard came to my home promptly at the arranged time. He installed my new mailbox and did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to use Honey Do Services in the future.
