Very rude and inconsiderate ! Very good quality product but their attitude just puts out bad business overall and just kind of cancels them out as a whole.

Horrible service and very rude! Also advertised that they close at 5 but refuses services several minutes before 5. Wouldn’t even take into consideration that I’d driven 20 miles to them. Will not be going back👎🏽👎🏽!

Disappointed is all I can say. I've purchased rip rap from several places in the last two years. The load I received from Shelton's was mostly dust. I had to sift through and pull out the good rocks. I've never had this issue before from previous places. I realize the rocks bang together and you will get some, but I purchased 6 tons and have a huge pile of dust remaining that is worthless. The owner didn't seem to care and basically said "it is what it is." I tried to send them pictures, and they didn't even care to see them. I might as well have purchased a couple tons of sand. That's basically what I received.

If I could give less than 1 star i would.

Also, The Staff inside Thomas Brothers was SO Professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE and Very Customer friendly- My husband and I spoke to a Woman names Caroline and She was Outstanding- We will Never Do Business with Any other Company for our Many Outside NEEDS. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Honey do services replaced three large decks 12-15 feet off the ground. The workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased. The work was done efficiently and completed as planned.Maza Oversaw the project and saw to it that every detail was completed. I definitely would recommend them highly.

Juan Carlos did a great job completing all of our assigned tasks. He managed to remove and rehang our massive entry door by himself even though the estimator had said two workers would be required. He was responsive to our request to make an adjustment to one item and left the interior and exterior work areas clean.

Work is beautiful. Aaron did a great job explaining what needed to be done. He always called me back whenever I had a question. Terry did a great job installing, my tile, and tub. Highly recommend this company.

On November 9, 2023, Richard did a great job installing a security camera. It was a difficult job in that it required a long stretch leaning over a rail on the upper deck to the corner of the eave. We have had Honey Do Service do other jobs for us, and we are continually impressed with the quality of craftsmen they employ.

I was not sure when I called, if The Honey Do Service would be able to help me with my repair issues. The gentleman who came out was very helpful and thorough. He listened and gave me my quote which seemed very reasonable. We scheduled the work and they were wonderful. The technician was polite, well mannered and did a professional job. Afterwards, he cleaned up and we went over the job much to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The Honey Do Service team were wonderful in doing the work we were needing. Miguel and Richard were kind, trustworthy and professional. The quality of their work was excellent. I will certainly be using this business again for any household repair needs.

From start to finish on our project Brack, Genevieve, Miguel, Danny and the rest of their crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work we needed to have done. When Brack met with us and saw the scope of the job, he took the time to do the quote correctly, called in a few more people to assess the job and they all put their heads together and really balanced the needs versus the budget of our project.

Genevieve was very friendly, upfront and honest about our start times and let us know that the current job the crew was working on may run a day late, so we were expecting the short delay for our start date.

Once the crew was on site, they were prompt, professional, clean and very respectful of the Food Grade environment we maintain here at the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. The crew was always very kind to everyone they interacted with and were able to answer our questions thoroughly. They were even accommodating to a small change we had to make on the fly.

The quality of their work is top notch and we are very satisfied with the level of professional service we received!

I've used honeydo services many times now. This time I needed my roof and ceiling repaired. Juan Contreras came out to complete the job. He was quick, very nice and cleaned up the job site. They are always my first estimate and normally end up being the service I use.

We had both exterior and interior repair projects involving removal of damage, installing new materials, and painting. Everything was done in a reasonable time frame and with good skill. Workers were courteous and professional, proactive about communicating. They were careful about their own safety when going to high places. We appreciated Juan Contreras and his helpers Benjamin and Miguel Gallegos for their consistent work and attention to our concerns.

I had a full range replacement. My cabinet had to be cut out to make a space for a full range replacement. This consisted of removing electrical oven in the wall and range top, cut and removal of central cabinet, cutting and staining countertop, new wiring, and removal of original appliances. Daniel was the electrician for the wiring. Masa did all the other detail. Both men were very professional and super nice. I have worked with other people since buying this house and these two by far were the BEST. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend to them to everyone. After the initial contact and getting my quote I had to wait a couple of weeks due to them booked. I received a phone call every Friday letting me know how the schedule was working and that everything was still confirmed. You don't see that hardly ever, where a business actually stays in touch with a customer in a friendly manner.

I had an opening cut for a barn door to be installed. Randy did a wonderful job. He was a pleasure to work with, and the barn door installation looks wonderful. He was good about cleaning up after the install. I would use Honey Do Service again, and will recommend the company.
