Aaron's remodeled our upstairs including floors, both bathrooms, tile shower, paint, electrical, and some minor structural work. We had good communication from initial consultation through the rest of the project. Things were much easier than expected, and they staged the project in a way that we could still live comfortably in the house while they worked. There were a few minor issues, to be expected with a big project, and we were happy with how quickly everything was resolved. They even came back out to fix a noisy spot in the new floor that started a few months after the job was finished and paid for. Overall, good work, great customer service, and transparent pricing.

From start to finish, Aaron and his team were absolutely great to work with. We needed structural repairs to our kitchen floor. Their assessment/quote was detailed and clear. They were ready to quickly answer any questions we had. The workers were professional, completing the work quickly while doing exactly what we agreed to. They clearly communicated any issues. And they cleaned up the site very well. Overall, I was very impressed with ARC. TLDR: honest, professional, quality work, highly recommend

ARC just finished the second job we have hired them for, and their work was excellent. They remodeled two bathrooms and a laundryroom in a our weird old house with structural complexities. They navigated the job with expertise and care. Aaron and his team communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with everything. They run a top-notch operation!

Highly recommend. Really appreciated the responsive communication and how quickly any concerns were addressed. Our home is almost 100 years old so it didn’t go 100% to plan but Aaron or Scotty were always super responsive going above and beyond to address anything that popped up. We are very pleased with the end result. So much so that we already have a couple of other projects planned with ARC. Thank you for the excellent job!

We had an unfinished space above our garage converted to a bedroom with ARC. Aaron, Scotty and their entire team including Antonio Sr. and Antonio Jr. were great to work with! They accommodated our schedule requirements very kindly, gave a thorough quote before we signed the contract. And where possible, they made suggestions to reduce the cost as well, in fact our cost adjustments along the way helped reduce the total price due to their suggestions. The quality of the work is excellent, every interaction with them was clear, all questions were patiently answered. Every day, they would clean up the space and put away the tools, and they also cleaned the stairs leading up to the room at the end of the project. And the permitting process was entirely handled by them from electrical to the final county inspection. We would highly recommend ARC for home projects, they're great and very friendly to work with!

My wife and I moved into our home in 2022 with a dream of what our living room area could be like one day. We saved for over 3 years to do the renovations to space and had no idea who to use or tell us when we were ready. We found Aaron’s company online using google and read though their reviews. People said the most wonderful things about the work and the service, so we gave them a try. From the start the sales rep Scotty came to the home and helped us walk though what we wanted to do to our home and pick a design that would look great. He said that the crews were 4-5 months out but that put us have the work done right in the middle of spring so we said that would be perfect weather to do this. The biggest thing that drove us to use them was the price. The work that they offered seemed fair and came in thousands under what other builders were trying to sell us. Aaron called about 4 weeks ago and said that they were ready to start, and my wife and I were so excited. He showed up and confirmed all the work that Scotty, my wife and I had planned a few months prior. He said that it shouldn’t take any time at all, and they would be at our home on Monday at 9:00. The crew that showed up to do our work was so professional and clean. They were super kind and worked the entire time they were here at our house. They knocked out the project in 2 weeks and the home looked amazing. Aaron came to the home every other day to make sure the work was coming along and answer any question that my wife or I had. At the end all 3 of us walked through the entire home and only one small spot with the drywall had an issue. Aaron would not take payment until the work was finished and sent his guys back out immediately to fix the issues with the drywall. We are so happy with our new space, and everything is what we could have dreamed of. The company not only does fantastic work but also goes about it with a level of integrity way above anything I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend them to work on any project.

I purchased a house that needed some TLC but ended up being a complete rebuild. I hired ARC and they helped me every step of the way. From the numerous design layouts to picking flooring materials and everything in between. I'm still completely astounded that they were able to pull this off WITHIN budget. I can't imagine being able to do this with anyone else. I can never thank you guys enough.

My parents used Aaron’s Remodeling for a new screened in porch and they were very happy with the work. We hired them to build a big deck and covered area. Aaron is quick to respond and really cares about the job. We are very happy with our deck and we will definitely use them again.

I have known Aaron for several years and have heard positive comments about his company and its quality of work. When we decided to make some changes to our home in order to make it more accommodating as we get older, ARC was the only company I considered. Scotty came out to the house and looked over the job I was wanting performed and within a week or so, he submitted a proposal, it was approved, and I was put on the schedule, with work to begin May 1st.

I had a rather unique request for the closet doors I wanted installed in the bathroom/laundry area they were converting for me. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and when the standard doors would not work with the flipper-door system I ordered, Aaron had the contractor build them to fit, in order to give me EXACTLY what I was visualizing. They also tore out an 80's shower/tub combo and installed a tiled shower stall with a bench and shampoo niche. Eric, the contractor doing the work, was extremely patient with all of my questions and comments.

I also had an old sliding-glass door removed, and a French door installed. It was installed and you cannot tell it hasn't been there since we first built the house.

I had asked that the area be kept usable on a day-to-day basis, because our only other bathroom is upstairs and would be hard for me to use. Eric mopped his way out of the bathroom and put is tools and supplies out of the way every day. The workers respected my house as if it was their own. They placed rugs across the existing hardwood floors so there would be no damaged to them. There was an area in the yard where they were putting the scraps and debris from the demolition and work area. It was cleaned up and hauled off every week and when the job was finished, you couldn't tell it had ever been there.

My remodeling was not supposed to start until May 1st and would take 4 or 5 weeks. It was started March 28th (a month early) and was completed May 4th, right on time!!!

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the team's treatment of me, my husband and our home. I would recommend ARC to ANYONE wanting to have quality work done in their home. I cannot find the words to express how EXTREMELY ECSTATIC I am with everything about the job, from beginning to end.

We chose ARC to build a covered screened porch and new deck. We are extremely pleased with ARC, they did exactly what was promised, the project looks incredible. The process began with an initial consultation with Debbi Belisle. She listened to what we wanted and made a few suggestions that we liked. She was very detailed in the entire process and the drawing she presented gave us confidence that she had a plan to make it happen. The proposal was very detailed and left no questions on what we were getting. The supervisor and crew worked from those plans all the way through the project. They were careful to keep the framing square and level from the start. They are very talented carpenters and skilled in all aspects of the job. Aaron Parker communicated with us during the project and was always quick to return a call. The job finished on time and on budget. Aaron has built an honest and reputable company and works hard to see that his clients are satisfied with their work. We highly recommend ARC and glad they were our choice.

Aron and company did a major remodel job for a house we purchased and needed to make some revisions on. Before the project started and during the project we did several changes and revisions to our plan and Aaron was always amicable in making our changes. The project turned out beautiful and we are very pleased. We will definitely use ARC in the future for any other projects that may arise.

My experience with Aaron's Remodeling was very great! I reached out to several companies within my area (including one just down the street), the majority of which could care less to even return my request. Aaron's called me back after only a few days to see what kind of work I was looking for. Just like the first encounter they were always a phone call or text away. Additionally, Aaron was always upfront and honest with me. I hired them to build a new screened in porch, repair and paint siding, and some other various repairs. I have included a couple pictures to show the great job they did on my porch. Aaron and Scott were both great to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for similar work at your home! I will absolutely hire them again when needed in the future.

Aarons Remodeling Company (ARC) recently completed a remodel of our kitchen & laundry room. Debbi worked with us early on design and estimate to get our scope into budget and guide us through material selection. Can't say enough good things about working with Debbi and her patience with us through the process.
Once we got scheduled for work, the team started showing up daily and stayed on task, with specialty folks coming in as needed.
We knew there was plumbing in a wall where we wanted to open up between the den and kitchen and until we could see what needed moved couldn't develop a solution, but they did come up with a solution that didn't break the budget.
Aaron is careful not to over promise and he points out where the potential problem areas are. He does not oversell, but is realistic. His teams are careful and considerate and we enjoyed working with each crew he had in here. Cabinets are tricky. Tiles are an art. Drywall is unforgiving. Paint takes on hues depending on where it is. Nothing is simple - except plumbing, water flows downhill... Seriously, these guys are terrific.
If you want it done well, ARC is a good choice in east TN. It takes time, and nothing is cheap, but Aaron strikes a good balance on schedule, price, and quality. We like what they did.

ARC did an extensive remodel of my house-converted a dining room to a kitchen, the old galley kitchen to a laundry room/butler's pantry, replaced laminate flooring with wood flooring, redid the plumbing, remodeled two bathrooms, and both installed and closed up several windows. Debbi listened to me really well and spent a lot of time in the planning period making sure the layout was exactly what I wanted, she redid and modified the layout a few times before they started to make sure it was what I wanted. She also had a lot of helpful suggestions. They stayed within my budget and were very transparent about prices from the start and the break down of individual items so that I could pick and choose if I really wanted something or if I wanted to forgo it to reduce cost. Aaron, Debbi, and the entire work crew were very professional, respectful, and approachable. In the end, the final project was beautiful (better than I had hoped for). My expectations were more than exceeded and I love my new house. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting anything from a small project to something larger.

We hired ARC to add on to the back side of our home. From start to finish Aaron and his workers were fantastic. The design work helped us shape our ideas about the addition. The workers were always attentive to every detail. Any change we requested was handled wonderfully. Aaron was always helpful in directing our project. The end project is even better than we imagined. I highly recommend ARC for any construction work you might need.

Aaron and Debbi were fantastic during renovations that we completed this year. We did everything from interior work, fireplace, stone work, exterior work and even under our deck. Everything was transparent, up front and honest with what could be done and what would be better to do to save us money.

I can't recommend Aaron and crew enough if you are looking to have quality work done!

Needed some "handyman" type work done and talked with Scotty at Aaron's Remodeling Company. He came, gave an estimate and scheduled my project to be "worked in". Let me tell you .. it was worth the wait! Aaron and a crew of guys came in on a Monday and went to work. Very professional, skilled, & honest workers. I couldn't be more pleased with the completed project. I highly recommend them for any project you might have.
