They showed up as expected & did work as agreed upon! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THEY WOULD HAVE COORDINATED WITH THEE RECOMMENDED ROOFERS FOR ME SO I WAS NOT A NECESSARY PART OF THE PROCESS-BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID :)

I don’t think I have ever given a bad review but this company must be too busy to handle new clients. The customer service may need to listen a little closer to what a possible customer is trying to say instead of talking over them. I will be giving my money to someone else.

Great coordination of gutter installation in Knoxville while we are living in Nashville. Highly recommend.

This was our second encounter with the company. First time was to solve a gutter issue on a boat house; second time was to help us solve a down spout problem. Terry Dailey was a pleasure to work with - gave us great advice, spent a lot of time with us.

They came out twice to give me an estimate on a simple 50', straight run,gutter. They arrived around 4:00, supposed to be here around 12- or 1:00 pm. I told them before they gavee my estimate that I was reusing my downspouts. How was I to know a piece of two was missing that connects to the gutter. I really didn't pay attention to it. The guy who came out twice should of seen that when he came out to give me the estimate. So,the piece cost around $25,but they wanted to charge me an extra $175. Don't know if the guys are contractors or not. But, obviously a big rip off

I would (and will) recommend East TN Continuous Guttering to family and friends. I called to request an estimate, and Eddie came the next morning. One week later the job was done.

Our home has 158 feet of gutters with 10 downspout. The crew arrived about thirty minutes after they called. They was both professional and courteous. They did an excellent job or removing the old gutters and installing the new. They cleaned up and removed all of the old gutters and other materials that was left over from the job.. I would strongly recommend this company.

They did a great job, very good work, very friendly and good price.

From start to finish, all the employees were courteous, friendly, conscientious and respectful. They got all the gutters up in a day; had to come back following day to install downspouts. When it finally rained so we could check it all out, we found 2 problems & they came it & fixed them in a little over a week. Very good workmanship and very prompt; will definitely call them again if we need more work done.
