Well, here we go. Another not-so-professional company in my area. I received an estimate that looked really good. I had 6" guttering, downspouts, some vinyl siding, drip edge and a standing seam section of roofing installed. Everything started out good, but eventually ended up with the owner (Eddie) and me having a HUGE screaming fight. He is a bit difficult, but we were able to get past this and moved forward. The team had to come out several additional times to adjust and replace a few things, but otherwise, they worked out. The installers were actually very nice and accomodating. Additionally, the standing seam roof was black without discussing color I would want. When I discussed it, I was told it was the only color it came in...absolutely a lie. NOW, however, I found that the drip edge that was installed, is really not "installed" at all. Code requires that they go under the bottom shingle and either be nailed or adhered with roofing cement. None of the drip edges were attached permanently and the company says they don't permanently install them. HUH? That is TN code to permanently install them. Kim states they have been doing it this way for 30 years, which means they do not keep up with current code changes. This company is so difficult to work with and will argue with anyone. My dad used to own this type of company and I worked for him over 5 years. I know that this company is cutting corners for profit. They even screwed up my bill and later tried to bill more. I had already signed the original estimate that included everything and I paid that in full. Now they want to say that I did not pay the bill. The woman in the office is a HUGE part of the problem, because she is argumentative and screws up too much. I would say that if you hire this company....watch them very carefully...or better yet, pull a permit for the work if required...if unsure, DO NOT go with them at all. UPDATE: They will not install the drip edge properly....I would NEVER recommend them, as they are only out for themselves.

The 2 technicians were professional and courteous. Introduced themselves, walked the job, gave expected timelines and left without any trace of their work. Professionals.

We highly recommend East Tennessee Guttering. Several years ago we had them replace our gutters and add leaf guard. Very happy with what they did. This past week we needed two downspouts replaced. The owner came out and gave us a fair quote. The gentleman who came out to do the install was very professional and personable. His work is top shelf. He also did a great job of removing the old and cleaning up. You’d never know he had been here except for the nice new downspouts.

The guys were very friendly, and done a really good job on fixing the gutters. The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is that they left nails all around my house, they should have a magnet to pick them up . I spent quite awhile going around picking up the gutters nails & my husband took a magnet and it picked up alot of nails from the boards. But overall I am happy with the work done and gutters fixed.

They were prompt in responding to a need to repair ligthning damage to the fascia and drip edge of our home. Work was planned and executed timely without any issues. Their employee Chris did an excellent job and completed the task to our satisfaction.

I can not say enough great things about this company. I called a couple of other gutter companies. Had to leave a message, expecting call backs that never came. This company got back to me later the same same day. Had a person on sight in a couple of day to examine my needs and later that same day an on line quote.I accepted but explained I had some travel plans. They responded to my needs, worked with my schedule and kept me informed each step of the way. The gentlemen who came to do the work today were great. I was very happy with the job and the company. I was trying to give a good review from my phone. I am old and hit something before my post went through. While I was trying to retype my praise, the office manager called me to say she got a blank message and asked if if there was anything she could help with in case of a problem .I was in the process of retyping my praise but was blown away by the response. This is almost never happens in todays world. If you need gutter services you should call them for sure! If I could give more than five stars I would! Best service from any comapny I have engaged with in a very long time!

I want to say thanks to ET Guttering for the great job they did installing as well as the quickness in getting it done. Relationships mean a lot and they won me over. Highly recommend them.

We had a smaller, but fairly technical, job we needed completed to repair and replace some siding on our home. While other companies provided very high quotes or never got back to us, East TN Continuous Guttering got back to us quickly with a fair quote. Throughout the scheduling process and ordering of supplies there were some delays out of their control, which they were very good about communicating to us. The work completed was very well done, and actually came in under the estimated cost! We would highly recommend East TN Continuous Guttering, and will be using them for all our siding and gutter needs in the future!

The representative who did the estimate was straight forward, made good suggestions, and showed me samples. Pricing was very reasonable. They were quick and quiet when removing the gutters. They were patient to wait for our painters to finish before returning to do the install. Communication throughout was easy.

We were very pleased with East Tennessee Continuous Guttering. Elizabeth was so polite and very helpful in scheduling our service. The installers Will and Chris did a great job repairing our damaged gutter with a new section and downspouts. We would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

ARC is the best! My husband and his father started re-doing the siding on our home over a year ago, and due to health issues that came up, were not able to complete it. Our siding is a little different than most, and I could not find anyone to help! Every company I called had an excuse, either it was too small of a job, or too big, or they just didn't know how to do it. Aaron and his team were willing to help me, and completed the siding in a timely and professional manner...what great guys!

I had Aarons Remodeling Company finish some insurance work for me that another company had started and never came back out to finish, they specialize in remodeling and doing things well, not just insurance work. They did tile in my kitchen, carpet in my bedroom and closet, and they finished our office as well. They did a great job! They showed up when they said they would and got the job done in an acceptable amount of time. I would recommend them to any of my Knoxville friends.

For the second year in a row, we used Aaron's Remodeling Company to do some renovation and, once again, they did an outstanding job. They completely remodeled our master bathroom and also remodeled the laundry room and a bedroom. The 3 man crew, led by Eric, did quality work. The wall painting was complex as it included multiple colors and 2 walls with stripes and they did excellent work with this. All the rest of the work, including installation of crown molding and trim, putting down new tile, installation of a new vanity, installation of a new bathtub, installation of a new tile shower including a shower door, installation of new backsplash around the bathtub, and other things was done in an quality manner. They are versatile and skilled in all aspects of the remodeling process. We had a number of change orders and Scotty Wilson did a very good job of keeping track of them. I highly recommend this company and plan on contacting them in the future when we have additional remodeling needs.

My wife and I hired Aaron's Remodeling Company to modernize our finished basement. The original basement had a layout that was impractical, the finish was terribly dated, there was very little lighting, too few outlets, and the space was usable, but had so much more potential.

When I first met with Debbie, our project planner, I had a positive feeling. She worked with me to define exactly what I wanted, and then managed to put up with me during all the back and forth, changes, and "great ideas" that I had. The layouts and visualizations she provided really helped show use what we'd be seeing and that just sealed the deal.

To further complicate things, right as the project was supposed to kick off, the Covid19 pandemic hit. My company furloughed most of it's employees and I was about to start a major renovation. I called Aaron right away and we talked through it. I then called Debbie and we talked about what we could do to trim the project back as much as possible, but still finish the family room that had already been demolished.

They were very quick to respond and we managed to split the project into multiple phases that could safely be done months or years apart and still give us a usable basement family room.

And all that was before the project even started!

After the project started, it was smooth sailing. Aaron was here to introduce me to the primary crew and then walked me through the timeline and what other sub contractors would be included. I had individual meetings with insulators and electricians to finalize the details. From there it was just staying out of their way and watching it all come together.

I'm very happy with the results and my experience. I will be recommending them to anyone that is looking for a GC.

We just finished a basement remodel with ARC. They were wonderful every step of the way, from starting our project ahead of schedule to making sure every last detail was complete to our satisfaction. Aaron and Debbie were easy to work with and very responsive to our calls and emails. I would highly recommend ARC!

Aaron's team finished part of my basement that was unfinished, turned half bath into full bath with walk-in shower. Great work. Looks really good! Had issue with plumbing and Aaron was super fast at getting guys out to fix it.

I did a complete remodel of my house, including removing walls and replacing them with support beams when needed and complete bathroom renovations to transform one into a handicap accessible room. I couldn't be happier. ARC's Debbi used my ideas to design a remodel that would be the most cost efficient. Aaron oversaw every detail and always included me in the discussions and plans. When the city inspectors threw a wrench into my plans, Aaron was right there with a remedy. If I ever had a question, I never felt that Aaron resented answering me. I highly recommend Aaron and ARC!

We just finished having Aaron's Remodeling Company do a project for us. They remodeled 2 bedrooms, a large bonus room, and 2 bathrooms. We had a 3 person crew led by Eric. They did an outstanding job with every part of the project. The flooring installation, tiling installation, installation of new vanities/tops, installation of new shower/bathtub, new crown molding and trim, and painting were all done extremely well. Scotty Wilson did an excellent job of keeping careful track of order changes (we had 10 order changes) and he gave us a easy to understand list of exactly what purchases we needed to make prior to the start of the project.
