Nate was Professional and easy to work with. There were some changes to the remodel which nate was happy to amend. We became quite good friends and I would highly recommend.

Nate and company did a great job working on a number of projects in our house, including converting our ugly bath/shower combo into a beautiful walk- in shower with full tile and marble. The difference is night and day, would hire him for our next project.

From the first time we met Nate to plan our remodeling projects, we had a great deal of confidence in his professional abilities to complete our home remodeling. He has performed all of the projects to our complete satisfaction in a professional and timely manner. We plan to use his company again with additional projects. Lake view home improvement did a complete remodel of our master bathroom including a new shower, new tile flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting and wallpapering. Although it was challenging during the pandemic, they accomplished all work at a very high quality almost to the day estimated in the proposal. The only issues I had were with suppliers and with the general contractor or subcontractors and Nate did an excellent job of personal fixing the small issues to make us happy. This was the second time we had used lake view and the quality of work was excellent both times. I would us them again and highly recommend them for any remodeling project. This project was finished six months ago and we are very happy with the work and there have been no problems.

The team with Lakeview completed a full renovation of a master bathroom in my house. It was quite extensive, involving moving a wall and moving plumbing. The quality of the work was excellent. Anything that I saw that I wasn't pleased with was corrected. But that rarely happened because of Nate's attention to detail. We ran into a couple of delays along the way, but it was worth the wait to have such a thorough and well-done renovation to show for it. I would highly recommend them.

Last summer my wife and I had a leak in our kitchen which ended up requiring a full kitchen remodel. After months of dealing with a number of very poor contractors and subcontractors, our remodel was complete, but a number of issues arose including a crack in a brand new Blanco under mount sink.
I’ve known Nate for many years and had seen a number of his videos on transparency and planning and gave him a call to see if he could help. While I figured a job like this would be too small, he immediately called me back and setup a time to come look at the issue. It didn’t take long for him to pinpoint that the sink was most likely installed improperly without the necessary support. Within a matter of weeks, Nate coordinated with the necessary subcontractors and also the suppliers and was able to uninstall the plumbing, remove the entire 9’x4’ quartz island, remove the cracked sink, install the new sink and replace the island and plumping. He and his crews left the house as if no one was ever there, in a clean, spot free condition.
Nate has also followed up on multiple occasions to ensure everything was working properly.
My wife and I will most certainly go to Nate and his team for future housework and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Nate and his team at Lakeview were great to work with. He was very quick and responsive to the needs we needed completed. We had some general repairs done to the house and had them back out again for our laundry room remodel. We had a difficult situation that was left from previous owners but he had all the answers and great suggestions on what to do that we never even thought off. I just wanted to leave a thank you/review for Nate and his team at Lakeview Remodels. Their professionalism is top notch! I’ve lived through a couple big renovations in the past so I know how things can go, but now I know how things should go!

Every timeline Nate gave me, was actually met. His crew showed up every morning at the same time and left in the evenings at the same time. So I was never left sitting around wondering. His team cleaned as they went, so I wasn’t left living in a dusty disaster zone. I’ve dealt with contractors who seemed very professional but would send in somewhat shady crews to do the work. Not with Nate, his crew came to work with the same integrity and professionalism as Nate, so there was no bait and switch.

The work was completed on time, under budget and completed to satisfaction! In the current market, finding construction crews to show up is hard enough, but finding one that’s reliable, transparent and not out to gouge your wallet is almost impossible, but thanks to Nate at Lakeview Remodels it’s entirely POSSIBLE!!! Be sure you find out ALL THE POSSBLE details before spending money on a home instal, especially if time matters to you. When we signed up to buy all our material from Home Depot , the Flooring Specialist El asked how soon we wanted this done and we explained we wanted it done as soon as tomorrow , but she explained the process and how the flooring would have to be inside home for 72hours, well ok ,we understand how that works. Then come to find out the flooring ( that is On Sale!!!!) was NOT EVEN IN STORE, so they will order it and email or call us when it's in and gave expected dates.which came and went without a call or email, so we call to find out it's there, (after much mixed communications on phone)then they(Sam) said they would get it all together for us to come just pick up, once we get there at pick, material not ready for pick... an hour later.... we get the stuff.
Next day(today) I call to find out when will install be? I call to find out they will put it in the computer and Somebody Sometime Will be calling to set up appt. Hour later I get a automated call that connected me to someone putting me on " The schedule for instal" I say Friday will be the third day I'd REALLY like to get this in.But the schedule says this will take ""2DAYS TO INSTAL"" and the first available time for a 2day instal won't be until THE 28&29th
Well this means it will be """""A MONTH"""""" from the time we started and Paid for this. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS ,I'm just Outraged over this. It makes No sense to me why they bother to askWhen I want it done if that person( the Flooring Specialist ) CAN NOT even see or have access to the schedule . To be able to say well this will take two days And that the installers are backed up FOR WEEKS! (We would NOT HAVE PAID THEM FOR INSTAL IF WE KNEW)
We decided on PAYING for this install because it SHOULD have been quick & easy!!
But it's been one let down after another. WE WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN!! And do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to pay for an instal thru Home Depot. Very disappointed .

Home Depot strives for great customer service and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with their products and services they will work with you to guarantee satisfaction. The home installation department definitely exceeds picture perfect work in any home.

We live in an older 1960s rancher and discovered that our house wasn't grounded. The EASTENN COMPANY came out, assessed the situation and returned the next week to fix the problem. Upon the initial assessment, and talking with the owner, my husband and I had complete confidence that these people are experienced and know their stuff. The technicians are friendly and do a quality job. Jake went above and beyond - specifically, the technician was creative in coming up with a solution so the ground wire couldn't be severed in the future. We are used to repair persons doing the bare minimum for the greatest cost - that wasn't the case with EASTENN COMPANY. We will be using them exclusively for all our needs.

Justin did a great job with our kitchen. We needed to relocate a few outlets and run a few new circuits. He was very cautious of where he removed drywall so it would be easy to repair. He even noticed some faulty work that was done by a different electrician and fixed their mistakes - free of charge.

Power has been out for 12 hours with no help and they are all standing around laughing talking and high fiving. Horrible workers do not take their job seriously they should have kub out here at first had sounds like they are still working on stuff to me. Guy I talked to on the phone was unnecessarily rude. If you cannot finish a job in a work day it should not be done at all it is now almost 11 and I have work at 7 am and have not been able to shower all day. 16 hours almost is crazy!!

My heat went out during a cold front. Called an HVAC guy who said it was an electrical problem so I called these guys! Excellent work from start to finish. Got me taken care of in a timely manner and for only $50! Definitely recommend and will use them in the future if I have any other needs!
