I have only great things to say about this group. They were professional, punctual, and all around easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service. They responded quickly to a very serious problem and I immediately knew they were the guys to get the job done. They cleaned up after taking up carpet and tile floors and immediately started the drying process. You can not go wrong with these guys!!

Called on a Sunday for an estimate and the lady who answered phone was very nice. Said she would have Colton call me within a 15 minute he called to set up a time for later in week. The morning of I received a text what time he would be here. Showed up on time and was very nice.

Colton quickly showed up with equipment to clean up the water and dry it out before any damage could set in. We are s contractor that replaces drywall, flooring, base bard and general repair and have the utmost respect for the quality of work that Independent Restoration Services does in taking care of their clients homes. They use extreme care to not cause additional damage to other furnishing and fixtures.

They have left the home in excellent condition for us to do the repairs snd follow back up with us as to timing and client satisfaction.

I bought my first house a year ago. It was a smoker’s house, but I intended to renovate the entire inside. We got all materials inside removed but it still had a strong smoke odor. Colton was a friend who came over and was able to help out. He had a mix of cleaners that are tobacco specific neutralizers that were sprayed on everything. After that he left several pieces of equipment to filter the air. It smelled fantastic afterward. And now a year later after all renovations are wrapping up it still smells like a new house without any lingering odors. Thank you all so much!!!

I couldn’t recommend a better company! We were out of town for the weekend and came back to find our toilet had clogged and kept running nonstop. We called Colton immediately and he came out with his crew and started extracting the standing water. He explained to us the dangers in water coming from the toilet and how it was absorbed and hiding in all sorts of materials. We rent our house so our renters insurance covered our personal items but the structure fell under our landlord. IRS worked with both insurance companies to get everything squared away, cleaned up, and dried. No need to wait for someone to answer and schedule you in a day later. Colton answered immediately and was out the same afternoon!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Independent Restoration Services and the owner Colton. In the middle of an otherwise normal day, I found a major water leak in our house that did considerable damage to half our home. I called Colton on a referral and he was at my house within a few hours. His crew showed up the next say and started doing what had to be done—removing water, packing up all our belongings, moving them to storage, and then ripping out all the damaged floors and walls. He knew his stuff, helped us get maximum reimbursement from insurance, documented the damage well, and took care of everything. A few things that stuck out to me: First, Colton shows up on what are really bad days for his clients. He was empathetic and compassionate. He listened, answered questions, was very patient, and helped me understand the process. Second, he and his crew were very respectful of both me and of my home. I never once felt uncomfortable with the guys on his crew. As a woman, that is really important to me. They took a lot of care with our belongings, even the stuff that seems ordinary to them but were priceless to me. They were thorough and careful. I loved that they moved all our stuff for us and took care or finding the storage facility and getting it all set up. At such a chaotic and difficult time for us, they really took a lot of concerns and errands off our plate. Finally, and most importantly, is that several things occurred that showed me Colton is a man with integrity. It is important to him to take care of people and to do the right thing. He truly cares about both his clients but also about doing a good job for people during some very hard moments in their lives. I can easily recommend him with no reservation. I hope you never need a restoration company, but If you do, you’ll be well cared for.

Colton and his crew rock! I was pretty anxious having to call a water restoration company after our kitchen flooded, but Colton patiently walked me through everything. Throughout the process, communication was very quick and easy. The whole crew are really good guys, I enjoyed talking with each one. They cleaned up each day before they left and were extremely courteous. They have also been in communication with my insurance company to work that side of things out. Finally, they do excellent work.

Ultimately, I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you find yourself in a stressful water restoration situation and aren’t sure what to do, call them. You won’t regret it.

We recently had our dishwasher supply line break and spray water for what we can guess is several hours. We came home at the end of the day to puddles of water from the kitchen to living room and into the spare bedrooms. We cleaned up the water the best we could but felt uneasy with how much water there was. I called Colton and he was out immediately. He managed to find water trapped underneath our vinyl plank even in a room we didn’t see any water. He was able to help us through the insurance process. We had to remove the floors in order to dry the sub-floor but Colton and his team even took care of packing and storing all the items on the floor. Highly recommend Independent Restoration Services for any of their services.

I was introduced to Colton through my insurance agent in the spring when we had a copper pipe from one of our outside water spigots bust and flood our kitchen. I called Colton first thing on a Monday and he answered promptly. After explaining my issue he was able to meet me that afternoon to look at the damage. Colton and his team immediately removed the damaged flooring in the kitchen and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Our home has continuous flooring all through the main level and once everything was approved through insurance Colton and his team came back out and moved everything out into our garage and removed the remaining flooring. Once our new floors and baseboards were down and painting was complete Colton came back for a last time and moved all our furniture and belongings back in for us. I didn’t have to lift a finger all because of him and his crew. They went above and beyond to help us out and I cannot say enough kind things about him. Great guy and a great company. I highly recommend Colton and his team if you ever find yourself in a situation like ours.

From start to finish, Colton and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever hired. A month before our wedding, our condensate pump failed and flooded the basement, ruining our new floors. I was so stressed.
