We live in Oak Ridge and are always hesitant to hire people anymore due to declining work ethic and pride. After multiple bids we decided to hire Quality Demolition to remove an old barn and clear some property surrounding to put a new project. Not only was he professional, and punctual... But he was respectful of the land, tidy, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I guess there are still honest, hard working people out there. 10/10. I highly recommend this company to anyone on the fence.

Aaron and his team went above and beyond to get done everything that we needed on our property. They did some demo, land clearing and removed some trees for us. Our housed burned down October 9th 2024. We interviewed 4 different demolition companies and chose Aaron's. Aaron has completed the job despite Mother Nature's attempts to stop him (snow and rain). Why did we chose him? He was confident without being boastful. He clearly explained the process. He included me (a female) and looked at me in his verbal responses. He had experience. The price was right. They left the property clean and picked up debris before they left. Aaron and his father were respectful of our loss. I highly recommend them.

As an architect, I’ve worked with hundreds of different subcontractors. It is always difficult to find one that performs quality work while meeting schedule and communicating during the entire project. While Quality Demolition is a relatively young company, they strive to meet all expectations. Aaron was great with communication, Paul was great at his job on the mini-excavator.

Zeke and DJ did an outstanding job leveling and sealing my concrete pad. It was lifted 4 or 5 inches to pull rainwater away from the home’s foundation.
From my first meeting with the sales representative, to communication with admin for scheduling, watching the guys lift the concrete, and even chatting with their photographer; the entire process couldn’t have gone any smoother.
