My experience with '58 Foundations started with Gerad and his consultation. He was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to point out issues to me that I would not have seen and explain them in plain terms. He also explained payment plans and got me in contact with LeeAnn. She was wonderful and prompt answering all of my questions and worries. They both made me feel comfortable with the work that needed to be done.
Jonathan, Frank, and Travis came out to do the work today. They were swift, efficient and accurate when placing the piers and beam needed to stabilize the foundation of my older home. Jonathan was respectful and willing to ask me if I had any questions or concerns with the work they were doing.
The roll and bounce in my floor is gone.

I have had an incredible experience. Nick was able to work with my plans to get me a great price and a plan to make our foundation dry and stable for years to come! Matt and his team were so nice and did amazing work. I would recommend to a friend.

Jason McKenzie is an outstanding sales person. He listened to what I had to say and went and audit the house. He gave me an honest answer and told me why I was having a problem with cracks in ceilling and walls. My house needs to be stabilize not lifting.
Now for the crew that did the work. They are all outstanding and professionals.

We had a very unique project. Had several people tell us that it could not be done. Gerald with 58 foundations came and said they would be able to do the job.
Zeke and Tyler were very professional, and did amazing work. They completed the job in a couple of hours and now the memorial looks amazing. Thank you all!!

I wanna say thank you to Jubal, DJ, and Cooper! They put in a new French drain at my house. To say that I am satisfied is an understatement. These guys did amazing on the job as well as really impressed me with the cleanup. They were all very friendly and professional! Will be referring all my friends and family to 58 Foundations!

Work that was completed was, reasonable. Main issue is that the company verbally set expectation of service higher than actually performed, meaning less work was performed for the agreed price.

Had the salesman come out and look at our project to quote it, and asked for 2 very specific tasks to be completed. Vapor barrier seams were to be taped/sealed, and it was supposed to be adhered and sealed to the wall as well. Salesman called this "hybrid encapsulation" and was given a price, with what seemed like a pretty clear understanding. We accepted the quote and had the company move forward.

Upon completion of the work, they had only sealed/taped the seams, but did not adhere barrier to the wall, claiming I didn't pay to have it ran up the wall. Went back and forth with the salesman about what was asked for, and what was performed, and basically he just stated that the misunderstanding was always mine, since he never put any of that in his notes. Quoted 1700 to finish that particular task. I asked how taping seams, one step past loose laid vapor barrier, was even remotely considered "hybrid encapsulation", and couldn't get a straight answer.

Ultimately was told by the salesman that he would reach out to his manager to see if anything could be done on behalf of the misunderstanding that left me on the short end, but never even heard back from him. No surprise, as the check is already cashed...

UPDATE: The company has responded to this review with some textbook response, and I still havent heard anything directly back in over another week. Unresponsive if you have an issue isn't good business. Consider that when shopping for service.... Also, dont get too hung up when they tell you the company is still originally owned by the man that started it. Apparently that doesn't mean anything. It certainly doesn't go towards rectifying any issues.

I'm done here. Reevaluated, and dropping review down to 1 star and cutting losses. Not worth the effort to deal with the people, they'll just lie to your face and tell you what they think you want to hear to get your money.

From the beginning when the crawlspace specialist Mark came out to address our issues I knew this was the company we were gonna go with. He showed up in work boots and work clothes, not fancy dress pants and shoes and then had to “change” just to crawl under the house. He addressed our issues that we were having and gave us an honest quote on what we needed. He didn’t try to upsale anything that wasn’t needed like other companies tried to do. I called and used the 0% financing that they offered unlike other companies wanting to charge 15-20% interest.

On the day of the project, I received a text from the crew lead Eric letting me know who he was and a picture of him. He also called and let me know he was on his way and an estimate time of arrival. I was not able to be present during the project but my wife was and Eric and the other crew members were extremely polite, took the time to explain to my wife what to expect throughout the day, and even was nice enough to pet and play with our dog so that he wouldn’t be freaking out the entire time they were under the house. Mark had originally told us it would take a day and a half to two days to complete the project but the guys were able to knock it out in one day. I was a little worried that they got done so quickly but when I got home and crawled under the house, I couldn’t find anything that they missed. Eric kept in contact with me the whole day and even sent me progress pictures throughout the day to make sure I was happy with how things were proceeding. After they finished they made sure to clean up everything to make it look like they hadn’t even been there.

I would highly recommend ‘58 foundations, Mark, Eric and the whole crew to tackle and projects that you need done with your foundation or crawlspace. If I need any other work done in the future, they will be my first and only call!!

A storm blew several shingles off and Russell was able to come the next morning to repair! He was quick and kept great communication!

I had Russ come out and repair the ridge vents on my house. He done an excellent job with the repair and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing work done.

Had a new roof put on 5 years ago.
Total rip off. Russel came in and explained what had to be done to fix it and did it. They found rot and fix it at no extra charge. Did not damage my garden in the process. Highly recommend this company.

Russ did a great job. He was kind, courteous, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work in a timely manner. Since I obviously couldn't be on the roof while he was working, he would send me videos of exactly what he was doing as he was working on the repair. I highly recommend him!

We built an add-on to the back of our house and hired Russell to come quote the job. When I called him back, the quickness to scheduling and getting a date to fix our roof was amazing! The quality of the job was 5 stars! I want to thank y'all so much for fixing our house and add on.

Update: Needing to get leaking roof fixed and it's impossible to get ahold of Russell. Goes straight to voice mail. I still can't get him to come out after dealing with this now for mouths. Use someone else!!! He uses burner phones and you'll never be able to get a hold of him again.

Russells roofing came out to our house after the bad storm we had on 30 April which caused a leak in our living room. Russell immediately inspected our roof and not only found the leak but identified other issues with our roof. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him and his company for any of your roofing needs.

After storm damage to our home, we reached out to Russell’s Roofing Knoxville expecting to be told someone would come to our home to inspect, but had no idea they would come the same day! Within an hour, the owner had the roof inspected and tarp in place. He communicated directly with our insurance adjuster which made everything very easy for us. The job was completed exactly as he said, he answered every question and did everything he said he would do. His team worked tirelessly and the workmanship and materials are top notch. If you have a roofing issue, this is your company!!

I just want to say there is no chance of Russ getting deported which means he is and will be around to honer your warranty. I can’t say that for the fly-by, do it cheap companies. Additionally Russ is a great guy.

We had noticed several pieces of shingle in the yard after some recently strong winds. I saw Russell's post on the Nextdoor app and gave him a call. Russell was very easy to work with and gave us a great deal on the work he completed. I appreciate how thorough Russell was and how he was able to identify issues that I wasn't aware of. I believe we'll get at least another 5 years out of our 16 year old roof thanks to Russel's work. More than enough time to save for a roof replacement, that we will have Russell do.

I needed my roof repaired and did not have any money. A friend told me about Russell’s Roofing and that he would take care of my roof. I said I have no money, but I called Russell. He was very nice, told me I would get my roof. So he came out and looked at the roof. Then told me to call my Home Owners . State Farm came out and looked at the roof and then talked with Russell. I will say I had no hope, and he gave me hope. So within a matter of two weeks it was approved, roof was repaired, and he took care of my family. I want anybody to see this to know how professional, caring, and dedicated Russell’s Roofing is to anybody that he wants take care of. He also repaired the inside from water damage, floor damage, and my back steps with the money we got from Homeowners. If you need anything done with him it can be accomplished. As for our family we were very pleased. He was a God sent, and a answered prayer for my family. I really did not know what we was going to do , and he gave us direction.
