We had an issue with an area in the roof after the initial roof install..these two professionals came and immediately set to work repairing the area. They were fast and efficient. They repaired the area to our satisfaction..as well as doing extra clean up work.

I just purchased a new home and got Matt to come out and look over my siding. I knew we wanted to add some accents or potentially change the siding. He showed samples and gave us great information. We intend to use Exterior Home Solutions once we decide on a style we like.

I am pleased with the roofing replacement job that was completed on my home, on time and on the estimated proposals. They started on time and finished in approximately 4 plus hours. Exterior Home Solutions performed a fantastic repair earlier this Fall for my 2 story + Hardie Plank siding which had degraded over 20 years since house was built. The repair technique was reasonable & exactly as described in their estimate & also included some extra trim work. This was a complex job & I received several estimates from companies with differing techniques. Only Exterior Home Solutions gave me confidence they could do the job correctly & professionally which meant everything. Rather than replace all the siding (prohibitively expensive), their repair technique, material quality & craftsmanship made for a very successful outcome, even better than expected. Utilized Exterior Home Solutions as a subcontractor for soffit and fascia replacement on a project Wells Contracting Services took on. Exterior Home Solutions replaced the vinyl siding on our home. After contacting another local company to come and give us a quote I could get no response. I found Exterior Home Solutions through Google. I called them and they had Bob out the very next day to look at the house and work up a quote. Jamie came out and did the work and he went above and beyond on the house. It was a big job but he did excellent work. Photos included. We love the new gray siding!

Dustin Woodson came out the same day Exterior Home Solutions was contacted. I was provided a quote the same day. Complete tear off, replaced bad wood and brand-new shingles. The work was completed in 2 days and the cleanup was immaculate. The new roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Exterior Home Solutions!

Perfection? No such thing, but ... dang if they didn't try hard to make everything perfect. There were challenges and a few surprises, but that comes with an 80 y.o. house.

House had been needing a new roof for a few years, to say it was over due is being nice. We decided on a steel roof. We also wanted a fireplace removed, and a new roof over that area and the adjoining porch. Matt came out looked over everything, called a few days later to stop by with the bid. The price was fair so I asked him to figure in a carport while at it. Pricing went a little over budget but we bit the bullet anyway.

Bobby, "stuntman" Dan (inside joke, need to see the video) and crew showed up first as they were the carpenters. They also removed the fireplace, which was a monster so they earned their keep with that. Jeromy showed up quite regularly to check on progress and kept me informed of events. Of course we had weather delays, this is east Tennessee after all.

Once the framing was done Ralph showed up and walked the roof of the house to order the steel and additional materials. We had a few hiccups during this process, but in the end, like said, they strived for perfection. And I would say for an 80 year old house .. it is one sweet steel roof! After that was done they tidied up the soffits and facia as needed, then new gutters all the way around the house.

I have another project on the horizon so I expect to be calling Matt again.

I scheduled Exterior Home Solutions to replace my gutters. The company sent out a representative and estimated my cost and scheduled my installation date. They arrived on time and explained their procedure. I was very pleased with the work and the workers were very professional and cheerful in every way. I would highly recommend this company if anyone has a need for home improvements.

Professional company with reasonable pricing and timelines. The crew that came out were focused and clearly skilled, our siding replacement has already gotten a ton of compliments. Some small issues with communication, but not worth knocking off a star. Every employee here was kind and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Exterior Home Solutions’ Work was fantastic!. They worked on two separate houses for our family. They were timely, well priced, and they were good communicators. Most importantly, the quality of their work was excellent. After they completed the installations, they cleaned up everything, I did not find even a single nail anywhere in either yards. Both of the houses they worked on look exceptional. We had them bid on the project with three other contractors, and their price competitive, and they had good reviews. I will be happy to hire them again if we need additional services they provide.

I had Exterior Home Solutions put a new roof on my house and redesign the roof on the back porch in March of 2021. They did such a good job that I had them come out and fix some damage to my vinyl siding in June of 2024. It has been way above 95 degrees each day and miserable to work in! But, as you can see from the photos, they did a magnificent job. This outfit does good, quality work!

after working with Sergio and Patrick on fixing quite a few problems during the workers process of removal of old siding, we were happy we picked Exterior Home Solutions. Matthew M. was a great sales rep and Patrick has helped correct problem areas and answered questions I've had throughout the whole process. Sergio was great as well getting back with resolutions or answering other questions when Patrick was busy on other jobs. price was fair and I have a good warranty that went with the Owens corning products. big thanks as well to the guys who installed our replacement windows. (If it wasn't for Patrick coming back several times to fix some of the problems that shouldn't have happened in the first place, I would have asked for my other damaged window to be replaced that the employee ran nails through.)

We had a good experience with the whole process with Exterior Home Solutions. We had some damage to our roof from a tree limb. The roof replacement was scheduled for a Wednesday, but do to unfavorable weather, our project was bumped up to Tuesday! We were very appreciative because we did have a leak and didnt want to wait another week to get it fixed. The team worked like a well oiled machine, and completed the project in 1 day. We are very pleased with the finished product and feel confident that if anything were to happen, like limb damage, in the future, this company will be there to fix it.
