These people did an awesome job. They were kind, on time, took time to explain everything, thorough, and loved on my pets. Shawn, Cathy, Sam, and CJ are just all around awesome people.

They were professional a did a great job. I would recommend them. My parents house stained water damage when the water line to the ice maker was not connected properly. They came in and dried everything up and left it looking like it never happened.

When our house floored they were quick to arrive & had all the damage ripped out in one day. They arrived every day at the time they stated & great to communicate with. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Finding mold on your wall is not a good thing. However, dealing with Shaun and CJ at Sevice Master to remove the damaged sheetrock, etc. was a very great experience. I highly recommend Service Master.

We were one of the unlucky ones in Powell a few nights ago. It was the worst storm I've been through. We were flooded. Our insurance co gave me a couple of people to call. I was so very lucky I got Service Master. From my first call to the office until we were dried out, very helpful, caring, & professional. We were so lucky to get Kathy. She came within hrs. She had that water out of the house, carpet cut up and out of the house in no time. She was like a twister. She came in with her equipment and worked like an army. The water was gone.The water didn't have a chance to do any more damage than
necessary. If I ever have unwanted water, you'll be the first one I call. But I hope 🙏

We had a leak coming into an upstairs bedroom. Our insurance adjuster sent ServiceMaster out to dry up the wet spot. It was gone in just a few days and showed us the moisture readings on the wall and floor where it had been dried.

They were professional and very prompt. And they put up with all my random questions throughout the process.

I had a major flood in my home. Shaun with ServiceMaster returned my call at 1:00am and was at my home by 9:00am the next Morning (Saturday). The process went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this office of the ServiceMaster franchise.

The team that worked on my kitchen demo after a faucet leak did a great job! They were courteous and thorough in their work and assessment of what to expect throughout the process.

I would highly recommend Service Master. CJ was here within an hour and did a great job diagnosing the problem. He recommended an HVAC company, which we used and set up everything we needed. He was there when the HVAC person arrived and was a big help to us. Shaun went out of his way to bring us a portable AC unit the next day - couldn't have survived without it. Kathy came by daily to check on us. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

We awoke shortly after 1:00 a.m. to our kitchen flooding and water running thru the floor into our downstairs. What a mess we were in! C.J. with ServiceMaster got there quickly and started damage mitigation and really did a great job. I don’t know where we would have been without him!
