CJ did a great job of responding quickly to take care of our water damaged townhome. He communicated well and came up with a good plan to move forward. He also was very familiar with our insurance claims rep and is working with him “behind the scene.” He is an amazing young man who was sympathetic to our situation and made us feel comfortable working with him remotely.

CJ was awesome to work with and he helped make recovering from a flood so much better than it could have been. He was very good at advocating for us as customers with our insurance company too.

We came home one night to a very flooded kitchen. Holly recommend surface Masters CJ came and looked at our problem and took care of it right away. We got our kitchen dried up and even recommended someone to get our flooring replaced. I felt he was very thorough in his job with helping us. Make sure that we got all the water up as to not have any mold down the road. Very happy with the company thank you Service Masters and thank you CJ for coming To our rescue.

We contacted ServiceMaster after experiencing a fire in one of our buildings and we're so happy we did. They were on site almost immediately, extremely knowledgable and quickly did an amazing restoration on a fairly large building. Easy to work with. Excellent communication. Top notch!

We had a dishwasher leak and needed help with our hardwood floors so our insurance adjuster contacted ServiceMaster. CJ came to our home within an hour of being called and did a fantastic job of placing equipment and explaining the drying process so we could get the floors repaired. He was both friendly and professional and I highly recommend this company.

Kathy came out on a holiday to locate a water leak in our living room wall and to remove damaged flooring. Then Sean returned a couple of days later to check on the drying and pick up their equipment. Both of these individuals were very professional and timely on the execution of their work. We are so pleased with this company.

We had a roof leak that created water damage inside three areas of our house. Kathy helped us initially and CJ worked tirelessly one day with the demo and setting up all the equipment for the drying process and explained how the process would work. He was polite and professional and left all the areas clean and tidy until the repair work could take place. I highly recommend this company.

We called and they came quickly! We had a busted pipe that caused a leak. Shaun came and worked tirelessly for several days in a row to make sure our home was dry. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.He went out of his way ( including having to walk part of the way to our house because of the snow and ice!) to make sure that we were accommodated. He answered all of our questions and his knowledge was impressive. He was very professional. We hope to never have another issue, but if we do, we will definitely use them again. Great company, great service.

Paid 2800 dollars to start water mitigation and planned on getting the rest of the work completed by them. First off, I asked why not just replace the subfloor in text with worker instead of trying to dry it out. Keep in mind that about 1500 of the 2800 was spent on trying to dry out and flatten subfloor. Those same boards currently cost $30 dollars at lowes. Rocky top said insurance would not cover replacement so I trusted they knew what they where doing and could save my floor. Rocky top could not get the boards to go straight and insurance covered the replacement which could have save so much money if they could had listened and just said they needed to be replaced. But I understand they make money off of trying to restore stuff. Lesson learned. A staff also made a comment implying I was trying to profit off of my insurance claim did not help the situation. Keep in mind I was planning on having Rocky top do more work than what insurance was covering and was paying for that myself. I decided to go get the work finished another place at that point.

This company has made everything so simple. One phone call and they were on the job the next day cleaning up the wet mess and taking all the necessary steps to dry it all up and remove the damaged debris. Randall and the mitigation team have made this process very easy. Thank you and you all are very deserving of a 5 star rating!!

From the beginning we had a great experience with a complete and professional quote. We had extensive wear to the cedar siding of our home. Matt provided experienced and professional workmen who kept us in the loop when more extensive damage was found in our chimney. The painters were beyond the best we have ever used. Would recommend this company over and over again.

I’ve used Rocky Top Restoration for several jobs, starting with repairs they did after a tree fell through the roof of our house. They do excellent work at a competitive price. They are also fair and honest. I highly recommend Rocky Top.

Randy Peterson assessed our home to see if mold remediation was needed. A/C ducts seemed to have mold and the upstairs unit had a drainage problem last year. Thankfully that was not the problem. Age and dust accumulation was the only problem. The assessment and recommendation was done quickly and without charge. Rocky Top has previously solved a problem for us too. Very professional and quality work!

Stacy and Mark were highly skilled and we love the carpentry work on our front porch. They were very professional throughout our project, always on time and often asked what we wanted as they did their work. They gave us great options for different design choices every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted. They were great to work with and we love our finished project!

We had a dishwasher leak that went in between original vinyl flooring and porcelain tile. We were given 3 companies, from our insurance (referrals from others). Did some background check and reviews for all and decided to call Rocky Top. Aly came out the same day to assess the issue the damage and had her crew start working ASAP. They did a great job of demolition of the damaged area and drying the subfloor. Trying to assess any further damage. She was great to work with and her crew was just as great (especially with our 4-year old granddaughter and her questions). We were very impressed with Aly and her crew. When this portion was completed, we met our project manager, Rob McGuire. He began assessing the situation and determining what was needed and also working with our insurance agent. Once the approvals were completed, work began again. Demolition of the remaining floor, cabinets and the process of putting it back together. Rob kept us informed with the schedule and answered ALL of our questions and concerns, whether they were crazy or not. (We have never been through a renovation like this before. We had LOTS of questions). We also had several special requests and Rob was great in working with us on these also. We, of course, had a few “bumps” along the way, but Aly and Rob was very accommodating and we appreciate them working with us. Rob’s crew was also an amazing group and had no issues with them My husband and I have NO reservations in referring this company to others, and we have. Thank you Aly and Rob.
