When I discovered that my roof was leaking I was dreading trying to find a reputable contractor but Affordable Roofing Solutions came out the same day that I called and was very knowledgeable, professional and proficient and extremely reasonably priced. My leaks were fixed the same day and I live to stress another day (but not over my roof).

Sean followed threw as promised, a rarity these days. The crew was fast an efficient, worked as a team, cleaned up and respectful of our property. Highly recommend them, and they are affordable, maybe not the cheapest but more than fair.

The owner Sean is absolutely awesome, he came out himself, looked at the roof, and he gave us an awesome deal we couldn’t turn down, his crew was here bright and early, and had the whole roof, unshingled and redone in 8 hours or less, his crew was so respectful . I was so afraid to hire someone because of the bs I’ve dealt with from other contractors. But Sean he is his word.

Had been needing a new roof for a while now and was referred to Litespeed Construction out of Knoxville. Their Crew only took around 6 hours of work time to have the old roof off and the new roof on, along with some wood damage. The workers were polite and professional. I did some roofing work many years ago and can see that the quality tf their work is very good. If anyone is in need of a new roof, I would certainly give Litespeed Construction some consideration.

I had ceiling stains in a bedroom and called Litespeed. I wasn’t able to replace my roof at the time, though it was needed, but Litespeed sent Kirby and
crew who quickly located the problem shingles and fixed it. They walked the whole roof looking for any other areas that might cause problems, then they cleaned out my gutters! The crew was very professional and quickly got the work done for a reasonable price. I recommend Litespeed if you’re having roof problems.

These guys were great! My roof looks brand new. They showed up on time and got it done same day. Kirby worked with me to replace a leaking 12 year old roof. He was very thorough in answering my questions to make sure that I felt confident about such a large purchase. The new roof looks great, has the right ventilation, and the roofers used care and specialized ladders to avoid damage to the gutters. Lightspeed has done a ton of work for me. They are quick and fix the problem the first time. They are honest and will tell you what you need and not just upsell everything. They have even fixed issues I’ve had that other companies wouldn’t touch. They will not disappoint.
