I was very pleased with the prompt attention by ServePro Rocky Hill personnel when we called them at 4:30 am to help us with a large amount of water running out from under our kitchen sink. Our wood floor was soaked as well as a few ceiling spots in our lower level. Servpro arrived in less than an hour and the friendly employees had the fans and other drying machines working both in our kitchen and lower level operating quickly. Each morning Servpro employees arrived to check the water percentage and change position of the machines. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and promptness of all the ServPro Rocky Hill

These guys are great. The back area of my house flooded late Saturday afternoon due to a problem with our washing machine.. I called ServPro and they were at our house working 30 minutes later. Brian and Kenny took great care of us, I so appreciate them! I would definitely call them again.

These guys were awesome. My water heater went out and flooded three rooms in my new house. Casin, Kenny, Jason, Dan, Rodney, all of them were great at removing all the damaged flooring and walls. They kept me and the rest of my house protected from the mold that had developed when the insurance company dragged their feet. Jason made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect next. I would highly recommend this crew.

Servpro came to the rescue when my cat turned on the tub faucet and flooded 3 stories of our home. Nick was my hero! The team that worked with me in the water cleanup in my basement was efficient, professional and was willing to share with me the process of the cleanup.
