Shop here and don’t waste your time going anywhere else for crawlspace supplies.Their DIY store was user friendly and had detailed product descriptions including links to manuals and other documents. Another great thing was most of the product pages had DIY and Q&A videos linked below to help you with shopping. I would encourage anyone who is looking to encapsulate your crawlspace DIY to check out this company. They shipped everything on time and answered all of my questions. Mary Beth, the DIY Cordinator, is very helpful and responds very fast to any questions. Even though my project is wrapped up I will be continuing my business with them though other home projects in the future.

Crawlspace Ninjas for all your crawlspace encapsulation needs. DIY'ers also. I watched their YouTube instructional videos, called them to come out for an estimate and couldn't afford it but i could afford their products. I bought everything from them except the 2" Foamular, Dehumidifier, the buried pump in a HD bucket was already installed but that was all I had down there. Worked on it in about 20 phases and 1 year later it was done.

I did a complete interior French drain and encapsulation with AprilAire E80 dehumidifier. I purchased most of the products from the Crawl Space Ninja DIY store where Sabrina was a big help and together with the DIY videos gave me the courage to tackle this very long process (I did this after work and on Saturdays) which took many months.

The Hilti Vapor Barrier Fastener rental was a game changer as compared to hammer drill and Christmas tree fasteners.

Adam’s team did an encapsulation our crawlspace. It looks great. They went above and beyond and patched up a couple of areas in our ductwork that needed attention and also alerted this to a leak that needed repairing by our plumber. I would recommend crawlspace ninja for your house.

Adam and his team did a great job at the school! They installed a French drain and were able to make suggestions about the best way to handle the unique situation. We appreciate their speed and ability to work within our compressed timeline.

They get a 1/5 star because the two guys that actually showed up to do the work were very nice and helpful. The day came that they were supposed to start the work on our home and immediately the two men said we need a lot more work then what we were quoted, they then canceled the job. The men said this happens often with this specific person that quotes homes.This is very unprofessional. The two men also told us that 4 people called out that day so there would only be 2 of them. ( which is not there fault, just not professional at all).The whole process has been drug out way longer then it needed to be all for them to cancel the job. I then went and picked up the check for our down payment, they put it in my husbands name, and I asked if it could be in mine ( he tried to call and ask them to and they did not answer) she told me no that they only had 1 check. I get in the car and open the check to find out they spelled my husbands name wrong on the check.I do not recommend crawl space ninjas

Had a great experience with Michael Church and Crawl Space Ninja. Many instructional and informative videos, and I paid for a 30 min consultation for questions that I had.
We did it in two, 7 hour days.
4 people. My brother did some electrical work too and ran this job. After we cleared the debris and rocks and leveled and sloped to one corner we started.
We wire brushed the concrete walls where the butyl tape was to go. When one wall didn’t stick we heated up the block to remove moisture then it worked. We wrapped the walls first then the columns. Then the floor. We drilled pilot holes into the cbs every 12-18 in and hammered in the Christmas tree fasteners.
The plastic was very thick.
What a difference. What a great company and great resources. Enjoyed learning from the videos. An honest fair company.
I’m very happy with the result. We (4 people), rolled it out and taped and fastened to the walls. It looks so much better

Since that time we have had their semi-annual system review and maintenance. Today, the review and maintenance was done by Kyle Wine. Like all our other services from this company, Kyle was polite, thorough, and efficient in carrying out this service. We would be delighted to have him carry out this or similar services as necessary in the future.

Today (9/3/25) I had Adam's team complete an encapsulation of my crawl space. The team did a fantastic job on the project. They were honest, friendly and completed the job early. The encapsulation looks great. I would recommend Crawl Space NInja to anyone looking to encapsulate. They also saved me money by informing me of the moisture problem that I had in the corner of the inside wall of my crawl space. I'm glad that I chose Crawl Space Ninja to do the encapsulation.

Ethan and Evan came out this morning to complete the work i had scheduled earlier in the week. Although it wasn't on the original date, they let me know when they were on their way, introduced themselves professionally and had the work done pretty quick! They left the work area clean, and answered any questions I had! All the work I expected was completed with no problems! I look forward to working with them in the future with other projects.

I have been a customer for a few years now and always appreciate Millys promptness when scheduling visits whether for an issue or general maintenance. Kyle has been our technician for the last couple of visits and he is thorough and kind which gives me confidence that the job was done right. I hope he is our technician for all future visits. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

First and foremost I would like to say that the group of young men we had for our foundation pier installation were very professional and hard working and did a great job of protecting our property. 5 piers were installed on a timely basis and did a great job on cleanup afterwards. Now for the bad! The salesman on this project gave me an installation date and we were prepared for their crew to arrive. The job coordinator emailed me with the start dates which were not the same as the salesman dates. So we had to make plans for a week later than expected. Very unprofessional on the salesman part. He just told us what we wanted to hear to get the job. Beware of Salesmen!

Booked a consulation with Michael and we discussed my crawlspace and what needed to be done to accomplish my goals. Its great to be able to trust that someone isnt trying to take advantage and is willing to help. Already recieved my ninja dehumidifier and will order the rest of the materials soon. This review involves a totality of my experience with Crawlspace Ninja. Last year (approx 1 year ago) we contacted Crawl Space Ninja for an estimate, as when we moved in, we discovered mold in the crawl space. They came out for the estimate and provided a quote. The downside is they had a miss in the quote since our house's foundation has a center split, which required two pumps, which added the cost of one more pump than the original quote. Kinda a bummer, but misses like this do happen. They provide the ability to finance through monthly payments, and we put enough down to have a 0% interest loan for the process. They got it installed within 3 days if I recall correctly. I can now actually go into my crawl space for turning on and off my home's water quite comfortably (better than crawling in dirt)!

I forgot the guy's name that oversaw the install and installed a new door for the crawl space about a year ago, but he did a phenomenal job.

Next up, shout out to *Milly* for always being super helpful and responsive for calling me back and scheduling, and for keeping us updated through the process.

Finally, another shout-out to *Kyle* who came this last week for an annual inspection. I noticed the dehumidifier had an error code and called them out to check it out and just inspect the space. Kyle identified a defect in the dehu, got me on their schedule for a replacement, and had them out the next day to replace the dehumidifier. It was within warranty and was replaced without any hassle.

So far my experience with Crawl Space Ninja has been excellent. They are a bit more expensive than the competitors that we saw when shopping around, but I have no regrets choosing them and would make the same decision again if I could go back.

I just want to say Michael Church of Crawl Space Ninja it top-notch A#1 in my book. In all of the years I have been doing DIY projects, this has been the best and most informative session I have ever had. A well-invested session led me to put in my order to complete my project exactly as shown in all his very informative videos and he definitely answered all my questions that I did not see in the videos. The pics I provided and the Layout drawings before the session assisted Michael with additional insight on how to layout the D Hu and how to ventilate the space based on my situation. I will be posting more pics and have Targeted to be completed by 9/21/24. This will be done all by myself on Weekends and some in between weekdays. Keep up the great work and keep making videos. I will certainly refer others to explore them and encourage them to book a session with you. Well worth it. Thank you Michael for saving me Thousands of $$$$.

I Had Brett and his crew stabilize and level my house. They also installed a dehumidifier as-well . They did a fantastic job and got the job done in a timely manner . Very happy with this job and appreciate the help they provided . Highly recommend this company.
