Adam and his team are professional, dependable, and top-notch Superstars in my book. Michael Church left a favorable and lasting impression when he installed a radiant barrier and fixed some attic issues for me about 15 years ago, which made contacting Crawl Space Ninja an easy decision for me when I suspected that I had problems in my crawlspace. As a realtor who encounters musty odors, moisture, and mold in crawl spaces frequently, I was terribly upset to realize that I had issues in my own home. We selected Crawl Space Ninja for our crawl space encapsulation and mold remediation project, after receiving several proposals. Our selection was based on our positive interactions with our Sales rep. Naaman by defining our project options, and several references. I also gained a lot of knowledge by watching the Ninja YouTube videos.

Once the process started, job coordinator Milly scheduled a visit for the dehumidifier install. After 2 weeks of reducing the moisture content of the floor joists, the project began. Team Lead Jacob was very easy to work with and took time to explain the process. His team of TJ and Mitch were also helpful with my questions and were very competent .with the remediation and encapsulation install. The project started and ended as scheduled. My Install review was positive and several days later a final inspection by Team Forman William confirmed the completion. All Paper work was detailed and electronic.

We had an excellent experience with Crawl Space Ninjas from start to finish. We did a full crawl space encapsulation, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and impressively well-coordinated.
The job was completed in just two days, which was a huge plus—especially since we have two barking dogs and really appreciated the shorter disruption. The crew worked efficiently and, just as importantly, cleaned up extremely well when everything was done.
When they sprayed the crawl space for mold, they explained clearly that the product wasn’t harmful but did have a strong smell. To be extra cautious, they brought in an industrial air filter and repeatedly checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and doing okay. That level of consideration really stood out.
They also handled coordination with an electrician to install an outlet for the dehumidifier, including managing the permit, which made the whole process essentially hands-off for us. That kind of organization and follow-through is rare and very appreciated.
A special shout-out to the TNT team who did the work—they were fantastic: professional, respectful, communicative, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. Highly recommend!

What truly blew me away was the business model they offer — a consultation for the price of a coffee, even for people who want to tackle the project themselves DIY-style. TNT what a bomb team of friends , Ty, Noah and Trafton. On our house when we bought we got a inspection report which was minors and needed work on in time .. my wife finally was like we need to do this as its the base of our home as this was the main project in her list of our house projects.. so after little bit rnd i called crawl space ninja for free home inspection to come and take a look .. stephen what a guy he did the pre-inspection and gave us detailed information and told us what all the problems are and what needs to be repaired and done.. and as we were first time customers they gave us a pretty decent discounted price .. we made the decision to go through with it . We were worried at first but how our grandparents say with patience you will see results..

It was a 2 day project in this cold weather.. still the guyz came and did the job with such perfection. They even put a door for our crawl space and dehumidifier as well .We were amazed by their work and work ethic and their charisma.. thank you crawl space ninja we appreciate it and a big thank you to ty noah and trafton (the tnt team) for making it happen so smoothly .

When our kitchen flooded we had no idea where to start! They have been very communicative from the start! The team that came out to help us with our basement flooding was wonderful. They came out to our home the same day we called and started right away. Definitely would use them again if need be.

We experienced a burst pipe in our home, which unfortunately resulted in water damage in the basement. Allstate recommended PuroClean as a preferred vendor.
