Dawn and Sam from Servpro came and did a wonderful job removing some water damaged drywall and baseboards. Could not have been more pleased with how quickly and professionally they completed the work.

This group did an amazing job. They cleaned our house after a small fire. There was soot on everything. They were thorough and treated my home and belongings with care.

I had a roof leak, and filed a claim with my home owner's insurance. They recommended SERVPRO of Rocky Hill as the mitigation company. Bryan and his team did a great job. Bryan was responsive via text message and his team were able to come out immediately once the claim was approved by my insurance company.

They put up plastic curtains to protect the rest of my house, cut out the ceiling, cleaned up the insulation, treated the mold, and dried out the area with dehumidifiers and fans. Once that was complete, they covered the hole in the ceiling with plastic and did a final clean. They even left the ram board on the floor to help protect it for when the general contractor comes to restore the ceiling. A great experience overall and I'd certainly recommend them.

Sam and Hugo came out and did a fantastic job cleaning our HVAC ductwork, including 9 registers and 1 return vent. The before and after photos were remarkable- I had no idea the ducts were that dirty beforehand.

I was also especially impressed by the guys’ attention to detail, meticulously cleaning inside each vent by hand, in addition to the rotating scrubber attachment and powerful machine.

They were also courteous and patiently answered all of my crazy questions about the duct system.

We had a water pipe break that flooded a commercial space. Lots of floor, cleaning and wall damage. It was a mess. Bryan Green and the other Serve Pro team were quick (responded the same day) and very professional. They told us immediately what they were doing and why and got after cleanup & drying with speed and efficiency. They called us every day for a week and updated us on the progress. Well done.

Management and staff were very professional and courteous with very high work ethics. Nick, sam, and all of the other guys were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this crew. After the backstage flood at our church, these guys promptly moved in to remove all water and damaged materials. It was a mess when they arrived and was in top-not shape when they left.
