They took the time to walk my parents and me through how water actually travels, why moisture hides behind baseboards and under floors, and what can happen if it isn’t dried correctly.

They showed us moisture readings, explained exactly what each piece of drying equipment was doing, and checked in daily so we always knew the progress. Once mitigation was complete, their in-house construction team handled all of the repairs, which made the entire process much smoother. The finished work looks exactly like it did before the damage—if not better. More than anything, we felt informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.

We had a large tree branch fall on our roof due to ice. The water was pouring into my son's room through the ceiling and needed an emergency tarp put into place. We called several company's, but Trinity Services was the only one that could come out quickly. Micheal came out, got the tarp in place and stopped the water from doing further damage. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Mike Berry did an EXCELLENT job! A timely manor, with care and concern to protect all surfaces in my kitchen as he painted the ceiling and installed a new ceiling fan and light fixture. He was kind and courteous and cleaned-up when he finished. Very professional. I’m very happy with Mike’s work!

We discovered mold during a remodel and were understandably stressed. Trinity did a great job educating us without creating panic. They explained what mold needs to grow, why containment is critical, and how negative air pressure protects the rest of the house. They sealed the work area carefully and kept the jobsite clean throughout. Once remediation was complete, their in-house carpenters handled the repairs.

After a fire incident, I assumed cleanup would be straightforward. Trinity explained very quickly that fire damage is more than just what you can see. They talked through soot behavior, odor absorption, and why certain materials can’t simply be cleaned. I appreciated that they were honest about what could be restored versus what needed replacement. Their restoration team stabilized everything first, then their construction side rebuilt seamlessly.

Overall we are very happy with our remodeling project. Jerry was very helpful and consistent throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship of Sebastian and his crew was very good. Our major criticism during the project was timeliness related to communication across workers. We’re excited to be back in our house, and we love the results!

Update: From start to finish, our job was handled right. Our entire basement was had to be gutted and redone due to a water leak. We can’t believe the transformation; it is beyond our expectations. Dale was very helpful on the insurance front; he dealt with everything so we didn’t have to. Lance managed the project perfectly making sure that everything was done correctly…and Miles: wow. He wore the boots on the ground every day. There was no stone untouched. We are very thankful that the work is complete, and Trinity did a wonderful job.

Workers were prompt, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

We just had a full installation of all new gutters on a home we recently purchased, and we are so pleased with the incredible work done by Bobby, Mike, and Matthew. They paid attention to every detail and it shows!

Bobby and Mike did a great job. On time, worked efficient, cleaned up after completion. Had to do some trick mods on my barndo but their experience made it work right. Looks great!
