Way too many reasons to list. Don’t let the smile fool you, it’s been a horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst company to contact especially after a tragic event. Our insurance unfortunately hired this company after we had a house fire. Hope and her team came in and were so kind! They helped me sort through items that I would need expedited like clothing and were very reassuring. Everything seemed to be great until we started unpacking and it turns out multiple items were broken and not cared for by any means. We let them know about this and were told they had pictures of everything and would review. We reached out multiple times and reached out via our insurance company and to this day haven’t been compensated for these items. The worst thing, the co-owner, named Hope (how ironic), couldn’t even pretend to care. She was always hostile after the first encounter. She always tried to blame everything on her team as if she forgot she is the owner that needed to take responsibility! They scratched our floors when moving furniture out, buffed it out and then when they moved the furniture back in, scratch it again!! Didn’t care at all the second time. They also forgot many items, some of which were never returned and some of which they found - although how do you lose an item that is 3x4’? Ask Hope. Just kidding! Ask her team, she’ll tell you it’s all their fault.

HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL Service. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. The best thing they did was board up the garage the day of the fire. There was NO water damage removal, No cleanup efforts made whatsoever, and No effort to filter our air inside the house. I had to make ALL cleanup efforts to make our house slightly livable until we could get into our temporary housing. 40 DAYS after the fire, all that was completed was a disposal list, and content packing by a team of 2 workers. Most of the time there was only one lady... once in a great while 3 showed up for about an hour. A dumpster was dropped in our driveway the weekend of jan 26... removed jan 29, and they never put any of the trash in it! They left the trash pile in the driveway!!!
To add insult to injury, after we fired them, they have the audacity to bill $12,000 for packing our house, and $500 for putting 2 planks on our garage the day of the fire. UNREAL. BEWARE...This company does not care that your life is upside down. They want to keep you our of your home as long as possible. The garage looked exactly the same as it did the day of the fire 40 days later!!! Hired another company and they were at our house the next day with a REAL CREW of 7 strong young men who took all contents of the garage out in a large truck to be cleaned and stored. The new construction crew begins work Monday morning. What a waste of over a month of my life!!! SMH. All photos attached were taken Feb 1, 2024. Day of Fire: Dec 22,2023

The Rainbow of Knoxville is an amazing group! They’ve got tons of knowledge and experience in what they do. The owner is super generous and always ready to lend a hand.Being emphatic in a vulnerable time means the world. I’d definitely recommend them.

They are a very shady company
They did not tarp my home properly or check on it . They did not clean up the broken glass or debris from my yard. From the damage caused by my tree . They sent guys in my home who destroyed my light fixtures (3) instead of taking them down nicely. They smoked in my home, drank my beer Dr Pepper and Red Bulls from my refrigerator w out permission.
Used my bathroom n peed all over the toilet. They put their cigarettes out on my cabinets. They entered my rooms rummaged through my stuff and used my ladder, fan and trash cans for their asbestos removal getting asbestos dust and debris all over my house and my kids therapeutic furniture. When I’ve tried to get the owner, Hope, to pay for the damages she only sent a new fan n ladder and has not responded to my calls or texts since July! Accidentally answering in August only nit to call back as she says she would I cannot get them to respond or reply to my needing my home appliances , furniture and boxes they have in storage to get delivered on a specific date. The damage they’ve done is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
Every time I have called the office I’m told they’re on vacation!
The owner, Hope, refuses to communicate at all Must be nice using money you ripped off to fund your personal life!! .

Seeing I cannot get a hold of anyone to schedule the return of my furniture, appliances and all boxes in their storage I’m concerned I’ll even get them back

These are just pics of destroyed light fixtures that were between 9-15mo old not to mention the videos of smoking in my home going through my things and in rooms they had no business being in!!

And they were fired by me per my insurance adjuster..and their worker came at me while I stood in my doorway telling him he was no longer allowed in my home! The rep fur rainbow Chris never budgeted to show up as I requested when I had to get a rude to my home to get them out and threaten to call sheriffs

These people will tear your house up while your life is upside down and bill for things they didn’t do or weren’t authorized to do then blame the very families they are suppose to help!
Update 12/3/25
It took 5 weeks to get someone to answer the phone to return my belongings.
They “forgot” to return my drive and when I gut it 11/24/25 it was damaged and when I went to open my stove door the handle came off w the door completely falling apart in front of their workers!
I’m missing a box of expensive kitchen cooking items they claim I received! Now they’re denying they would destroy my property during demo unless they were sure insurance would cover it!
The lies and lack of ownership across the board is evident!
It was also discovered that they removed my brand new bacteria’s by ripping it off the wall . Tgey did not cap the live wires and Tgey proceeded to arc blowing out my inducer motor costing me $1,600 to fix ..on a unit I paid $24,009 nit even 18 mo earlier
The list of damages to my home and property are still ongoing and adding up!

I had water damages due to my hot water heater. The team at rainbow were awesome! They guys who evaluated the damages were very respectful. They explained what their process was and what they were checking for. They also went over what they needed to do after they assessed the damages. If I called with questions or scheduling Hope was extremely helpful and kind. Very thankful for this company.

Best place ever!

Good company we did some concrete for them

We were initially concerned that this contracting company had only one review, but decided to call for an estimate, nonetheless. An individual from the company came to our home to take measurements, consult with us about our desired addition, and said he would get back to us with an estimate. Over a week passes and we hear nothing. I call and the receptionist tells me the contractor will call me right back. That doesn’t happen. I call again and we are told by the receptionist, not the guy who came out and took measurements, they cannot bid on our project. And this is a 50k+ project, btw. How unprofessional not to have the courtesy to at least call and inform us of the aforementioned. There is a reason the company is not well reviewed.

I was sitting at my computer in my office when a roof leak started dripping directly on my desk. Angela at Trinity was able to get me in touch with Aaron, who dispatched Jordan and Dustin out to my house ASAP. They had dehumidifiers and fans running, pulled out the ruined insulation, and tarped my house first thing in the morning. Their team guided me through the "what to do" list and got me in touch with my insurance company. Their midigation effort saved us from further damage and I'll be happy to get their roofing team out soon. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Kris and his team took great care of us! I could not ask for better quality or attentiveness. All of my questions and calls were promptly answered.
