Servpro pro was amazing when my Daughters washing machine wouldn’t stop filling and flooded the upstairs and came through the ceiling to the kitchen and garage. The fire alarms went off and wouldn’t stop. When we realized what had happened we called. They came right out got the fire alarms to stop and gave my daughter all the information on what needed to be done. Then started work setting up fans etc. The gentleman even helped explain what to go over with the insurance company. When the insurance company only wanted to fix some of the carpet the gentleman told her what to say and how to get them to replace all the carpet so it all would match.They were extremely professional and polite. Everything got fixed and is like new. Thank you Serv pro

They were at our home within one hour of us calling them about our pipes bursting. They showed up with all the equipment and were so informative and friendly in a high stress situation! During the week to follow they continued to stay in contact at least every other day to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything they could do. They were amazing! Absolutely would use again if needed!

Tim Satterfield is great to work with! Any time any of my customers need any assistance I call Tim up and he is on it with in minutes calling the customer seeing what they need! When I follow up with my customers on the serves that ServPro did they are always thrilled with the serves and the kindness that they receive. One customer a couple weeks ago called the Friday before labor day at 5 minutes till 5 and when I contacted Tim he quickly called the customer and got a crew sent out immediately! The customer was so pleased by how quickly and attention to detail they was. Which made my job a lot easier. Happy customer is a happy life :)

The crew that came out to set up drying machines were nice and pleasant. However, they advised several times that the floor wasn’t really that wet. I’m no expert so you can form your own opinions but if it wasn’t that wet then why were 4 machines necessary for 4 days in a tiny bathroom?? (They charge per machine, per day.) The guy that was scheduled to come out and check it daily was late the first day. The second day he called to request an earlier time then failed to show up, call or text for 4 hours. I went on in to work. He finally calls to see if he can come by. Advised him at work he won’t be able to check it that day. He then proceeded to set up a visit for the next day. Third day appointment time comes and goes. I call office and find out that guy called in and didn’t bother to tell anyone I was scheduled?!?! Manager advised me they will come out and check equipment. They come out ask where equipment is. I show them. They “tested” and said it’s dry, collect equipment and leave. Guess when they know insurance is paying their bill they don’t feel the need to provide good customer service.
Update: When there was a delay in submitting their payment from the insurance company to them they proceeded to call and text until their payment was received. It’s funny how when they were supposed to be checking the machines daily, so as not to overcharge, no one was calling/texting to be sure that was done. Only when it came time to collect their money were they consistent with reaching out to me.

Hired Servpro to come for an evaluation of mold on our window. We are poor and saved our money to help us not get mold sickness anymore. They gave us a reasonable quote, then stopped responding. After 3 calls I finally found out they needed asbestos testing. So they hired an outside company that took 4 weeks to get back to us. Somehow they found asbestos in just the joint compound. Which took an additional 4 weeks for them to come out to remove asbestos after I finally called them. When I called them to see what was up, they said they could magically come out in 3 days. They came, messed up my floor, didn’t apologize, and let my cats out of the house. They were incredibly rude. When I called Servpro to ask them when they were coming out to finish the job and fix the giant hole in our wall, they told us they wouldn’t be doing that. They wouldn’t answer my calls after that. They sent me a check in the mail for $400 which never cashed. I called to ask why they sent it and they told me it was a refund for the extra I had paid. I asked if they were coming out and the woman on the phone told me no. So we have a giant hole in the wall still, mold damage still, and we are out $1400, which is two paychecks for us.
Poor communication, no sympathy.

I had an issue with skunks, or at least the smell of skunks, coming into my house through the vents of my HVAC. That smell was unbearable. I called Servpro and they responded immediately. And whatever they used to spray my vents with worked like a charm. The smell inside my house was gone! Very professional employees and the job was done. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a home and the seller hired Serve Pro of West Knoxville. The seller was to have them clean the home due to them being smokers to help remove the nicotine residue and deodorize it.

I met them at the home for a quote and could not believe how nice and professional they were. After it was scheduled I met them at the home to see the progress and was absolutely amazing. The difference in the home was incredible. The smoke smell was gone, and they did such a thorough job. The kitchen and cabinets looked brand new! They also got a layer off the windows and lighting fixtures I had no idea was there to begin with. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using them for future cleaning and other services.

To top it off the women that came out for the quote we’re the two to do the cleaning. They had remembered talking to me and were so friendly personable. It was a wonderful experience all around.

After a water leak in our kitchen, Servpro was out every single day making sure things were getting taken care of correctly. Adrian went above and beyond in taking out multiple layers of flooring (previous homeowners had created night floor lasagna of layers of vinyl, plywood and tile) and Adrian went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and all water damage was taken care of.

I had substantial water damage to my home. I called Servpro and Carlos came out did a thorough job of looking at everything. He was very courteous and helpful. The first crew that was sent out was subpar and did not meet expectations. Issues were left unaddressed. The second crew sent out was amazing! AJ did a phenomenal job of listening to our concerns as well as a very detailed inspection of the issues left. She was very diligent in her monitoring of the job. She made us feel heard and validated during a time of great frustration and distress.

Had to call for water damage, this crew at west knox ServPro was 10 stars not 5! Most professional and courteous group I have found in the service business. AJ, Sean, Adrian and team leader Kevin were top notch. Everyone shook my hand introduced themselves and got to it. They had great technology and knew what to do with it. Updated all the time on status and any events on this project. Always on time, always asked questions and were always busy. This was a tough hardwood floor removal and they handled it! No surprises from them. At times I had a team of 6 working on this. AJ, Sean and Adrian were the mainstays and they were the best I have seen. Competent, experienced, nice and great at what they do. They ended in 3 days and with drying about 6 days, after that, they were almost like close friends and family. Go with this group, they are special! You will not be disappointed and I am a hard person to impress!
