Servpro from Rocky Hill came out to my parents place after the hot water heater pipe pop they sent Dawn and her team they was polite and they worked really hard to get the job done thank y’all so much. I highly recommend Servpro for any water damage.

We experienced an unfortunate bathroom flood that damaged the flooring and extended into the carpet in our closet and bedroom. Adrian and Sean from ServPro responded quickly and worked over several days to completely dry out the affected areas, making it ready for repairs. I highly recommend using ServPro for their fast and thorough service.

Our house flooding from a water heater failure. 1 inch of water throughout the house. Our Insurance company told us to call Sevrpro. So 2:30 am we called and they told us they would get a crew together and keep us updated when they got to the shop and trucks loaded. Then about 30 minutes later they called and told us that they were on their way. Adrian and his crew arrived at 4:15 am and assessed damage and started getting everything tore out. All the laminate flooring and baseboard in 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room and dining room. 2 bathrooms had tile floors and kitchen. They dried those areas. Then Adrian and his crew set up fans ( loud and annoying) and finished about 3 - 3:30 pm. The came back everyday to check moisture levels until Sunday morning when fans where removed. Adrian and his crew was very polite and courteous. I will recommend them to anybody that has this or major problem.

I had a leak in my kitchen and Adrian & Conner came and set up fans and a dehumidifier and checked moisture levels every day until it was resolved. They were helpful and friendly.

Adrian did a great job for us! They came out immediately and got the equipment in place to dry up our water leak. Adrian came each day to check on the progress and machinery and did an all around fantastic job.

On Christmas Eve, my parents’ septic tank backed up and flooded the downstairs. I called, and Sean and AJ came out early on Christmas morning to take care of it. They were incredibly kind, and even though it wasn’t the best way to spend Christmas, I’m so thankful they took care of the situation for my parents. After they finished removing all the damage and cleaning everything, they set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry it out. They came daily to check on it to make sure it was dry. 10/10 recommend!
