Water Damage repair was good, but never finished demolition of floor for damaged hardwood. We were told couldn't remove glue that was used for previous floor. Ended up having to pay another contractor to come and finish demo of floor.

Went in to speak with the owner and she wouldn’t give me the time of day. No smile, no “how can I help you.” If this is how you treat people who just come in to speak with you, I can’t imagine how you must be treating your customers. You could have earned yourself a new customer - I will not be back.

If I could leave NO stars I would. I emailed through the website to get a quote for ins. NO RESPONSE. I have my phone and email in front of me ALL DAY EVERY DAY> I work from home. When I called to set up an appt SHE LIED and said she had called a few times and left a VM to set up an appointment - strike ONE. Then she finally got someone out days later and he spent MAYBE 7-10 min. He was friendly and polite however its been a MONTH with NO report, NO follow up on their end. My insurance Appraiser has documented 4 calls and VM and no response - I called and she said oh we don't have anything let me get a report to you today - took my email. Guess what???? NO report!! Shocking I know. Now she is saying she never told us anything and she is sure sad that we are unhappy (in a mocking "I dont give a flip tone"). I called another place who will be here in 30 min with excellent communication. I just needed a dang report and if they can't even do that I can't imagine how they would be with the actual work. Good luck to you if you choose them. I hope you are keeping your standards EXTREMELY low. (ALSO, texted and called the owner a few times with no response)

Had an AC leak that caused my ceiling to fall in. They were super responsive and had me back to normal in no time. Great timing as we have a baby due in a week. I’d recommend them to anyone.
