This wonderful company finished a patio cover for me this week and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Mr. Cox, Barry, John and Tommy. These men do what they say and communicate with the customer. I would hire them again in a second! Just look at the pictures and you will see the quality workmanship. Every time I texted Barry, he responded within minutes. John and Tommy are very skilled craftsmen and cleaned the work area so it looked better than it did when they arrived. Hire them!

This company was very professional. Many times, I was home while workers were present. I always felt safe. All workers were kind and respectful at all times. We had a significant amount of work done that required a large amount of time. I really appreciated how we were treated in this process. The finished product was exactly what I had hoped for!

Let me just say you definitely want Wes on your side when it comes to any kind of contracting. He stepped into a home where my mother knew nothing about anything when it comes to contracting construction or insurance. He walked her through every step. It was actually impressive to see someone as good at what they do and sale actually care so much about their customer. He didn't hit her with any last minute surprises or charges. He sat right down with her and explained absolutely everything in detail and he stayed on top of everything along the way. And my mother's case was no way open and shut case. He had to put in a good bit bit of work for it. And of course the work done on her house was top notch. Very impressed with the company and even more impressed by the agent representing it.

We hired ServPro for minor flooding in a bedroom closet. Upon first inspection, we were told we needed a laundry list of repairs. The techs contradicted most of the items on the original list and just put in some fans for $1200. When they took the fans, I was asked to sign a document that the carpet was dry and that they took the fans. It was actually a prefilled survey. We are still left with damaged walls, no padding replacement, no baseboards and carpet that needs to be stretched. They billed our insurance company for the fans, and I never heard back from them. I feel like I was scammed and they had no intention of doing the job as promised. Very disappointed in Carlos and his team.

Wow, I can not believe how incompetent this company is. We had a claim through our insurance company and I was assured as well as the lady from ServPro they would take care of everything. 3 months later and absolutely nothing. They stole thousands from the insurance company and its shareholders putting a few fans and dehumidifiers in my house and after 72 hours they said everything was dry. Yet the mold and mildew continued to grow. They refused to call us back, refused to tell us the lab analysis that they got, and refused to do the work. Even Allstate was flabbergasted and we had to hire another remediation company. This company is one of Americas biggest shams. The referrals, the kickbacks, the payouts from insurance fraudsters. Welcome to America the land of greed.

ServPro of West Knoxville was the one aspect of peace in the chaos of my completely unexpected water emergency! My washing machine overflowed significantly with water flowing from my 2nd story laundry area throughout my main level living space and garage! Upon calling my insurance agent, she recommended I call Servpro. I called, received immediate and thorough communication about the process (even helping me over the phone to locate my main water turn off valve), and then the crew showed up within the next 2 hours! I have two small girls, so their timely response was such a relief. Not only did they promptly get to work, but the project manager also took the time to review my current needs, a few possibilities, and provided me with some very valuable knowledge of how to proceed after their mitigation job was complete. As a customer who values competence, communication, quality work for a good value, and positive customer service, I was beyond pleased with ServPro of West Knoxville! I have recommended them to multiple people in my area since, and will continue to do so!
