Hired this company to rebuild a staircase and I can’t say enough good things about them. Seth, my estimator was easy to work with and worked within my budget. The installers were professional and very skilled. The staircase they built was much more solid than I anticipated. Highly recommended!

Great company to work with! Alyssa scheduled my free estimate and had a sales rep come out the same day I called in. Their price was an offer I could not refuse! The project manager, Seth, reached out and communicated with me throughout the entire process until my new fence was complete. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family!

I recently built a new house, I wanted a fence and additional concrete patio. After interviewing and receiving several quotes I decided on Kowboy. Gavin gave me a great quote and good price. He listened and understood what I needed and was able to diagram the project and provide a quote on site in minutes. Ms. Waters followed up and scheduled me when it was convenient for me and Calab (The Boss) contacted me before and after the project to ensure I understood the process and make sure I was happy with the work. The crews were courteous and professional. The fence took about 5 hrs and the concrete patio took about 8 hrs to complete. Both crews cleaned up after themselves and other than the newly installed fence and patio, you'd never have known they were here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOWBOY FENCE COMPANY. My only regret is that they don't do rock border and Landscaping, I would have loved to work with them to transform my entire yard.

They gave me a great price on the fencing and they had it up in a day. Can’t recommend them enough. They are honest and dependable company. They did everything they said they were gonna do. I was on vacation out of town when they did mine and Travis sent me pictures after it was done just so I could see it since I wasn’t home. Very happy with there work.
P.s my 3 big dogs are loving the fence as well.

Just okay, left nails and trash behind in my yard

So, I was asked twice in a text and over the phone to leave a 5 star review on google. I usually do not leave reviews but seeing I was asked to I will. At the end of the day Kowboy is a contractor. So even a meeting with a professional sales rep might give a false impression on how the actual install will go. Overall the fence is decent. Seems sturdy enough for its intended purpose. There are photos of all the trash Ive found that the crew left behind. Including some nails. The trash looks unprofessional but the nails are just negligent. Kowboy gives the impression of a professional fence company but they contract crews out. So you might end up with a good crew or a sub par crew. Overall, Taylor(sales rep) and Alyssa (office administrator) were nice and informative. The project manager and the actual install were just okay. Id leave a higher rated review but having to pick up trash after the crew is not something we should have to do. Going with Kowboy is a roll of the dice (which many contractors are) I would do your research and before your crew leaves make sure they actually clean up after themselves.

The crew did an outstanding job not only did they build the fence, they built the railing around the front deck including all the gates and the ramp for the dogs. Communication with the project manager was great, he always answered the phone if not called me back within 5 minutes

Wow, what a team! I couldn’t be more impressed by the quality and speed in which Kowboy Fence put up my fence! They basically cleared a forest and had my fence up in one day! I booked with Bryce, got a more than reasonable quote! And when the work started, Seth was there to make sure it all went well! He did an excellent job in making sure everything went down as it should and his great communication was key! The entire crew was excellent, shoutout to Alexander and his team who were absolutely amazing in building the fence! I highly recommend Kowboy fence for all your fencing needs and more!
Update: nature decided to have a say and a huge branch had damaged a section of the fence. I reached out to Seth and he had the team come over and repair it in no time! Thanks again for the great work!

Seth was great! He understood the look I was going for (natural) and the need for different heights for privacy. It was even installed sooner than promised. The team that came out was great too. They worked fast and the job was installed perfectly! I’m very happy with the results and fair price!

Dominic came out to give me a quote.....he gave the best price of the three companies I had come out. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. Seth was the project manager and he gave me all the details and answered any other questions I had and he set everything up and let me know when everything was happening. The crew came out and had my fence installed in two days, those guys just flat out get after it (my back yard is almost an acre), and they were also very nice and when they left you wouldn't know they had been there except for the beautiful privacy fence in my yard. My experience with Kowboy Fence Company of Knoxville was definitely 5 star!

I cannot recommend this fence company more! We are very pleased with our fence and how great it looks. It was the perfect addition for our backyard and was much needed. The crew did an excellent job installing it and worked very hard to do it in a timely fashion. The fence company was also great to work with as well. We ran into a few issues before the install occurred and the company and project manager made sure to let us know that our business was their top priority and made everything right. While talking to customer service, the project manager assured us that we would have the best fence installed that we could find in our region and that was definitely delivered upon. I feel like it is also worth mentioning that the hardware on the gates that were installed are very sturdy and top quality. The gates swing freely and are just so sturdy in general. Please reach out to this company for your fencing needs!

Several companies came out and gave me a quote but I chose Magnolia Windows because John gives a written transferable warranty for not only the windows but the installation too. I have had windows installed in other homes I owned and that guarantee is very important. Could not be happier with the quality of the windows and patio door we purchased. We live near a train track and could tell the difference immediately with the sound level. Look forward to better energy bills too. John's installation crew did a great job installing the windows and were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Magnolia Windows and will probably have them back to turn our porch into a sun room. Thank you John and crew for everything!!

I am very pleased with Magnolia Window & Door. I replaced 25 windows in my home this summer. Magnolia was one of four contractors I considered for the job. I ultimately chose Magnolia because of great customer reviews, fair price, and most importantly, the limited lifetime warranty on the windows AND the installation. No other contractor I found was willing to back up their installation for longer than the one year required by the state of Tennessee. If you read the fine print for most window warranties, improper installation can be used as a reason to not honor the warranty.

John personally came to the house for the estimate, and he followed up almost immediately after the work was completed. The installation crew was fast, professional, and completed the work with minimal disruption. They did an excellent job cleaning up as they worked.

Almost immediately after the installation was complete, I noticed a difference in temperature in rooms with larger windows--I could barely feel any warmth from the sun on the inside glass.

I'm confident I made the right choice and I'll update my review if anything changes.

UPDATE (4/22/2020) One of the outer glass panels on my window was cracked by some sort of projectile. I called and John promptly ordered a replacement, with no cost to me! It's good to see a company honoring their warranty with no hassle or hoops to jump through. The process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. To date, I've experienced no other issues with the windows Magnolia installed.

So nice we did it twice! 10 years ago we hired Magnolia to install windows in our previous home. Our current home was due for replacement and we knew we wanted Magnolia windows again. The windows are high quality, the warranty is excellent, and the entire process is easy. The hardest part is waiting for the windows to be manufactured. Now we have the nicest windows in the neighborhood.

Magnolia Windows previously installed 12 new windows in my 1960's era home. John King came to my home and discussed options and gave me a price estimate. He was wonderful to work with. The installation was seamless and I love my beautiful windows. I just called him back this morning to install two more windows (that I didn't update previously) and he responded quickly and is coming by today to give me an estimate. Very professional and responsive with a great quality product. I will continue to look to Magnolia Windows for any future needs and encourage others to do the same.

We used Magnolia Window and Door Company to replace all 6 of our windows and replace our French doors with a sliding glass door. The windows and door are absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier with the product or the service! Mr. King was incredibly sweet and very helpful throughout the process. He was upfront about the delay from the manufacturers from the beginning and honestly we were surprised how quickly they came in! As soon as our windows were in we received a call and the installation was scheduled a couple days later. The installation team was friendly and efficient completing the project and clean up in less than a day! We love our upgraded windows and new door and would highly recommend this company!!

I hired Magnolia Window and Door to replacement window for my entire house. My overall experience was excellent. One of my standards for a contractor is does he/she do what they stay they will do and are they considerate of my time. Magnolia scored on both points. After meeting with the owner we received a quote that was considerably less than several others we received. He was very helpful with providing us with options to meet our needs. The measurements were taken within a few days of receiving the quote. The windows had to be ordered as they are custom built to fit the space of the old windows. Once they were completed, the installers scheduled a date for the installation. The arrived when they said they would and began the installation. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up each day upon leaving. The job took two and a half days. The job site was cleaned and no damage was done outside or inside. The windows look great. I would recommend Magnolia to anyone considering window replacements.
