Amazing company, they replaced my siding for a good price, they are professional and quick and we're already taking care of every question\concern I had before I even asked it! Highly recommend, I checked in with half a dozen siding companies and between the others cold calling me a half dozen times, or not bothering to even give an estimate for weeks, these people were able to get a quote and a plan setup on just a few days!

John, Gary, and the installation crew were wonderful to work with on our window replacement! From the initial consultation all the way to the clean up, we had nothing but a great experience. John is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his business, and from a sales standpoint, he is straightforward, which is something that I greatly appreciate. I recently purchased a home and wanted to replace my patio door. After reading all the positive reviews for Magnolia Window & Door Company, I decided to call to schedule an appointment for a quote. John King came to my home the same day. John could not have been more kind and professional. He was extremely thorough in explaining the products and warranty. There was absolutely no pushy salesmanship. John went on to explain to me how other companies would try to get my business and even encouraged me to call other window companies. Although I was just wanting a patio door replaced, I asked John to give me a quote for all windows and the patio door. I was shocked that the quote for all my windows and door was so reasonable. John invited me to the showroom so that I could see the quality windows and door. Without any hesitation, I immediately placed an order for 13 windows and a patio door. I did not waste my time with other window and door companies. The installation crew was also extremely professional and courteous and did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up. The new windows and patio door gave my home a beautiful and updated appearance. I've had compliments on my new windows and door from neighbors, friends and family. They also made sure to take away all of the discarded windows, screens, and other installation debris, leaving our home and property spotless. He was incredibly down-to-earth and very thorough in the explanation of his company and the windows he offers versus other companies I could potentially get quotes from.

Magnolia was incredibly prompt, efficient, and quick. I was thoroughly impressed at how well they did with our installation. One of our windows had a small crack from it's time in transit, so John went above and beyond and personally drove out to install a new pane shortly after!

We had Magnolia install windows for us over 11 years ago. The service was excellent. The new windows made our house so much quieter and saved on our heat and air costs. The installers were neat and tidy and left no mess for us. We needed a couple replacement windows after 11 years and I called, those were ordered, and they have been installed at no cost to me. This is just as the contract stated. Again, the installers were very quick and efficient. They left no mess and were very professional. I would recommend highly recommend Magnolia Window and Door.

We were also pleasantly surprised that the special order custom windows came in several weeks earlier than expected.

Several years ago, we had windows installed with Magnolia, and they were great to work with and did a superb job. This winter, we had a seal fail in one of our windows, and John at Magnolia was able to get us a brand new window replacement at no extra cost to us. The guys who installed it were so kind and wonderful and respectful, and they did a great job on the installation and also graciously wore masks per my request. They went above and beyond and disinfected the surfaces they touched as well. What generous service! We couldn't be happier with our new window. 100% would recommend Magnolia Window and Door.

I called Magnolia Window & Door Company to see about getting an estimate for new siding for our home. We were looking for a local company with good customer reviews and they had both. I spoke with John King and he was so professional and kind. We set up an appointment for him to come to our home and give us what we thought would be an estimate but we were pleasantly surprised. We had already obtained estimates from 2 other companies so we had an idea of what we thought his would also be however, we weren’t even close! We also needed new windows and gutters but figured that would be out of the question. By the time John left, we had ordered not only new siding but also new windows and gutters! His cost to do all 3 jobs was almost half of what the others quoted just to do either siding or gutters. We are waiting on our windows to arrive but the siding and gutters are beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased. Vicki and Carl did an outstanding job installing the siding, paying attention to every detail. They are perfectionists and it shows in the quality of their work. The young men who installed the gutters also did a great job. We feel confident our new windows will be everything we are hoping for as well. I wish I could give Magnolia Window & Door Company a 10 Star rating! I don’t usually do reviews but John and the whole crew are awesome. If you want exceptional quality work and to work with great people, I highly recommend them. We were treated respectfully and fairly and would recommend them to all our friends and family.

Once we decided we were going to replace our windows my wife did a lot of research. Our neighbor replaced their windows using Anderson and the cost was astronomical. No way we were going pay that. My wife both looks at price/quality and customer service. Magnolia Windows came out on top using those metrics. We contacted John and he was very engaging and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. The windows came in on time but we had to wait a bit to get on the installation schedule. The installation team were on time and very efficient. They were also patient and answered all of my questions. We found a couple of scratches that occurred during shipping and by the time I pointed it out to the guys they said replacement windows had already been ordered. We have already getting comments from neighbors saying how great they look. From beginning to end Magnolia Windows has been absolutely outstanding. I would give Magnolia Windows my highest recommendation.
