Incredible transformation from drab to fabulous farmhouse. Blake was so incredible with an eye for detail and design. From windows to siding, gutters and doors to complete the perfect look. Envy of the neighborhood for sure. Blake made sure that every detail was perfect. Thanks Blake for making our little house just perfect.

We recently replaced windows, doors, siding and gutters and they did a fantastic job. Bryson was great to work with and took very good care of us - the installation crews were great, too!

We hired North Knox to replace our siding, soffit, and gutters. Out of all of the contractors we worked with throughout our full exterior renovation, North Knox was the best.

Blake was our first point of contact and stuck with us throughout the entire project until the very end. He was easy to reach and communicated thoroughly with informed answers to our many many many questions. He was also onsite when it counted to get the crews started, check in on their progress, and address any questions or concerns we had.

The crews themselves were eager to review their work with us to make sure we could weigh in each step of the way. Any concern we had was met with care and immediate attention (not dismissed).

We are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of our siding. The crew was very skilled and made sure to thoroughly seal against water intrusion with flashing and by coating the cut ends of our LP boards. They worked at a steady but not rushed pace, which we appreciated. It was clear they took great care in their work. Also, they thoroughly cleaned up every day, leaving no nails in our driveway or debris on the property.

I recently had vinyl siding and gutters installed on my pavilion house by North Knox Siding and Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bryson was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Rutulio and his crew were highly skillful, efficient, and respectful of my property.

Toward the end of the project, I noticed there were a couple of items that required attention. Bryson made sure they were corrected to my satisfaction—no questions asked. That level of customer care really stood out.

Kowboy fence company came through for us after we got burned by another company. Everyone from beginning of the process to checking back in after it was done has been so easy to work with and professional. Preston kept me up to date on any changes and made sure we were satisfied with the finished retaining wall and fence. Everything was beautifully done and has added so much curb appeal to our house. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I had a salesman come out last week to give me a quote on my fence repair. He told me his company had great communication skills. He told me I would have a quote that night. I have yet to get a quote. I called the Nashville office and they connected me but I got no answer. I have emailed, called, and tried everything I know to get a response. No communication whatsoever. He knew we needed our fence done ASAP because we have animals. This is not professional at all. I finally got a call after the review was seen. No apology or concern for not contacting me or how i felt, just a please remove your review so he can work. He finally responded with I want to work with you, but it's a little too late.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. They got the job done in a timely manner and got me a good price for the job. I would HIGHLY suggest using them for an amazing experience all around. Thank you gentlemen!

E-mailed for a quote on getting a gate installed in on our fence, they made an appointment for 1:00 on Fri. At 2:30 we had to call too find out where he was and got a call back with him wanting to give us a quote over the phone after we took pictures of everything and sent to him. Where is the great customer service in that. Too dam lazy to show up to an appointment.

I love my KOWBOY FENCE. Seth was very helpful. His crews are friendly. They leave the area as clean as possible. They will stay on the job until you are completely happy. I would recommend KOWBOY FENCE.

We had Bryce come and give us an estimate on repairing an existing chain link fence and installing a new automatic gate. He gave us the estimate and told us that they would start 7 days after we made the first half of the cost and then we would pay the second half after completion. The very next day after the estimate I got the contract emailed to me and also 3 text messages asking me if I had signed it yet. After 2 days of thought and getting an estimate from another company I signed the contract and made the first half of the cost. We'll the 7 days to start turned into 14 days. I was told they work would start on a Friday but I got a call that Thursday morning saying they were on their way to do the work. After waiting until 1 pm with no one showing up I sent Bryce a text and he said they would be there in just a few minutes. 5 pm came and still no one and no further contact with Bryce because he stopped communicating with me. Finally at 6:15 pm they showed up to do the job and of course it got dark and they said they would be back first thing in the morning. Needless to say at 4 pm the next day I still hadn't seen or heard from anyone. I'm not sure what time they actually came to install the gate and finish the work because I had to leave. The next morning I go to the house and see the gate was installed but no automation was done. Before I could call and ask why I got a call about the second half of the cost. I told them I was told by Bryce that I didn't have to pay until the work was completed. Which really surprised the lady I was talking to because that's not normally how they do things. I was told my automation would be done in about 3 days. 3 weeks later the guy shows up on a Sunday to do the automation. So the job was completed and I got online to pay the balance. When I opened the payment screen I noticed almost $1200 was added for a late fee because I didn't pay when they sent the second invoice. After calling and basically telling them I wouldn't pay the late charges because they drug their feet completing the job, the took the late fee off. The communication with this company is basically non existent once you make the initial payment, but they definitely want their money regardless if the job is done or not. I am fairly happy with the work they done with the exception of I had to pick up scraps of fencing and fence post before I could mow the grass. If I ever need any more fence work done I'll use someone else.

We had Seth come out and give us a quote for a 70x50x70 block chain link fence. The most reasonably priced we could find. It took about 3 weeks for them to come out and we love it! It’s perfect and it only took them about 5 hours to complete. We would recommend this company to anyone! Great work and reasonable pricing.
