I recently called Clean Roof, LLC to come out and clean a portion of my north facing roof. Steven Sadler came out and used a soft scrub process to remove the discoloring caused by algae and now the roof looks great. Everything from the initial quote to the final invoice was handled efficiently and professionally. Unlike some contractors, Steven goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. His concern for the customer and his delivery of excellent customer service meant a lot to me as a retired Manager of Customer Service. Once the job was complete, and as he was leaving, Steven noticed some shingles that had been blown loose from a different part of the house and recommended that we have them repaired. Given that he has a professional roofing background, I asked him if this was something that he could take care of for me and he was able to give me a quote and schedule the date on the spot. Quotes for both the cleaning and the roof repair were very reasonable and I am extremely happy with the quality of work.

Stephen Owner of this company came out and performed a professional complete roof cleaning and gutter cleaning job on our home. And my roof looked bad!!! I was amazed to see a my roof and gutters look like brand new again. He talked to use before,during and after the job. He made sure we were totally Satisfied by walking us around and showing us the job that he did. Very knowledgeable answered all of our questions. I Highly Recommend this Company. This Company went Over and beyond to made sure we were satisfied and for a definitely great affordable price. Thank you on a job well done.

I rarely write reviews; however, I was not going to pass up the opportunity to share this testimony of the quality of service that I received from Clean Roof LLC.

I started reading reviews that others wrote about this company; out of the multiple reviews, they were all five star.

After receiving the estimate for roof cleaning, cleaning the outside of my house, and pressure washing the driveway and sidewalk, I was pleasantly surprised.

Clean Roof, came today, to start the job, which was a lengthy process; as a home owner for over thirty-three years, and a business owner for thirty-eight years, I have never seen anyone work so diligently and do such a remarkable job. I am impressed beyond measure! I am a permanent Clean Roof LLC customer.

Great people! Came and helped me and my family get food during the snow storm. We appreciate it so much!

Just had our metal roof cleaned. We thought it was rusty and nearing the end of its life but it was just algae and muck stuck on it. The guys came by and in less than two hours had all the nasty stuff gone from it. They were on time, professional and I will definitely be calling them in a year or two when it gets dirty again. I highly recommend these guys if your looking for a professional company instead of some guy with a pressure washer in the back of his pickup truck.

I can confidently recommend Clean Roof LLC. I reached out for their services on relatively short notice. Within a few days they performed a power washing service on my siding. Despite the unusually cold temperatures, they completed the job in short work and to my satisfaction.

The work these guys do is absolutely amazing!! I had to have my roof and gutters done and they came right away and made sure we were taken care of! So many places stood me up while trying to get quotes and these guys actually cared that I had a leak in my roof and came right out to get it fixed up… They actually care about their clients!!!! That is very hard to find these days, don’t waste your time calling others, call SRS to get the job done right!!!

We had a truly positive experience with Keith and his crew during a roof replacement. We have a hybrid log cabin that had some very specific concerns. He not only walked the roof himself, but also brought out his foreman and had him walk the roof to make sure none of our specialty siding needed to be cut away from the dormers. Prior to demo and installation, he went out of his way to find our specific sample boards and even placed them on the roof so we could stand back and look at them. His communication was frequent and transparent, and he was even on-site during the demo and installation. They were on time, to the minute, for the three days they were here, and they took great care in protecting our landscaping during demo and during cleanup. After they left, you never would have known a re-roof just took place. Keith even went online for us and registered all of our products so our warranty kicked in. Finally, his quote was extremely fair..at no time did I feel I was trying to be taken advantage of. Thank you Keith, Alex and the crew.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Keith and SRS Renovations did on our home. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team was quick, professional, responsive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Keith won us over with his wealth of information, transparency, attentiveness, patience and most of all, his client first mentality.
They completed a full shingle replacement and also addressed additional work along the way, including replacing roof boards and some fascia boards. All fascia boards and second floor window casings were wrapped in metal, which looks fantastic. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished roof looks beautiful.
Any setback or unexpected issue we encountered was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a true problem-solving mindset. Nothing felt brushed off or delayed unnecessarily. They stayed proactive and solutions-oriented.
The work was completed efficiently without sacrificing quality, and the entire crew was respectful of our property. They even patrolled our yard with flashlights in the dark to pick up and materials/nails so our dogs wouldn't step into them and get hurt. After all the storm chasers and third party companies give you the run around or super high quotes then call this company. Hands down the most knowledgeable people in the business. They know not because the product brochure says so, They know because they have visited the plant where the product is made and asked the questions that the consumer needs to know. Great to work with! Scheduled siding repair on our home we were selling, and we didn't have a lot of time due to buyer giving short notice.
