Jason with Elite Floor Care did a great job on our hardwood floors and stairs. The floors look nearly brand new and they are 20 years old. He replaced the treads on our steps and stained them to match the rest of the hardwood. He showed up when he said he would and was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Jason is very professional and polite. My carpet looks great. I have tried 2 other companies in the last yr. They were more in a hurry then trying to make sure it was done right . I believe I've found my carpet cleaning company going forward from here on out .

We had Elite Floor Care come out and screen and coat the hardwood floors in our new house. They had been covered with carpet for at least 40 years and had some chemical stains in the spots we could get clean and there were several large places we couldn’t even get the carpet pad up. Jason did an INCREDIBLE job! He’s very clear when setting expectations, (we knew they wouldn’t look brand new, they’re 60 year old hardwoods and we didn’t want them to look brand new, we like the character they have). He made the suggestion of adding a little warmth in the topcoat and they are the perfect, cozy color! He’s also the kind of person I would trust completely to leave the keys to the house with, and tell him to lock up when he’s finished. Our floor situation was probably borderline on him being able to help us with the screen and coat service, but he did an outstanding job and my husband and I are thrilled. I’ll be recommending him to anyone that needs help with any of their floors!

Elite Floor Care completed hardwood sanding and refinishing in my living room, dining room, and two bedrooms in an original Oak Ridge home. The floors are gorgeous, and I especially like the way the wood grain now shows through. We originally had another company install and stain our floor. We didn’t know that they had not done hardwood before attempting it with us. The floors were gapped, streaked and finish wouldn’t dry after more than two weeks.
