Overall, we are completely satisfied with our refinished hardwood floors. We were amazed at how closely the new finish matched our existing stair tread color. 10/10 would recommend using Elite Floor Care, and if budget allows, opt for the UV treatment, which saves about a week told dry time when compared to the traditional protective coatings!

Jason did a fantastic job, both times. The first time he came and professionally cleaned our carpets. We were extremely satisfied. Today’s trip was cleaning all of our windows, including some very tall ones that have never been cleaned. He did a fantastic job, was friendly, professional, and I highly recommend supporting this young man’s business.

Jason and the whole staff at Elite Cleaning Services are top notch! Phenomenal work and very reasonably priced! We just began the process of moving into our new home. I called their office and was instantly connected with their team for a home visit and quote. Within a week they were able to come out for a window cleaning, carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, and whole house move-in cleaning. The quality of work was incredible, and Jason personally made sure to do a walkthrough and ensure everything was done to his standards, which are very high! Elite definitely deserves 5 stars. Jason, the owner, cleaned my 6 white (very expensive) dining room chairs methodically, and they look as good as the day I got them. I’ve had these white chairs for 4 years, and they spent some time in storage between moves. They were definitely starting to show some staining and dirt that I wasn’t happy about and Jason spent several hours making them look perfect again. He also went over many tips and tricks with me about keeping them clean and spot cleaning if anything happened. He talked to me about products to use to protect them and even noticed I was using a cleaner for my hardwood floors that was harmful and recommended a better one. He truly went above and beyond and was just wonderful to work with in many ways. I will for sure use Elite again and cannot recommend them enough. The turn around time for scheduling was extremely fast too from when I decided to call and make the appointment. Such a great company and owner!

Jason and his team are a group of trained professionals who know their work. I hired them to do a deep clean of my home which included a carpet cleaning as well. They were punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their line of work. Jason took the time to explain the chemistry of carpet cleaning which I found quite interesting, and felt comfortable knowing I had a trained professional working on my carpets. I highly recommend this company, and I will for sure be using them in the future!!! This company truly lives up to their name.

Couldn't be happier. Installer left glue all over the floor and we were scared it would not be able to be removed after hours of scrubbing just one room. Jason and his brother came in and knocked it out in one day over 2400 square feet floor looks brand new. What a relief👍😁

They took my 1954 hardwood and made it look brand new—without a time machine. The team was fast, professional, and somehow didn’t leave a single speck of dust behind. If your floors need a facelift, these are the folks to call!

Jason arrived at the promised time, he was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He worked in a quick and timely manner and completed the job much sooner than expected. He had to sand quite a bit but the dust didn’t settle throughout the house as he taped all the rooms off. My floors were in fairly bad shape as the carpet had been down over 40 years. I am very satisfied with the results especially since this was not a complete floor restoration and at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend Elite Floor Care and Jason for your flooring needs.

Great experience all around. Appointment made quickly, great communication the entire project, loved the products suggested, though the project took longer due to unforseen circumstances they were here everyday making it happen with enthusiasm, and great customer service all around from the whole team. Cost was reasonable and worth it. Will work with them on our next project.

After being turned down by 4 different companies to refinish our hardwood floors, we found Elite flooring and couldn’t be happier. He showed up on time and as promised finished our floors in 1 day. The floors look like new and we have had nothing but rave reviews from our neighbors. The procedure removed a lot of small scratches and reduced the visibility of the deeper ones. We had the high end finish which is cured the same day and would highly recommend it. It was nice to be putting our home back together that evening and next day instead of waiting 5 days for it to cure. Thanks again for a job well done!

Jason was very responsive to all my questions and concerns when deciding which company I was going to go with. He sent me links to determine which product I was going to use. We had just purchased a 20 year old home that needed some much needed TLC from the previous owner having 5 dogs on the hardwood floors over the years their were lots of reasons to need refinishing. I chose Jason and Elite Floor Care because of his knowledge and understanding for what I wanted. I had gotten 3 other quotes from other companies, not that Jason was the cheapest, he was the most understanding that I didn't want the floors sanded down just refinished. There was a high gloss on the original floors and he suggested that I go with the matt sheen to make the floors look more natural and hide the scratches from the past homeowners. Jason, sanded an area cleaned it up and put down the matt finish so that I could see what it would look like. I went with the matt sheen and it is very pleasant to the eye. I would have given Elite Floor Care a 5 star review but, I didn't know that if there was a lot of moisture in the air that the floors would not cure all the way leaving white residue behind. I noticed it immediately and called Jason, he explained to me that it could happen if there was a lot of moisture. He suggested plugging a dehumidifier for a week to see if it resolved itself. I followed his instructions and it appeared to be better but wasn't all the way resolved. I do recommend his company overall, he was very pleasant to work with. I tried multiple times to include a photo of the white spots in the floor with no luck so that you can see what happens if there is too much moisture.

Elite Floor Care resolved a serious issue with our new floors. We built a new home with engineered hardwood floors though out. The installing sub-contractor was careless and they got glue all over the finished surface. Needless to say our new floors did not look new at all. The general contractor had a cleaning service come in but they were not able to get the glue off the floor. I figured I would give it a try but when I read the manufacturers instructions it looked like one wrong move would destroy the floor. I decided it was time to find a professional. I did some research and found Elite Floor Care. The owner, Jason, responded immediately. He was a wealth of knowledge and knew exactly what to do. He went over all of our floors twice with two different cleaners and two different machines. He was very detailed and wanted the job done right. There were a few stubborn spots left after Jason finished the job so he went over them by had until they were gone too. I can tell you that Jason and Elite Floor Care are perfectionists and they know how to handle any floor project large or small. They will treat your home as though it is their own. I highly recommend them.

Had some water damage and after the restoration team was done, Jason and Gage took care of the rest. A+

We hired Jason after he gave us a thorough assessment inspection and fair price in replacing our hardwood floors. It took me all of 15 minutes to know that this was the right man with the right company, his consistency and attention to detail was superb. He supervised taking up of our floor and laying down and finishing process, when he saw the flooring not put together in our pantry according to his requirements, he said, rip it up, do it over! ladies and gentlemen, that is real world professionalism in action! Moved into our condo 4yrs ago. We were never happy with the floors from the get go. Previous owners had wax applied to a dirty floor. Elite floor care came out and stripped wax off and cleaned the floors. They look great and we are very happy. We will definitely share our experience with our neighbors

I am writing this review with caution. The work performed based on my limited understanding of woodwork and flooring seems good to me. But I also have a limited understanding of the topic at hand.

I had just purchased a new home about 6 weeks before this review I’m currently writing. Inside that home were wood floors. When I asked people I trusted what they thought about those floors, those individuals suggested I have them professionally refurbished. I then went to the internet and did research. Within that research I learned about Elite Floor Care. The individual I initially spoke with seemed to be genuinely kind and professional. Based on that impression, and coupled with what little research I did, I decided to hire Elite floor care to perform the work. My opinion of the work performed was based on the words from friends that I trusted, as well as the person who came to my home and gave me an estimate for the work. In my mind, that individual represented the company as a whole. I trusted what I learned thus far and therefore trusted the word of that person. However, four days after the work was done I finally had time to write a review about my personal experience with this company including my personal opinion on the work they completed. When I went to my Google account to write my personal review, I noticed the first review contained the same photo as the one I was sent after the work was done. I know that photo was taken in my house because I know my own house. That is why I write this review with caution. I now feel as though the integrity of this company is being questioned in my mind. I did not pay $1,600 in cash thinking I may be lied to. A fake review with my photo seems like a lie to me. Almost as though I was catfished by this company, as well as potentially robbed in the process. I am only a victim of my own mistakes in my personal life. Therefore, this review is not meant to encourage or discourage potential customers. It is simply a reminder/warning to be sure of who you are letting into your home and who you are giving your hard earned money to. A company is only as good as it’s word. But that fact rests upon the individual that is speaking at any given moment. If you have made it this far into my personal review, I pray to the good source in the universe that you have the day you have earned so far.
