On a scale of 5, Stephen Sadler earns a 10! He cleaned two 20-year-old roofs with non-standard shingles (Ecostar) (house and separate garage) and did an outstanding job. He researched the material and used products recommended by the manufacturer. He was prompt, professional, and worked very hard each day to get our roofs looking like new. Stephen is polite, has a great work ethic, and takes pride in his work. His work is excellent and affordable. I look forward to using Clean Roof LLC again!

Steven came to clean our roof last week & it looks amazing. It was such an eye sore to see each time we pulled in our driveway or drove down the street.He had completed a neighbor a few weeks prior & I called to get an estimate. Fantastic job by a fantastic company! Steven came out and made our roof look like new money, took time to explain the process and how this job is not just for looks, but for me to be able to get the time out of my shingles that I expect.. Also being a certified roofer was able to point out and repair some issues that were existing to prevent costly damage to other parts of our home... if you are “in the air” on this service understand this is just not a “let’s get our dirty roof cleaned “ service but preventive maintenance..

My roof was stained and the porch actually had some moss growing on the roof and I wanted it taken care of to make my house look better and to preserve the shingles. All the estimates I got were in the ballpark; however Steven spoke to me about the process like I had a brain in my head and seemed very knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't want and didn't "little lady" me once. Being a widow, that means so much to me.

He came out and did such a great job; my roof looks so much better and I couldn't believe how conscientious he was by putting my bird feeders, my hummingbird feeders, and my outdoor cat dishes out of the way of the cleaning process. He spent the time to do the job right, cleaned up after and treated my property the way I treat it, with love and respect
