After my roofing job was started I had reservations about Gold Medal Roofing. There were timing delays due to weather and labor issues because of inadequate experience with the labor contractor with my type of roof. Initially this all had me very apprehensive but because of my job contact Israel, who handled all my concerns, the job was completed to my full satisfaction and then some. They definitely went far and beyond to satisfy me. The Gold medal team of Israel,Jason and office manager Grace performed admirably and would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Gold Medal roofing knocked on our door about our roof and needing a new one. They helped with the whole process from start to finish. Once Jason stepped in, the process was smooth and easy! Although our insurance wouldn’t work with us, no fault of Gold Medal, we decided to have them do our roof based on our experience with Jason and used their financing which is amazing and great options! They came out, the workers had it done in one day and we have zero complaints. They cleaned up behind themselves and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Jason and Enoch was at my neighbors house one day conducting an inspection. When they were done they walked over while my son and I were sitting in the garage. Jason and Enoch introduced themselves and offered a free roof inspection as they had noticed some possible damage to my roof while at my neighbors house. After they completed the free inspection he showed me pictures of the hail damage and offered to speak on my behalf with my insurance company. My insurance company sent an adjuster and Enoch and another Gold Medal Roofing employee walked with the Adjuster while he did his inspection. Gold Medal was constantly communicating with me during the entire process. Everyone was professional and polite during this process. Jason didn’t hesitate to take my phone calls at 7pm a few times when I had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The process went just as Jason and Enoch had told me it would. 5 Stars all around from initial contact to finished job. If you need a new roof I highly recommend Gold Medal Roofing Company.

McGuire Roofing re-decked our entire home and then re-shingled it with a great looking GAF line of products. Their work looks superb, and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Dave Thomas came to pick up extra materials afterwards and was not only friendly but willingly swept the yard again carefully to ensure there would be no injuries to us or our pets from stray nails.

We were shocked when our homeowners association, who are responsible for paying for repair of our condo roof, got an estimate for $1,100 from Maguire Roofing. McGuire Roofing had not even taken a look at the roof. Is this a minimum charge regardless of whether there's damage? Just for coming in and eyeballing from the ground? If so, it's ridiculously high. Prior to the estimate, Dale came out and I showed him the old water stain inside a closet. He then guessed where the problem would be on the roof, "if there is even a problem" he said. But they never actually brought a ladder and took a look at the roof! What a waste of my time and my homeowners association's time in planning and meeting with McGuire Roofing. Very disappointed.

My husband got a quote for our metal roof repair which we thought was very reasonable. We looked forward to them coming out to do the work. After quite a while, they finally scheduled the repair. I took the day off to be home and they didn't show up or call to say they weren't coming. My husband left a couple messages then finally got a call back saying they had a flat tire...but would come out the next day... again no show no phone call...my husband called and left another message...3 days later they called to say someone is on their way...we said "no thanks." Worst communication and customer service is not a priority with this company. They told my husband they had ordered our materials but after 2 no shows we will find someone else. Our time is valuable too. Their office staff and scheduler have no clue what's going on. We are very frustrated and now having to start all over trying to get estimates.

Absolutely incredible experience... highly recommend. A storm came through this weekend and my roof needed a repair to avoid water coming in as another storm approached. They were willing to come to my house at 8pm on a Saturday evening and charge me an extremely fair price. I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the work and fairness for the repair. I am not someone who normally writes reviews but they deserve it.

Dave Thomas was great. He took the time to understand my needs and budget. He offered options and gave his opinion. I asked they replace what they have to and repair what they can. It took longer than expected to start the job, but that was expected given the current conditions. I would highly recommend McGuire for their service and for Dave Thomas.

The service we received from Erie / McGuire Roofing was all around professional. The demonstration and QA session afterwards was A+. We checked with a neighbor who recently had their roof replaced by Erie / McGuire and were also satisfied. We did change the color of the roof at the last minute and it was no issue with them. The product supplied was certainly not the cheapest roofing system, but we will be in this home for a long time and expect this roof to last. The service teams WORKED HARD! With the lack of skilled labor we have seen these day we were happy to see this installation work from morning till evening. Everyone was moving and doing something. Yes, I was in and out watching the progress and keeping an eye on the work being done. We are a satisfied customer.

We hired McGuire's to install gutters and drip edge. The amount to install the drip edge was extremely high and they subbed out the gutter installation. If we had known they weren't going to do the work, we would have just called a gutter company ourselves. We were given a price per lineal foot for seamless gutters but were somehow charged incorrectly for the amount of lineal feet we actually had installed. We informed the company to call before coming to the house (we don't live there) so we could open the gates. We received NO PHONE CALLS for either the drip edge or gutter installations. We called the company 8:00-9:15 a.m. to see if they were doing the installation that day. No one ever answered the phone and we didn't get a call back until 10:00 a.m. when the gutter installer was already at the house. Bottom line...if you want seamless gutters installed go to a seamless gutter installation company directly. We would not recommend McGuire's for seamless gutters.
