Highly recommend McGuire Roofing & Construction! After "the flood of 100 years" here in Knoxville (2019), we had a leak that was getting worse by the day. We had already called upon another roofing company and after two failed attempts to find and fix the source of our leak, we 'very thankfully' called upon Tucker and company (McGuire Roofing & Construction). McGuire immediately found our leak, tarped it and was back out within days to repair. Tucker and crew was so informative, and very competitively priced, we had them replace all of our ridge vents while repairing our leak! We are 100% pleased with the extremely high quality work and will most certainly call on McGuire again should the need arise! Our only regret is that we did not call them to begin with ... would have saved us a huge headache! Thanks McGuire Roofing ... We Highly recommend you!!!

Dave came out and gave me a quote the same day I called. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The old roofing was removed, decking replaced, and new roof installed in just a few days. They also did a great job cleaning up. These guys are the best - will be sharing Dave’s contact info with friends and family.

Dale went above and beyond the call of duty taking care of our roofing needs. He made many visits to our house making photos and reports to satisfy our insurance company. I needed a roof for our business that was damaged in a storm. I spoke with Larry at McGuire who said they would come out and look at it, he showed up with Tucker McGuire and Cody Cox and we discussed the job. They showed up with the materials the day before the job and the day of the job a full crew who were all very professional showed up with additional materials and started the job, in just a few hours and they had all of the old roof torn off of half the building and had the old wood and any decking that needed replaced done and then the rain started, There were no leaks. They showed up the next morning and completed the other side when again the rain started and again no leaks, They showed up the next morning and fully completed the job and it looks amazing and the cleanup was phenomenal their crew is totally professional and dealing with Tucker and Cody and Larry was a totally awesome experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is our second time using McGuire's services, and have nothing but good things to say about them! Dave is an excellent estimator and communicator, always giving us options that fit our budget and situation, even in the instance of an old masonry chimney that was a real bear to work with. Chelsey in the office is super responsive, kind, and attentive. The crews are fast, clean, and professional--and the end result is beautiful! Would definitely call them again in a heartbeat.

From a previous customer...This is the first time I have ever posted to next-door. I am writing to let you know about a terrible experience I have had working with McGuire Roofing. I had an unfortunate roofing leak in August of 2021, and paid McGuire Roofing $42,000 to remove and replace my roof. They were nearly impossible to communicate with from August to May of 2022, when they finally replied that they had "dropped the ball" but would be out the second week of June to remove the roof. They removed my roof, and have disappeared. I have been without a roof for over two months, creating interior water issues. They do not return phone calls or emails, and have never given me any indication that they plan to return. I have asked that my $42,000 be reimbursed and they have not responded, even to an attorney's request. I would implore you to use another roofing company and tell your friends to do the same.

I hired McGuire Roofing to complete a new roof on detached garage based on their generally good reviews, price and availability (said they could squeeze the job in within a week). The estimator, Dale, was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately after solidifying the contract, this was where things started to fall. I had to follow up frequently to get the job scheduled. Once scheduled, no show, I called and they said it was too cold. The following working day, I called and they said material should be delivered today, which it was. I assumed work would proceed the following day; however, no show. I called and they could not give any reason why the crew did not show or if they would. Later in the day they called and said they would be there next day. The next day they did show, and come to find out, the Project Manager TJ came to complete the job because they couldn't get a reliable crew. He completed the roof but unfortunately cleanup was not done well. I appreciate their willingness to do the right thing and get the job done but would have to recommend they improve their communication/scheduling, employee status, and job cleanup.

Mcguire Roofing sent an inspector out the next day and gave me a thorough written estimate of repairs for my roof. When I was ready for repairs to be done, I called them and they had a team out the next morning. They didn't even need me to be home. They just showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they were going to do, and sent me an invoice a few days later. That is not always the case with other companies, so I very much appreciate their conscientiousness in their work. Very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them.

My experience with this company was the best I have had with a service provider in a long time. From my first contact, to the finished job, they were prompt, courteous, and did quality work. It was great to have a company that kept their word and the schedule they gave me. The clean up was so efficient that if I hadn’t seen my new roof, I wouldn’t have known they had been there! Contacted McGuires roofing for a small gutter repair because I was well pleased with a previous roof repair. I had a fairly narrow time frame due to work schedules and anticipated weather. Dave called to work with my schedule, arrived on time and immediately assessed the problem, fixed it and proceeded to inspect the rest of the system and corrected things to prevent the same problem from cropping up elsewhere. Very professional, highly skilled and personable. I true pleasure to do business with this company. I highly recommend.

We had a 4,000 sqft roof total replacement done in 1 day. They had 2 crews here at 7:15 am and they worked non stop with only a lunch break and finished clean up and were gone by 8:45 pm. They covered all our plants, moved items out of the way for demo. There were people on the ground picking up demo stuff all day. At the end they went over the property with metal detectors and then a leaf blower. The crews used appropriate safety harnesses while on the roof. They were very well organized, professional and treated our house as if it was there’s. We were truly impressed with the people and the company. I highly recommend them without reservations.

Excellent job of reroofing our families commercial building, the existing roof was in terrible shape. The crew at McGuire Roofing basically rebuilt the upper level roof due to the damage and condition of the existing roof. (flat roofs and spray foam coating = major leaks and rot) Thanks so much to Tucker and the team at McGuire Roofing ! Very reasonable and extremely professional, would most definitely recommend them for any roofing need.

I would highly recommend McGuire Roofing! Our case was a little different than everyone else’s. Our roof over our carport was leaking and no one, including multiple other roofing companies, could figure out exactly where it was coming from. The only thing we could figure was the rain was being pushed back under the shingles due to the carport roof being sloped low so they recommended doing a granulated roofing instead of shingles. We haven’t had a single leak since! During the process of doing the granulated roofing, we had some issues along the way but McGuire Roofing made sure to listen to our concerns and make sure we were happy with the finished results! Not only did they fix any issues we had, the very day we paid them for the newly installed granulated roofing, a storm came through and blew a limb right down on top of the roof, which punctured a hole right through it. Larry at McGuire Roofing, who was a godsend through the entire process, called the very next morning and they had someone out there immediately to fix it. We will 100% call them again for any future problems with our roof!
