They make an outstanding product and it has been our privilege to assist in marketing their homes and neighborhoods. I would recommend their team to anyone in the market for buying a new home.

Very poor support and none after 1 year. My house built 6/15/2012. Contacted Saddlebrook on 11/13/2017. Windows very drafty, Poor circulation of AC in bedroom, EAVE COMING AWAY FROM HOUSE, roof leaks, Cracked floor and lifting of tiles and wood flooring uplifting, many of stacked stone had to be reattached, and a mushy back yard with improper drainage which they would not fix. So be careful about using this builder. I have had most of the problems fixed except for Eave. Do your research and ask some of the people who live in a Saddlebrook subdivision about quality. they build to very minimal standards. I have so many photos, but posting the eave photos here. Gutter is ok and contractor said I need some work done to reattach the eave.

Great experience from picking the property to the floor plan. Great communication and made the home building process. I have complete confidence in them. I got all I asked for and more! Will definitely look into Saddlebrook Properties again if the time comes to build another home.

From the moment we met Randy Ford at the model in June of 2020, to our closing today, it’s been a great experience. Elizabeth Risner’s tasteful interior design upgrades, and Cindy Reno’s landscaping based on our custom patio design and her recommendations; both were both fantastic. Jerry leads a great set of construction crews, and Chris made sure that what we expected to see on our final walk-through, was what we saw today when we unlocked the door to our new home. No excuses, no delays, and what we were promised.

Having built other custom homes, I swear we’d do it all over again with these folks at Saddlebrook.

Highly recommend Cindy Greene at Stockton Mortgage. Due to the delayed close of our previous home sale, we made some swerves in our plans that Cindy was able to accommodate. Beth Crox at Crossland Title is now our neighbor and got us through closing in 45 minutes so we could get moving.

Big thanks to Cathy McDonald, the onsite real estate agent at The Towns @ Braxton Creek, for her always positive attitude, honesty, and quick responses to all of our questions. She is a gem! Saddlebook builds a beautiful home! We purchased our home in December 2020 and had a great experience. Our sales representative, Robin Germain, was friendly, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. There were only a few minor items noted on our inspection report conducted two weeks prior to closing. We were very pleased with the warranty personnel at our pre-closing walk through. At the closing the COO stopped by to give us the keys and helpful contact information. Forty-five days after closing we were contacted by the warranty department to see if we had any items to be addressed. The customer service is great! As a 15 year Realtor who worked for a developer in another state, I can say Saddlebrook has a fine team.

People say that building a home is one of the more stressful events in your life. Fortunately, that was not my experience with Saddlebrook. Our home building process went smoothly from start to finish. My husband and I watched the build closely, and anytime we had a question or concern it was addressed promptly. But honestly concerns did not come up very often.

When we signed our contract we were given a closing date exactly 8 months out from the signing date, and that is the exact date we closed. They worked promptly and stuck to initial timelines that were given which was crucial in our particular situation.

We moved into our home approximately two weeks ago and as of now, we have no complaints about our experience. I can with good conscious recommend Saddlebrook as a builder to anyone.

I love my new Saddlebrook home the quality and craftsmanship is apparent the minute you walk thru the door. Cathy was a pleasure to work with, not only did she respond quickly to my questions, but was a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area. The orientation prior to closing was the most comprehensive walk thru I have ever experienced. Highly recommend Saddlebrook!

We moved to Maryville 7 months ago. Lorraine Burns from Coldwell Banker got us in touch with Ken Mathes of Saddlebrook Properties. We were looking for a single story home with an open floor plan. We weren't having very much luck until we saw a Saddlebrook home. It was exactly what we were looking for. The build experience was great from groundbreaking to closing. The design center made it very convenient to pick out everything to design the home. The Saddlebrook crew made this a very enjoyable experience. I love my Saddlebrook home at The Towns at Braxton Creek. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched by any other builder in my opinion. The landscaping is also very beautiful. This is an incredible community and I love being a mile away from the interstate and Turkey Creek. It was a pleasure working with Ms Cathy!! I could call or text her at any time and she would always answer any questions that I had. I absolutely give Saddlebrook properties 5 stars!!

Wonderful company. Great people and a beautiful end result. We love our house and are very happy we went with Saddlebrook. I have dealt with Saddlebrook for 20 years. They build an excellent home and are extremely customer focused. They build homes that are a great value for their homeowners. Saddlebrook's staff is top notch - from the sales staff to the office personnel to the guys that oversee the process in the field. Everyone at Saddlebrook is focused on delivering a home to their homeowners on time and above expectations!

Saddlebrook homes are well-built and every last detail thought through. They sale like hot cakes. Wished I could afford one, but I can only look. The prices are not outrageous, most seem to be 300-500K. I've met a few of Saddlebrook home owners and I've never heard one complaint, it's all very complimentary. Truly a company that believes in excellent customer service. They have several floor plans and architectural styles to choose from, but also involve customers in customizing their homes.

As far as the home quality, the building materials selected, the attention to detail, quality craftsmanship is very visible. I've worked with other builders in the area, and Saddlebrook's quality and attention to detail far exceeds the other builders I've had experience with. They paid special attention to the community amenities - sidewalks, street lights, landscaping, etc. to not only make it visually pleasing, but functional.
