Could not be more pleased with our new Saddlebrook home. There are so many things to love about this home. The trim work, the kitchen and bath finishes, the hardwood floor, are all beautiful. While those are the things you SEE in the home that make it nice... it is what you don't see that makes our Saddlebrook home perfect. The construction is SOLID. I have two kids that I CAN NOT hear jumping and running around upstairs. My old home sounded like they were falling through the ceiling. The house is silent from outside noises... eerily quiet. Every inch of space is well thought out and usable, half of the house isn't wasted with formal living rooms and dining rooms. Even the placement of the laundry room and half bath, are out of the way from the main living space so they feel private. This house is intelligently architected and thought out. Design tastes change, in 20 years someone could remodel the kitchen or bathrooms... but the bones of the house feel like they will last forever. Saddlebrook homes are not the cheapest available, but you definitely get what you pay for. We are excited to enjoy and grow old in our new home. Thanks Saddlebrook!

I can't say enough great things about our Saddlebrook Home at Meadows on McFee. From start to finish it was an amazing process. With the wonderful help from Robin who is extremely knowledgeable and so very kind, this process was very streamlined. Everyone we have come in contact with has been more than helpful. We have lived in our home for a little more than 1 year and have enjoyed it very much. All our friends that come visit are extremely impressed with our beautiful home!!!

We enjoy our Saddlebrook home immensely. This was our sixth new home build, all of which were through established builders with design centers. Saddlebrook stands out above all others.

People make the difference! Saddlebrook teams are terrific throughout the entire process, from pre-sign real estate through after close warranty and beyond. They are highly qualified and experienced people. We cannot say enough good things about the manager on our build project.

Our observation is that many established builders fall short on thorough quality checks throughout the new construction process. It’s typically delegated to the buyer to produce a punch list pre-closing, followed by a lack of follow-through.

Saddlebrook is quite different. They manage a tight quality control process throughout the entire home project, along with scheduled buyer reviews and open communication. Saddlebrook excels in quality, the details, follow through, communication, warranty and beyond.

This is our 5th time building a home, so we have experience to compare against. The Saddlebrook experience was as easy and pleasant as can be. They quote a finish date and meet it. Since moving in nearly one year ago we have found very few issues and any we did find were corrected immediately. I have only used Clean Cut Painting once but the employee was on time, courteous, and did a good job of painting my ceiling. In fact, he showed me how to do something on a wall in an adjoining that I didn't know how to do.

We were very happy with clean cut painting. Quote was fair and work was quality. We will be using them in the future for other house needs.

He gave us a quote for waterproofing our deck and when finished, it looked great! He took everything down off the deck and brought it back up when dry. Worked in the extreme heat with no complaints. Very responsive to all my questions! Will be using again for other jobs!
