The lady working the front desk is HARSH. That's the first representation of your company, and she is as rude as they come.

I've had very good experiences with both the management and workforce. Just don't call the office during lunch unless you want a voicemail. They leave as a pack.

You really need to tell your employees trolling females on Facebook isn't a good idea when they have their place of business on their profile. Randy Watson he's very disrespectful to women and I would caution women to allow him in their home.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for a week to speak to someone about an apprenticeship. The first day I called 6 times and was told that something was wrong with the phones and that they would put a note in for someone to contact me. I didn't hear anything for several hours. So i called the next day and was told that the person in charge of apprenticeships, Mark, was not in the office at the moment and was told to leave a message. I did that and still have not received a call back to even discuss options or anything...

Great service! Joel and Chris were communicative with me about everything they were doing, provided frequent updates, and most importantly, fixed the electrical issue! Would highly recommend to a friend.

Worst electrical contractor I have ever had to work with in the 20+ years I've been in the trades. I called about some warranty issues for the building I currently work in and after expressing my concern about a few issues I was told that I was being hostile towards Amanda. She then acted as if she didn't want to honor our warranty, said that had delivered parts when in fact they had not been delivered or installed, and the proceeded to argue with me over every legitimate issue I had saying that there had been other vendors working on them, when in fact no one had been to work on these issues. I would not recommend them for any project. Absolutely wasted materials, ran conduit & didn't use it, and won't stand behind their warranty.

East TN Electric Service is AMAZING!!! I had an outdated electrical panel that was known to catch fire and I called a couple of companies to give me a price. Eddie came out quickly, gave me a price (which was so much more reasonable than his competitors for the SAME panel) and had me scheduled for the next week! I knew what to expect and he walked me through the whole process! I’ve had him come out for a couple of other jobs at my house since I had such a great experience!! If you need an electrician, these are your guys!!

THEY DONT DO QUOTES! Lady was hard to understand and they dont do quotes. I have a problem with that because they can charge you whatever they want. She couldnt tell me where they got their electrical license either.

When we couldn't even get other electricians to provide us with a quote, Ferris dropped by to find out what the scope of work we needed done was and found time the next day to take care of replacing a 220v outlet and installing 5 more outlets throughout the house, including an external outlet. Responsive and professional!
