Great service. Farris came out on a Tuesday to quote work to relocate a washer and dryer outlet and add a bank of outlets in my kitchen. The work was completed the very next day. The team was professional and respectful of my home. Very reasonably priced for my area. Will use this team again for electrical needs

Sam and Mo helped with many things during my renovation and then also helped with replacing lighting. One of my fans didn’t work and they handled the communication with the manufacturer to get it replaced and fixed! Above and beyond and very clean and careful with my home.

I had a wonderful experience with KnoxCET. I needed some electrical projects done around the house and these guys finished the job effectively and efficiently. This company is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. I had Manuel and he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The price they gave me can’t be beat. It is very hard to find a company that doesn’t try to take advantage of you but I have found one. They are not just about their money, they care about their customers and working with them to fit their budget. Really incredible and reliable service! We had them come out to install our Ring floodlights which are about 20 feet off the ground and it was freezing outside. They worked super hard to make sure the job was done right and to our liking! Very fair quote for the amount of work they did. They definitely know what they are doing, and my mom will be having them back to do the other electrical work around the house. Major plus: it was nice to not have some creepy, disheveled old guy - these gentleman were young and so professional. Highly recommend!

The men showed up when they said they would, they knew what they were doing and they were very pleasant.

The work consisted of removing one light fixture and installing two new light fixtures a few inches above the location of the removed fixture.

The men were helpful and patient while I decided exactly how high up to put the two new fixtures.

The estimated time and price was accurate and reasonable.

They installed a receptacle and ceiling box in our home and were quick and efficient. Would use them again. So yes small or big jobs, give them a call.

Miraculously, they were able to come by the house and give us a quote same day. And, they were actually out the next day to complete the repairs. Granted, ours were not major repairs, but, still, it was nice to have our garage doors working again. They were extremely efficient, on time, professional but personable and we are really happy that we have found a new reliable electrician. Mo was outstanding. Patient. Informative. Clear communication. Responded to text messages in a timely manner. Highly recommend. I did a web search and booked with four different companies for different estimates and quotes, but they were the first out to give an estimate and the price was reasonable and it did not change after they got into the project. We were anticipating for the estimate to not be what the actual cost was but we got lucky and didn't need any extra work done. They were very honest. We thought we had an additional issue and they checked it out and they said there was no issue. So maybe another company would have charged us and we would have had no idea. We gave a cash tip because they really went above and beyond and they were so reliable and we are so relieved and we feel so much safer now.

We were exploring having either a Generlink automatic transfer switch or an automatic standby generator installed. Kevin was extremely patient in answering many emails from me on the specifics of both. We ended up going with a Generac automatic standby generator and Kevin did a great job. He handled all the permitting and executed the installation perfectly – even had HVAC guy for us to use for the gas work which also went extremely well. His pricing was clearly laid out and was very good.

Kevin was a true professional and communicated with us every step of the way - it was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend him for your electrical needs - you won’t be disappointed.
