Absolutely useless. What kind of an electronics store doesn't have alligator clips?! To be clear, this isn't an out of stock scenario, the guy looked at me like I was stupid for asking. This place sucks. Don't bother.

Very knowledgeable and experienced! Lucas and Zack troubleshooted very seamlessly and were also very friendly. Stephanie and Christine were the most friendliest and fun people I could speak with over the phone as well when taking care of me during payment and invoicing. Definitely just made me a customer for life

Halloween 2024 an employee of this company, after hours and in an employee vehicle, rear-ended my husband's truck on Alcoa Hwy. Totaled his silverado so you can tell how fast the kid was going. My problem is how the company handled it. They didn't. We finally had to call and make an insurance claim with their insurance company on their behalf so we could get paid. I have no idea how they are as an electric company but they didn't handle that at all and thus, I wouldn't trust to do business with them.
