We got a new dish machine and needed the 220 moved and an additional 220 installed. Jay and his guy came in and knocked it out in one evening. I own a catering company in Sevierville and having Pinnacle come in and get this moved in 5-6 hours was awesome! Would recommend them to anyone!

Pinnacle Electric provided awesome service when we had some issues last year. Jay was prompt and professional, and didn't mind at all that my two kids were nipping at his heels to see everything he was doing. He would take a moment here and there to bend down and show them what he was replacing or repairing, and explain to them what it was and what it did. The work Jay did was excellent, but it was the way he did his work that earned Pinnacle five stars from me. Give them your business, you won't be disappointed.

I needed an array of work done on a new home (smoke detector, bathroom exhaust fan, and light fixture installations, panel labeling, etc.). Jay was extremely patient and flexible figuring out a scope of work that would work for our timeline and budget. He handled our multiple changes and requests with ease, stayed responsive, and was upfront and transparent about expectations. Jay and his crew were lightning quick getting our project done and couldn’t have been kinder or more professional. Our electrician bailed on the work we needed done so in searching for another electrician, we called Pinnacle. They came out right away, gave us a fair estimate. His crew showed up as they said they would, were courteous and completed the work we needed done. They did a great job and we would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

Pinnacle did such an amazing job at finding some major electrical issues on our home we purchased and worked very hard to fix all the electrical issues! Also, added a panel to our garage to provide more electricity for my husband’s wood workshop! Jay, Byron, and Nate were amazing and my almost 4 year old son loved watching and “helping” out as a Junior apprentice. They were all great with him and he loved every minute of it! Charles and another gentleman came out to our home and installed a new exhaust fan/light along with a new light switch. They were on time, kind and very professional! Am very pleased with experience and the work. Will definitely be using Ace Electric for anything we may need in the future.

David and Tyler helped us out so much. My husband and I bought a home with a separate barn and garage. All three buildings needed different attention and repairs due to some interesting DIY work that had been done by the previous owners. I called Ace Electric after I realized I was in over my head on a light fixture replacement. Because of the holidays and recent weather causing a lot of issues, they did not have any availability until January 3rd. After I explained that I had a breaker off and no kitchen lights, they said they would try to work me in sooner if possible.

They ended up showing up that same day (New Years Eve) by 1 pm and bailed me out of the mess I had created. The crew was fast and professional, reasonably priced, and, most importantly, didn’t tell my wife I messed up. Definitely calling Ace Electric again, but before I get in over my head.
