I’ve used Ace Electric for the past 5+ years and my experience with their service has been consistent. The technicians are knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.

Ace Electric is the kind of company that reminds me its so important to continue to do business with those you have a positive experience with. I’ve listed below experience’s I’ve had with various individuals from the company.

1) Matt Ogle- he contacts you when the technicians are on their way and when they leave. He thanks you for your business which I believe is extremely important.

2) Charles (man with beard)- Acknowledged that he remembered doing work at my house. Which I liked because he knew the prior electrical work done. He verified my work order before starting, introduced the trainee (as a trainee) and asked if I was satisfied with the job before he left. He also spoke very highly of Ace Electric.

We used ACE for the first time ever, last week. We had a punch list that needed to be completed from a home inspection. Kevin & his son came out and had it taken care of in an hour and a half. To boot, they tested a couple outlets and told us what actually needed to be replaced and what didn’t...no up-charge or needless replacement. Shane was very quick & helpful getting services set up and sending over the needed documentation so we could proceed with closing escrow on our home. I would definitely use them again if needed!

This is the 3rd time I've used Ace Electric and their service is always outstanding. The first time, they changed an old fuse box to a breaker box. The 2nd time I used them, they raised the power line in my back yard as it was hanging dangerously low. This time, they installed a light fixture in my great room. The Ace electricians always know what they're doing and can solve any problems that arise. You may think that goes without saying, but believe me, it doesn't!! They are always timely and clean up after themselves. This time, David even went above and beyond and hung a picture for me on a high wall as I didn't have a ladder high enough to reach. This company is really, really good and their prices are extremely reasonable; they charged less than a local handyman service was going to charge just to come out! You cannot go wrong with Ace Electric and I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs.

We have 20 foot ceilings and needed two ceiling fans and a chandelier replaced. Ace has scaffolding and was able to take care of this for us. They we nice, clean and professional. I got quotes from other companies so I can fairly say they are also reasonably priced. We will definitely call them again for any electrical needs.

Brandon and Bert are amazing! I had a previous electrician come out to attempt to fix an electrical problem I was having with my house. I ended up asking him to leave because he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I contacted another local electrician who didn’t show up. Third times a charm! I contacted ACE because they had tons of positive reviews. I see why! Brandon and Bert knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. The quality and value of their work is amazing. I will definitely contact them again with any future electrical needs.

I had a scary issue arise with my breaker box and would require an electrician to address fairly quickly. Upon calling Ace Electric and getting their call in service, I was connected with Chad the technician right away. Chad was able to gather some information over the phone, explain service call prices and possible time frames to repair. Once agreed upon with me, he was fairly quick to get to me on a Friday afternoon about 5:15 pm and fix this issue to my satisfaction and my homes safety. Time to resolve and price for repair was very fair and reasonable. I would highly reccomend this company.

Charles and Conner came out to the house to install a new light fixture including a junction box. I also had them replace a defective toggle switch and add a motion sensor light for the closet.

This crew did a great job. They were fast, friendly and efficient and I would not hesitate to use Ace Electric again. Thanks.

David and his team were amazing. Not only did they arrive in a timely manner but explained in detail what we would need to get the job done efficiently and at a VERY reasonable price. They were neat, organized and extremely professional! They truly went the extra mile. I highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the services that Ace Electrical provided. With the exception of them having to reschedule the first appointment day, everything from the estimate to the work they completed in my home went well. I will be using them again for future projects! I would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with the work Charles & Floyd did for us. They installed two ceiling fans, replaced doorbell, replaced bathroom vent & installed wired in under cabinet lights. They were prompt, friendly & professional. We would definitely use again & recommend.

Ace Electric Service was a pleasure to work with. I had a home that was left with numerous issues from a previous electrician. Ace Electric came to my home promptly and did only the repairs that I needed. There were no attempts to up-sell me on services that I did not need. Other companies tried to pressure me into work that I did not need performed, but there was no pressure with Ace Electric. The work product was top notch and the price was a great value. The total bill from Ace Electric was hundreds less than the cheapest estimate from their competitors. I would highly recommend Ace Electric for your electrical issues.

We’ve had them preform work at our house twice. And will continue to choose Ace Electric for any future electrical work. Very professional and kind guys. Always on time. It’s also pretty easy to get on their books. very satisfied with their work and the price.

I was pleasantly surprised that this company was initially responsive. They sent a very nice gentleman out for an estimate within a week of my initial request. However, once this gentleman left, that is where my experience went south. The estimator asked that I provide some additional details to the VP of the company. I emailed the information to him with a request to confirm receipt of the information. After several days went by without a response, I emailed again and left him several messages. It took a long time to finally receive the quote from the VP of the company. I approved the quote despite it being much higher than the other one because the estimator told me that they could get the job completed quickly. This was important because I had the foam insulation scheduled inside a tight window. When I emailed the approved quote back, I received an out of office reply from the VP with instructions to contact two other individuals. I reached out to both of them without success. After another week of hearing from no one, I texted the original estimator to let him know that I was cancelling the agreement due to the communication issues that I was having with the VP and the other members of the company. Within minutes I FINALLY received a phone call from the VP and a follow up email. I went with the other company because they were responsive and did what they said they would. I also saved nearly 3K.

Arranging an appointment with ACE Electric was easy. Chad and Nick were even early! They completed the job in less than an hour. Everyone I spoke with at the company was professional and courteous. I am grateful for the service.

Ace Electric had installed a replacement attic fan for me in January. Yesterday on a 60 degree day the fan came on and ran for several hours and was extremely noisy. I called after hours as I was concerned the fan motor would burn up if running so rough and not cycling off. Ace was very responsive and had Electricians out first thing this morning. They fixed the issue at no additional charge. I appreciate their professionalism and warranty on the original work performed. I would definitely recommend Ace Electric.

I have used Ace Electrical many times in the past. I will continue to call when I have electrical issues that need attention. Always a pleasure to work with from the office to the completion of the job. On time and calls to communicate for estimated time of arrival. The workers are always very good explaining in plain terms what the issues are and how to repair them. This time I had breakers that worked heaters in the greenhouse and they were getting warm. I wanted to make sure the amperage was correct for the heaters and breakers. Explained everything and told me what my options were for changing the breakers to GFI breakers. I would highly recommend Ace Electrical for any job/project they feel comfortable taking on. You will not be sorry.

Good honest people, fair pricing. They do things the right way. They installed a 220 for us and did a great job, having them back for another project. Update April 2020. Had another project done by Ace and...they are still fabulous! Charles did another great job. Nice honest, hard-working people.

We really appreciate Ace Electric's promptness, courteousness and professionalism. They did a great job replacing our panel and made this a very pleasant experience which went much more smoothly than we could have imagined. We are well pleased and highly recommend them. We will certainly call on them in the future should we need electrical work done.

I love Ace! This is a 1950s house with one of those low voltage switching systems that is failing. Other electricians would insist that the house had to be completely rewired in 8 rooms, which would be tens of thousands of dollars. I found Ace and asked them to help us avoid the rewiring, and bypass the switching system. They installed new wireless switches and in-line receivers to control all the overhead lights in 8 rooms. It worked perfectly and at a very small fraction of what rewiring would have cost. Chad and his crew were very prompt and professional, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Everyone that I dealt with in the office, from scheduling to billing, was great as well. On top of all that, I was way out of town and had to coordinate all the appointments and even some of the work remotely. Highest recommendation.
