Let There Be Light! I received quotes from three different companies. Shane at Ace Electric won my business. Pricing was almost identical between the three, but Shane was the best at answering all my “if, and, but” questions, and he made me feel confident that his company would do a good job. And they did! Chad and Nick installed 7 LED can lights and a new dimmable switch in my previously dark–as-a–cave living room, and ran electrical wiring and a power outlet for a new gas stove. Chad and Nick did really good work, the overhead lighting looks fabulous, I am SO HAPPY!! Chad and Nick were friendly, professional, polite, and when the jobs were complete they cleaned up the work sites very nicely. I highly recommend them!

I have used Ace many times, and they consistently provide top quality, professional, and friendly service. Charles and his assistant Connor also communicate well about what they are doing and why, so they are very transparent. This is a really professional company, who delivers a great customer experience every time.

These guys are great! Matt came out and gave a reasonable estimate, sent by e-mail. Brandon & Bert came out and installed new outdoor electrical outlets on my porch, a new outlet behind my fish tank and fixed my refrigerator outlet. They were a pleasure to work with. This was an experience that was actually enjoyable. Ace has some good folks and do quality work!

I used ace to install my Tesla Wall Charger. They were awesome. They were responsive via phone/email and walked me through exactly what I needed. They were by far the most competitive price and never tried to up sell me. Charles installed me charger and let me know when he’d be here and arrived promptly during their scheduled window. They were extremely polite and walked me through exactly what I wanted. Afterwards, he offered to stay back and assist with anything I needed. I would highly recommend these folks.

I called ACE to install 3 ceiling fans. They arrived on time, they were quick and did a great job. I'm extremely pleased with the work. Chad and his team were very polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Chad made the first visit to check on my concern with an outlet weakness for our washer. After looking at the electrical panel, he determined there was issues with the panel and would need to be replaced/upgraded. I had another electrician tell me the same thing about the panel so I was convinced it needed to be done. Chad had Shane work up the proposal for the replacement and it was very fair and reasonable. Shane was able to get the job scheduled within a week and Chad and his apprentice did the work today and I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.
I highly recommend Ace Electrical.

I've recently purchased a home in the Oak Ridge area, and like most homes in Oak Ridge, there is definitely some age to it. The house itself has been updated throughout the years in most areas, but the power panel was ancient and only outputting 100A. I called and hired Ace Electric for my power panel upgrade, and I'm so thankful I did. The two service technicians that came out were Charles and Connor, and they were amazing. They were very personable and cared about getting the job done right. Not only did they do an amazing job with the panel upgrade, but they also helped me with an electrical issue with my dryer that had stopped producing heat just a day or so before. While I live in the Oak Ridge/Knoxville area, I will definitely continue to use Ace Electric for any electrical issues or projects.

Tony and his assistant did a great job! Their work was efficient, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them and I look forward to working with them again. My water heater is up and running, within no time. My breaker and wire was undersized and they were able to fix and solve the problem. Also another pleasant surprise, they took time to clean up after themselves thoroughly. I am happy to give a great review. Thanks guys!

I am renovating a house before moving in. Ace Electric helped me sort out the wiring, ensured it was brought up to code, and made great recommendations for improving the kitchen lighting. The end results are fantastic! I am very pleased with the work and the team. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Called another company for quote to install in-home Tesla charger and it took 2 weeks to get a quote via phone. ACE provided me a quote immediately at about HALF the cost of the other company! They were efficient and courteous at install. Will use again for future electrical needs!

First, Brandon scheduled the wrong type of call, I needed a quote for the work I needed to have done, instead I was charged $158.77 for a condescending individual named Chad to do absolutely nothing except continually talk over and down to me . He was also patronizing to other office occupants as I was trying to show him the office spaces that we were having the most issues with. I would rate 0 stars if possible and I would never recommend this company to anyone even people I dislike.

Tony and David arrived right on time and promptly starting working. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation work was excellent and it turned out exactly as planned. We could not ask for more. Good electricians are hard to beat. Thank you gentlemen!

I can't say enough about how wonderful the men who installed 3 ceiling fans and two light fixtures were. They were efficient, very tidy and the cost was very reasonable. Overall I would rate them 5 stars in every category! They even took my 3 old ceiling fans away for me!

Using Ace Electric again, they performed work at my house that exceeded all our expectations. David, Hunter and Nick were professional, courteous, and just enjoyable to be around. They added new switch & sconces in our entrance, a new outlet and lighting in our crawl space, a new outlet for an LED mirror, moved 2 switches, and added a power switch for the dishwasher. Thanks again for the great work at a reasonable price!

We made an appointment with Ace Electric Service Co to get some electric repair work done in our house. The date of the first appointment, they were a no-show because the 2 service techs were sick. Thats fine, but they did not call to let us know, we ended up calling to find out. About a week later, they showed up. Woot, I went with the Service Tech to the downstairs of my house and explained the problems that were having. The Service Tech and I were able to communicate without issue. Before he left, he said that he would have a quote for me later that evening. Before he left, I asked when he could start? He said the following Thursday in the morning time. Then, 2 days after he left, still no quote. I called and left a message. Still no communications from Ace Electric Service Co. A week went by then another week, and I still heard nothing from them. So, I got fed up and I called them, the lady who answered the phone put me through to a Mr. Ogle. I spoke with him about the issues that we originally called them for and the lack of communication on the part of the company. Mr. Ogle said they would be out on Monday between 9-10am. I thought everything was good at this point. Until this past Monday. At 11:00 am, I called their office and left a message. Heard nothing from them. Later in the afternoon, I called again, the Lady who answered the call put me through to Brandon, the service manager (she said). I explained everything to him and inquired about my appointment and if someone was actually going to communicate with us. Today is Thursday, and I have still not heard anything. Their lack of communication speaks volumes to me. If you cannot do the job in a timely manner, then turn the job down so we can move on with our lives and I would not have to post this review to explain how bad your company is.

Ace came to install electric in a home addition we are working on. They were amazing! Everything looks great and the crew was nice and easy to work with. Thank you!

When Matt from Ace showed up to do our estimate, he gave us a very good deal and was a pleasure to be around. My husband found himself wanting to be his personal friend. When his crew showed up on the day the job was to be done, they showed up on time.They were very Personable with smiles on their faces, they were good at their jobs and they got it done within a few hours .we were not able to be home that day while they were doing the work and it just so happens that we had a dying dog. This crew dug a dog grave free of charge out of the kindness of their hearts. And they used a pick axe and shovel. . There is not enough that can be said about that.our dog died today and we buried her in the perfectly dug spot. Thank you Tony! Thank you Ace thank you. I give Ace 10 out of 5 stars.Do not hesitate to call them!

On the whole, it was a very positive experience. Chad was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He inspired confidence that I could trust in the work that would be performed.

This first service call was a simple light fixture replacement, but the real project will be having my electrical panel upgraded which is the primary reason I needed an electrician. I'm waiting for estimates for that work and don't know yet how to rate Ace in this department, but I can say that the service call charge for today's light fixture work was fair and within my expectations.

I'll follow up to edit the review after the big project, but so far, I feel good about choosing Ace!

Ace's service was exceptionally prompt. Technician was knowledgable and he made sure I understood the work he was about to perform. This was the second time I hired Ace, and I'll continue to do so. Quite trustworthy.

Outstanding experience from the quote to the install. Would recommend to anyone. The team was friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely be using again in the future!
