L&M Tree Service came out and took down a tree for me. The crew was great and they did a fantastic job. They took away most of the wood and left some for me to keep. Great people to work with.
This past Monday, L&M came and removed another trees and some limbs. These guys are great to work with. From the office folks to the crews. Very profession, friendly, they go above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about them.

I can’t say enough great things about Travis and the L & M Tree Service crew. A horrible storm with high winds came through on Thursday evening, 12/18, and took down a tree that ripped out my power. My power couldn’t be restored until the tree was removed. Travis came out the very next day and provided a reasonable quote. He also understood the urgency and completed the job same day. They did a fantastic job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up completely when they were done. I truly appreciate their quick response during a stressful situation and highly recommend L & M Tree Service for any tree removal needs.

L&M spent two days cutting down 7 large dead trees. The crew cleared the over growth, cut down small trees and removed all dead limbs before cutting down the dead trees. The crew worked together and were very professional. I would definitely call L&M again for all of my yard needs.

Jonathan, Samuel and crew were fantastic! Jonathan walked me through the entire project before any work got started to set expectations for minor damage that could occur during the tree/limb removal (but managed to avoid all but the most minor of issues). They worked efficiently and went above and beyond to take care of property and make our home safe by fixing a few items that were arguably beyond the scope of the original quote. I highly recommend using this local, family-owned business for all your tree/limb needs!

Wow! Now you see them and now you don't! 3 big trees which concerned me right in front of our house. 1 right next to our garage!! These men came and worked hard!!, all day into dark during snow flurries and cold cold weather. But always a smile. Ready to answer questions anytime. I can't say enough. Hard working super professional friendly team! Cut the logs we kept to a smaller size so we could put them into our wood splitter. Great wood for our woodstove! The owner of L&M called to make sure we were Happy with everything! Thank you so much! I know you will do other jobs for us and we will recommend you to others! Thank you so so much!!!

The team at L&M did a Great job!! Smoothed everything out after grinding 20+ stumps and roots! Seed & straw is down and waiting for grass to come in a few weeks!

L&M Tree Service went above and beyond from start to finish. Travis and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood every step. The team worked efficiently, removed several dangerous trees safely, and even handled storm-damaged limbs I didn’t originally notice.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail- they protected my yard, cleaned everything up afterward, and treated my property like it was their own. Great communication. The entire crew was pleasant and completely professional. They worked hard and were very careful and precise with what they were doing. It was incredibly easy for me to reach the main office or the job supervisor when I needed them. They were super responsive to everything and very good at what they did. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Travis came out for an estimate the next morning after calling late in the afternoon on a Friday. The quote was very reasonable and the job was started Monday morning and was completed Thursday by lunchtime with the crew working all day. The crew was very friendly, hard working and treated me and my property with the upmost respect. They called when they were on their way each day as requested and also let me know when they were taking a lunch break or leaving for the day so that I could let my dogs out. This company goes above and beyond to ensure that the job is done well and that the customer is happy which has been hard to find lately. I plan on using them again in the near future and from now on. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

L&M did a great job cutting down a large Ginko tree in my front yard. Jonathan and his crew worked quickly and professionally. They had the tree down and gone in short order without ANY damage to my lawn. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them!

We had a large branch fall from a huge maple in our backyard that was positioned precariously over our fence. Travis came out the very day this happened and gave us a fair and affordable estimate. The work was scheduled a week out due to their other jobs, but two days later Travis called and stated they had an opening and he felt like we needed it since the tree was hanging over the fence. Ryan and his crew arrived and went to work, removing the maple as well as trimming up several other trees overhanging our home and backyard shed. They did an amazing amount of work in a short time and cleaned every speck of tree debris up from our yard. Travis called himself that evening to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. If you are looking for great service from friendly and trustworthy folks, L&M Tree Service is the company to contact. We will definitely use them for all our tree needs in the future!

We needed an overgrown holly tree, and a bush removed, as well as some overhanging limbs from the neighbors tree. L&M tree services arrived on time, worked efficiently as a team, cleaned up incredibly well and left within an hour! Very impressed! I highly recommend!

We had a huge tree fall from our neighbour's yard onto our storage buildings the day before Thanksgiving. Travis had a work crew out within 36hrs of me contacting the company. Jonathan, Daniel, Aaron and Jonathan 2 we're the most professional, kind and respectful men. They were so careful with our property and explained everything to me, never asking for my husband or making me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about.

When the boundaries of our property were misunderstood, they corrected it and removed more tree/brush/limbs with a smile! Kept telling me "thank you" for our buisness and making sure I was happy every step of the way. Always checked with me when they had any questions before proceeding forward.

The yard and driveway were left extremely clean and tidy, they really went above and beyond.

Would 100% use them again, already have ideas for more jobs for them!

We had a massive 4 trunk magnolia that they cut down. It was located between both our and our neighbors house. We could not be more thrilled with how quickly and efficiently they managed to get it down as well the other 3 trees. Will be using them again when it’s time for our other trees.

Wow! That's the best word to describe what I just experienced with L&M Tree Service. I'm an out-of-state buyer who just purchased a house in the Morristown, TN area. Prior to traveling 700 miles to close on the house, I needed to know that someone could remove the MASSIVE 100+ year old Silver Maple in the small rear fenced yard, on a slope without easy access, encroaching on the house and hovering over all surrounding nearby neighbors. I knew that it would take extremely experienced guys to navigate the dismantling of this hazardous situation and I needed to know that the tree would be removed on a specific day when I was in town, right after closing on the property.

With not having any referrals, I started calling the tree removal companies with the most years of experience. The first two companies (in Johnson City and Knoxville) told me that it was too far for them to travel with their massive equipment. When I spoke with Travis at L&M, he too was a long distance. However, not only was he willing to take on the challenge, but he immediately looked at the MLS property photos, observed the aerial views of the tree and property and gave me a reasonable price range over the phone. When I said I wanted to move forward with a specific two day time frame, he drove the distance to physically evaluate the challenge and committed to the work. This gave me the confidence to move forward with purchasing the property and Travis and his team did not disappoint.

A few days before closing on my house, we discovered that I was scheduled for a different date because of a miscommunication. When L&M Tree Service realized the schedule had changed, they dropped all other jobs and nine guys showed up to remove this massive tree on one of the only two days I was in town for the work to be completed.

I can't say enough about my once-in-a-life time experience with this type of challenging tree project. Ryan, the climber for the day was a hoot ..... lots of fun and extremely impressive with his confidence in swinging from one trunk/branch to another - way above the roof lines of all the neighboring homes. Jonathan, also a climber (but not that day) was very accommodating and managed the crew well. He was effective in communication and extremely pleasant to work with.

All crew guys worked hard and safely. They cut and stacked my logs exactly where I wanted them and used small equipment to remove all branches in narrow spaces to return to the front of the house for chipping the branches. Several guys offered helpful information and suggestions in dealing with the logs, encroachment damage on rear patio and much more. The next day my grandkids had lots of fun with the smooth 60" trunk cut and thoroughly enjoyed all the wonderful sawdust for their toy dump trucks.

L&M Tree Service delivered above and beyond at a great price. They accepted my personal out-of-state check payment and left around 6:00 pm with a smile on their faces for a job well done, even though they had a long drive back to the Maryville area.
